The kitchen and bath design area, as well as all of the appliance displays are impressive. However, the biggest issue I noticed was that I could stand next to a Lowe’s employee, and no one welcomed me to the store, or ask if they could help me, or even thanked me for shopping there. That’s the opposite of the treatment I got across the street at the Home Depot.

Extremely disappointed in Customer Service! I went to check out and because I have a company check I had to check out in the returns department which ended up being a disaster. I have shopped here numerous times and used a company check. This time the system would not read the check, so I had to pay with my personal debit card. The girl checking me out said there was nothing they could do about it and that the Assistant Manager couldn’t do anything about it. Let me make it very clear that the check was very, very good in case anyone is questioning that. I suggest that customer service go over and beyond to ensure this never happens again. I’m looking forward to Menards opening very soon!

Someone needs to recognize Eric at the Bowling Green store. He has helped me both times that I’ve been there. Usually I try to track someone down to help me but both times I was there this past month he popped out of nowhere and asked if I needed help. Then he actually walked me to the product to make sure I found it. Lowe’s really needs to keep this guy happy…he’s definitely a unicorn. It’s hard to get good coronet service anymore but Eric is an anomaly! Thank you Eric! Lowe’s is lucky to have you!

Well the reviews speak for themselves I just want to thank the young lady today Saturday 2/24/24, for her rude attitude towards me, like treating a military veteran like I’m some kind of scammer for 10% discount 🙄, but luckily took couple minutes to verify myself and she STILL had an attitude. Thanks to the young man manager or whoever for being nice at least. I hope you (lady, girl whatever have a lovely rest of your day 😬

Wonderful customer service and great prices. Bruster and Junior delivered our refrigerator, they were on time and very professional and courteous, couldn't ask for better gentleman and so easy to get along with. I highly recommend.

Was at Lowe’s this morning to pickup a couple of items. As usual had to go through self checkout. Had an item that didn’t have a price tag. The two people there to help were more interested in talking about last nites date instead of helping. Just left it and went to Home Depot.

Stop in Lpws to get a new washer. Found a smasung on sale but not in stock at store and could not be ordered. Sales rep says not sure when it will be in.My question is, why put a washer on sale that's not even available?Excellent sales rep. He was very helpful.3 stars for something on sale but not even in stock or available.Perhaps Home Depot will have it in stock.😅

The staff was life saving tonight! We just bought a new home and have tons of new projects before moving in and didn’t even know where to start on materials. AllDepartments came together during a 3 hour visit to assist our every need. They went above and beyond for us. Thank you Matthew, John, Shelby!!

I've built two houses over the years with Lowes and will not continue to shop at the local Bowling Green store. I brought back a return and there was a long line. A shorter, thin, young, dark hair girl was actively calling return customers who had just walked in the door over to her counter when there were six of us who had been waiting in line for over ten minutes. One on the ladies who had been waiting in line told the girl that we had been waiting. The girl was very nasty with the customer who very nicely said that we had been waiting. As a customer, I don't appreciate seeing a lowes employee treating a customer this was. The girl at the return counter was way out of line and her attitude was uncalled for. I will take my business across the street to Home Depot and the new Meynards.

For those that know me, I love lights! And today I scored a couple nice ones! A new led headlamp, the kind I’ve been wanting! And a new magnetic job site light! Both bright as hell!! And as an added bonus present to me and the company of course, a set of titanium speed chuck drill bits!! I’d say Lowes put a smile on my face today! Thanks Lowes!

I only needed one item. I was able to pull up a picture of it on my phone and when I found an associate I show them a picture. The item was located in the lawn and garden all the way on the back wall so glad to ask it was difficult to locate. When I went to check it out they only offered self-checkout and there were no cashiers open. I always like to use a cashier because I work at a supermarket and I feel like you keep someone in a job but if I have to use self-checkout I will. I'm familiar with out a check out items and it was simple enough.

Update below-We started our kitchen remodel journey in December of 2022. The project was supposed to be completed at the end of January 2023. The project did not start until February 2023. The measurements and installation were incorrect. We found this out after the cabinets were installed incorrectly. It is now July and we are still waiting to get this problem corrected. This is hugely disappointing. I expected better from Lowe’s.Update: It is now AUGUST and they sent the wrong cabinet to fix the previous cabinet. The issue has not been resolved.Update: It is now SEPTEMBER. I have been informed that the replacement cabinet will not be here until October.It is October 13, 2023 and I have been asked (by LOWE’S)to find trim to match the kitchen door because the installer is driving 2 hours from Frankfort to fix my cabinet and door. I am now being asked to do the job that Lowe’s is required to do. If you want to deal with phones calls and emails to advocate to get incorrect work fixed, use them. I would NOT RECOMMEND Lowe’s. The project was completed December 26, 2023.

