Kroger's has a LOT to choose from. Great produce department. Great seafood. Sushi. So much!Down fall is that some of their items are too high priced.For example: Karo syrup is $4.69!!!

I was delighted to find gluten free products in abundance..even a purple icon GF on shelf end depicting it a GF food. It's very difficult for us on a forever diet restriction to find them. Thank you to this Kroger. Also for having older employees..they are much more friendly and kind. I had a very nice gentleman who bagged my groceries and he was just so pleasant. Wished I had gotten his name.*additional visit yesterday compliments on employees Natalie in produce and Jerri at the register..so helpfulBUT KROGER OPEN UP MORE PEOPLE LANES BECAUSE I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH SELF CHECKOUT..YOU DON'T PAY ME TO DO THAT

Today was the worse experience I’ve had here at Kroger. I come here very often and the other staff were very nice but today I’ve encountered someone extremely rude; even the vibe she gave me the first time I walked in were not very welcoming and I feel that the situation was rationally motivated.I came today with my mom for a personal Matter and we happened to be at the exit waiting area and the lady didn’t even bother to ask us what she can help us with , we realized that we were in the wrong place after another we saw costumer came from the entrance area. Long story short she gave us a whole lot of attitude( we don’t mind tgat at all) at first I tried ignoring it because it could just be her face or she probably have a bad day, but after my mom walked out to take a phone call regarding our reasoning for coming there , she rudely said “ she need to get off her phone , and come here “with a angry tone and she sounds like she’s ordering us“which she could’ve said it in a professional way. It was our fault for not letting her know about the info at first but that doesn’t justify her behavior. She could been more professional instead of being rude about things.and “She needs to work on her customers service!!!!!

CONS: ALWAYS a disheveled mess and like most other Krogers the meat and seafood areas stink.Good location and definitely better than most other grocery options in BG... which isn't saying much if you know BG.

My car was struck by a stray cart in the parking lot resulting in damage. After waiting a month for their claims department to respond, they told us they are not liable for the damage in their parking lot. A friend of mine had this happen at Food Lion and Food Lion cut a check for the damages. I have been a loyal customer for years but will no longer be going to any Kroger. I hope no one else has to go through this.

The workers are trifling they hire anybody to work here they got attitudes like they don’t wanna do the job they signed up for it’s bad customer service and don’t care about customers and not helpful at all they should hire new people with better customer experience and skills these people they hire are just bums off the street looking to get a quick paycheck the deli and bakery area will try sell you some old outdated food so watchout!

The store is clean and the lines move at a reasonable speed. That's about all I can say in favor of this store. The shelves are usually halfway empty. The curbside service is terrible as we always have several items not given, but often we still end up paying for it until we call and complain. The inside service is not much better. Employees will avoid customers so they don't have to help.

Way to put one thing on the other side of the store end of store and not let anyone through any entrance but the other side int he freezing cold. Way to out your check outs in that side too and make everybody walk all the way around. Worst layout I've ever seen . No wonder you idiots are losing to Walmart

The food choice and quality is good. However, you always have to wait in long lines or they only have self check out open and it is always experiencing some kind of technical problem. My biggest complaint....the parking lot and entry are filthy. Always. Nothing a good power wash wouldn't clean up. I don't like feeling like my shoes ared filthy, because if the lot.

The lady who usually comes when you need help at floral always has the most negative attitude! Every time you ask her for help she always looks and talks like she’s forced to do her job. I hate asking for help at floral because she’s the one who always comes. Hate visiting this location.

The absolute worst service I've had it took over an hour for my pick up order to come to my vehicle after calling twice with 2 kids in the car . First time using this and will never do it again. I also ordered ahead ordered at 2. For pick up at 5 30. .not understanding how it wouldn't be out on time .

We stopped in to pick up a couple of steaks for Mother's Day. Kayleigh greeted us at the door where she informed us, " You have exactly one minute" I realize they were getting ready to close. However, she would have been better off politely saying, " I'm sorry ma'am, but we are closed " if she didn't want our last minute business. We left with no steaks and three minutes to spare at 1057pm.

The Kroger on scottsville Rd pays little attention to customer service. Today I was at the seafood counter and two employees were there checking prices behind the counter. I wanted a few minutes to see if someone would ask if I needed help.... Didn't happen not even acknowledge I was there. So I asked aloud if the salmon in the circular was the one behind the counter. One guy came around looked at the circular and said yes it was....and continued doing what he was before. So I set my items down and walked out of the store. KROGER IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS WE WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

They don't seem to follow posted hours and many products don't have a price tag or are intentionally obfuscated. How much does it cost? Who knows?Update: Since I posted this 7 months ago initially, they have gotten worse. They rarely have baskets available, the milk is cornered off so only one person can shop at it, their "deals" aren't deals, and their traffic situation sucks for coming and going. Pretty much the worst Kroger I've been at.

Truly enjoy shopping here. They have a Starbucks inside store is a perfect lay out. Everyone there helpful and no issues bringing on my service dog. Thank you Krogers for making my experience a pleasant one.

This Kroger is almost always great. Plenty of staff who is usually helpful and friendly. This visit I ran into a cashier that was more interested in her break than explaining a discount on holiday items she mentioned to me when I didnt know what it was. Good news is I'm pretty sure she got someone to come over. I just told her we'd use it some other visit and left it at that. Something like this is rare in my experience with the store and staff. Guess it was just my turn this time.

i came to kroger at 4:30 to get custom cupcakes for my party coming up and the entire bakery staff decided to leave early! wth. another department came to tell us it was closed 20 minutes later. absolutely ridiculous. the website says they’re open until 7 and some people have jobs and can’t make it here before 4:30 in the afternoon!
