This is my favorite store to shop at! They have SO much art supplies and more! Decor, toys, art and art supplies, posters, fabric, dinnerware, and MORE. It’s so great. Staff are kind, environment is clean, products are great. Please go here—you won’t regret it. It’s so amazing and I beg to go here all the time.

This happened this evening.April 22nd, 2024.One cashier here has different attitudes depending on the customer. I've experienced this many times by her . She is no greeting every time. Today, she didn't wrap my glassware in paper. I don't usually mind, but today, her attitude was clearly different from the previous customer. After I left the store then I noticed not wrapping. I went back and asked the other staff to wrap my purchases .And I told the staff about her.I remembered her attitude, so I really really didn't want to stand in line for her checkout, but she was the only one there at 6:20 pm.I love here, but I felt like she was discriminating against Asians.I was so sad today.

One of my favorite places to shop at. I have a variety of likes, interest, and hobbies. The reason they are receiving a 3 star is because every time I go there which is about once every two weeks, I get followed like a common criminal. To the point of harassment. Once the NOT so secret shoppers were so bad I had to say something. I even had a manager follow my 15 year old daughter too close for comfort and firmly but not threatening my husband had to let him know that would end poorly for him.

What can I say. If you want good stuff for your home or crafting or art or, well, anything decor wise, go to the lobby. I was amazed at everything they had, and when I went there, I had to stop myself from buying too much. Lol you just have to see it.

I've noticed that they have gotten more products in the dreamcatchers/macrame aisle! I was super excited to see all the new things. And especially in the same aisle. I will definitely be going back, instead of buying online!

Clean and well lit. They have supplies for lots of different hobbies, although because of the variety there selection for each hobby is not extensive. Clean public bathrooms and friendly staff. A great place to shop.

I always love going to Hobby Lobby. The employees are always super helpful even if they are busy elsewhere. I think the prices are pretty reasonable, and the selection of craft items and home decor is pretty well rounded!

I went to Hobby Lobby looking for a precut mat for an odd shaped picture and frame bought at another store. I had no luck finding anything that would work. An associate that worked in the custom frame department came to the rescue. She took the frame and picture, picked out a beautiful pink mat, custom cut and framed the picture for $10.00. I was more than happy with the quality of work and the customer service was outstanding.

Took 45 minutes in line. In todays day of age, manual entry of prices is a terrible idea! Every item has a barcode but that poor girl had to look at and enter each price individually! Really?!?!?! An area where a mistake of order entry could be vastly improved on! I had a flea market store and used UPC scanner to cash out. HL….help your associates and customers out and add scanning to your check out registers!

Today the storms in bowling green were really bad and tornado warnings were going off, I know I'm not the only one who was worried about it, I want to say, thank you to the gentleman that unlocked the door for me, asked if I needed to take shelter he was so caring and it shows that we all care about each other as we should ♥️ I hope the cashier I spoke with, her house is ok ♥️

I love going to this store!! The wide variety of merchandise gives me options for gifts, special moments-my entire wedding decorations came from there, and I can find something to add to a room every time I go. Customer service is great and very knowledgeable. I also hardly ever return anything but the few times I have, never a problem. These are my recent purchases at 50% off!! Love the sales too!!

They have so many amazing items. Staff is nice, clean place, and spacious. We love going there and seeing what all they have and get ideas for our house. We need to go back and buy a few things, especially for our youngest daughter who wants a certain sign for her birthday next month.

My wife wanted some fake flowers so we ventured to this HobLob. Upon entering it looked like all the cashier's had been taken hostage or they all had watched one of those commercials trying to get you to donate to the humane society. The lady in the fake flower section was super nice though so it balanced out. After walking down the severed doll appendage aisle I tried to find the glass section because I was gonna need a lot of cannabis storage to cope with the horrors of seeing the dead eyed dolls heads in plastic bags... You moved it and shrunk the selection... Prices still ok though.Ever since the company was found smuggling in artifacts from other countries illegally the business seems to have stagnated while trying to keep the christian owned persona alive... Y'all dabbled in theft, drop the charade and build on your ability to sell quality goods at a fair price. And shrink the garbage section in the middle of your store, nobody needs an hourglass with pony beads in it.

If you are a hobbyist, and love to make things or decorate, this is the place to go! Install the App on your phone, and you always have a coupon with you. They no longer have a coupon for 40% off for one item. We had to pay full price for a flag holder for my dad's flag from his military service. Highly disappointed in them, because it was the reason we went there. I didn't know they discontinued the coupon.