I was there tonight trying to purchase some of their distressed/ discounted plants. The cashier COULD NOT do the needed discount by her self. She called for a manager several times but it took a ridiculous amount of time for someone to come to the garden center, I had to WAIT 30 minutes for a manager named Ronnie that FINALLY came out!! No apologies were given for me waiting that long.I don't know how there was ONLY one manager for the whole store, if a customer is waiting then someone should try and get there in a timely manner.

Lowes is good for help around the store, if you're a gorgeous woman. Otherwise, you should just go to Home Depot. You won't get help there, either, but atleast they have Milwaukee tools.

Ordered a fence with installation in April 2023 and paid the entire $9K amount up front. Now here it is June 13, trying to have product delivered for installation. They have changed my delivery date three times already! The last delivery date is on the day for installation! I called and got that changed to the day before install, they are a no show! I am now standing in their store waiting for someone to help and find out what is going on and when I can expect delivery. I am standing here because no one would answer the phone today and assist. I don’t have great hopes they will resolve this quickly as they could not even find the order in the computer. Finally they did, and now the wait. Will update soon.UPDATE: Good lord, so my installer canceled and wanted to call me back the next day to reschedule.UPDATE: Lowe’s finally made delivery after changing delivery date several times. On Wednesday 6/14/23 they delivered, then installer calls and says they can still make it because the job they went to the guy did not call 811 to have utilities marked. So they came on Wednesday by default and installed. Took two days and looks good, installers were good guys. Only complaint on install is they did not clean up around posts were they dug the holes, rocks and extra dirt left piled up around hole for me to clean up after them. Also, plenty of product leftover in my driveway for me to load up and take back for credit. Plus a few boards they missed nailing and they are already warping.UPDATE: 7/27/23. Have now scheduled Lowe’s to pickup the extra materials not used while building my fence. They have not shown up for any of the days scheduled. I called the store late this afternoon and customer service had no clue. Called the 800 Customer Service number and they no help, they still thought they would pickup as she called the manager and he was aware of the pickup. Nope still a no show. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.UPDATE: 8/14/2023Product picked up on 7/29/2023 and over two weeks later no credit given. Called store and spoke with Kevin (Head Cashier) he says nothing found in computer about any product returned which was picked up by Lowe’s flat bed delivery truck on 7/29/2023. I have pictures of product on my driveway, a list of products, pictures of Lowe’s truck with picked up product on Lowe’s truck and security video of Lowe’s picking up product. Kevin asked who installer was, I asked don’t you have it in computer? Then he hung up on me. Very unprofessional idiot.Also, love it when they say call the store for help then they never answer phone, goes to hold then hangs up! When you do get an employee they careless about fixing the problem. The worst Lowe’s I have experienced in the last 25 years!

Did not know where to unload 7 bags concrete. Went to contractors desk, on one side of store they sent me to return desk on other side of store. Did thus routine twice. Finally Matt took the bags out of truck which he did not want to do and told me if the cashiers were not busy they could give me my refund orherwise go back to return desk. I wish Morgan was availble to unload he is very helpful and kind and you can tell he loves helping. I am 70 years old and could not unload 7 bags of concrete myself. Matt in pro take lessons from Morgan.

It isn't possible that after expending over 3000 dollars at lowes in bathroom remodelation , when I couldn't find my receipt for some extra tiles I got ( as they suggest, get extra) .Now I can't make a return for store credit, this is ridiculous , a lot of people was mad about it , it is good for people to spend a lot money there but when comes to customer service you are the worse and please don't ask me for my credit car , I got yhoose cash , now I have 3 boxes of tile I don't need and I still have to buy some more of other style , but for sure won't be at Lowes Bowling Green.

Ordered washer and dryer amd they only brought washer. Never bothered to tell me dryer was not in. Valled numerous times put on hold. Finally drove there and they told me they had 3 in stock. I told them i wanted mine delievered today. Then he comes back to inform me it has to be ordered

I really have tried to be patient, shop here all the time. If you’re picking up an on line order in the store or curbside, it’s rarely ever remotely quick. At least Home Depot has the ability to do that well tho, so I’ll be taking my business there. Returns are usually (not necessarily always) annoying, majority of the folks working there don’t know what they’re doing. They do have a handful of fantastic employees but it’s an extremely poorly managed operation in general.

As a loyal lifelong Lowe’s customer, I’m done with them. A few weeks back I ordered a dishwasher for curbside pick up, and it took them literally over an hour to bring it out while I waited in the heat. Today I went in and spent 10 minutes looking for specific stainless steel hardware, and then another 10 minutes in the unorganized line for the self check-out area, before I threw my stuff on a nearby beverage cooler and walked out. A half dozen closed traditional registers on a holiday weekend Saturday and they have just a single staff member watching the chaos for the 4 open self-check out registers. Ridiculous and Lowe’s just lost my business. I’m going to Ace Hardware or ordering online from now on. I’d rather wait at home to help myself.

Worst experience every and a home supply store. Called the day before about a title for a trailer I had purchased: said it was there and that I could pick it up anytime.When I was finally able to be served at the customer service counter, the attendant had no clue what I was asking for and didn't even know where to begin looking for it.While I waited for them to decipher what I had asked, they left a young lady in the middle of her transaction at another register and began attending to another customer who was there to pick up an appliance that had been per-ordered and was told that it was ready to be picked up: they could not find it amongst their many hails on the walkie-talkie.Finally, a manager appeared alongside my attendant that a had a folder in his possession full of title and proceeded to help locate my title. During this session, the manager questioned me as to whether I really wanted my title for a product I have purchased; I said yes as it was a part of a necessary paperwork. Good news, I was finally found after 45 min of waiting. Meanwhile, the young lady gave up and left the store, never to be returned to, as well as the gentleman who had pre-ordered his appliance.Sad....so sad. Store was completely mismanaged and confused.

Beware do not have them install windows or doors. Had them install all new windows, interior doors and a front and back door. Absolutely the worst process and job. The wrong interior doors came in and were installed and they refused to change them. Front door installation was never finished, was told they would come back but didn’t. Now I have 2 windows leaking every time it rains which has caused wall damage and mold to grow in the wall, and my front door was not installed properly so it leaks causing damage to the door frame, trim and baseboards. Spent over $11,000 for a horrible job and when calling to get fixed they transfer me around and tell me to call the window manufacturer when it was clearly bad installation. The website even says they have a double lifetime window warranty but again customer service knows nothing. Stay away from Lowe’s installation!!!!

Unable to get your military discount if you are not signed up on line. Bought a large item in garden center and had to push it all the way down to the pro end of the building to get it loaded. Husband and I are both elderly and this was a real hardship for us. Do not go to Lowe's if you need help loading an item.

I ordered a washer and dryer on August 11. The delivery date was supposed to be on the 16th. Got a call telling me they wouldn’t be able to install the dryer until the 17th. That’s okay, I’ll wait one more day, no problem. Things happen sometimes.The installation men come. Very friendly and accommodating. Then main one grimaces at me and tells me he doesn’t have a part necessary to connect my dryer to the wall- he calls it a boot. Tells me he will try to fix it himself but I might have to call to have him sent back in case he forgets. Okay bud you lost your tip and this is mildly annoying but whatever.I wait a few days, get no news, and call customer service on the 20th. No one knows what the boot the installer talked about is. The manager tells me he will send out some emails to get the problem fixed. I’m like okay cool. No news until the 23rd, when I call again. Not annoyed at this point but just wondering about an update. This other manager gives me a discount off the dryer and assures me she will take care of the whole problem.Now I’m not the type to make a fuss. I understand that things can take time and sometimes things get disorganized. I’m pretty scatterbrained myself and have that gen Z mentality to not be snippy with people providing services because they’re people, too. So I wait a week this time. The washer is working wonderfully and I couldn’t be happier with it. I make do with a drying rack for my clothes but my towels and bedsheets really do need a proper drying. I refuse to go to a laundromat to dry my clothes because I shouldn’t have to. The unconnected tubing the handiman left on top of my dryer taunts me every time I go in to do laundry- which I have to do a lot because I recently moved and every scrap of cloth smells like humidity and moving truck.So when I called on the 30th, I was totally exasperated. I told myself I wouldn’t hang up without an install date, but the manager- I think the same one that I talked to the first time around- seemed irritated that I asked for one and couldn’t even give me a date to expect to hear back from them.It’s now September 2nd. In a week it will be a month since my washer/dryer arrived. I don’t understand how this problem has not been solved. The people I’ve talked to have been very nice- even though I was irritated during the last call the man was still very professional and reassuring- but niceness doesn’t get me an installed dryer. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but they could definitely benefit from better organization and communication between departments.It’s Labor Day weekend so I won’t reach out again until Tuesday, but I can’t express how tired I am of all this. I called instead of going in person because I didn’t want to waste a day standing around in Lowes, but maybe that’s what I’ll have to do to get an installation date.
