Inherited a beautiful hand woven wool rug that just needed a good, thorough cleaning. After 16 years, she was due. To spice things up, I dropped it off a little over a week before I had my parents come visit. Ben made it happen 👍 and the rug, now that it's been laid out and completely dried, looks and feels AMAZING! So glad I found Fibra! ☺️

A+ all around… Service, kindness, professionalism, and experience. Ben and his crew are so thorough and so efficient. They made it easy on us. They came to our home, assessed and took all of our wool area rugs with them and said it would take a week or so to clean them. And they had it done a few days early 😊 They brought the rugs back, put them into their proper places and did any adjustments that needed to be done as far as properly trimming the pads we already had. We had 13 area rugs cleaned, a few stain treated and a few got new non-slip padding. They do it all and make it so very easy on the homeowner. We will definitely count on them again in the future ❤️

I had taken two rugs to another cleaner and they called and said they couldn't clean them. I called Fibra and they picked up my ribs at the other cleaner and upon examination, let me know that the type of rug I had would not clean without destroying the texture and color. I had very pleased with their honesty and going out of their way to pick up my rugs. If I ever have rugs to clean again, I will definitely let them do the cleaning. Also he told me 99when I look at other rugs to purchase to send him a picture of tag and he could tell me if it could be cleaned. Very professional and courteous.

I found the folks at Fibra, Inc. in Bowling Green, KY just as they advertise themselves. From the first contact, their professionalism was highly evident. They came to buy home for a consultation and to examine my rugs and explain the best way to clean them. One rug was a large cotton antique rug which belonged to my parents and the other rug was a purchase my husband and I made 25 years ago. I tell you this to explain that these rugs were very important to me and our home. After careful consideration of best methods of cleaning the rugs, a cleaning care plan was developed and my rugs were carefully carried to their van and taken for cleaning. A few days later, my rugs were brought back to my home clean and beautiful! I will definitely use their services in the future and encourage others to try them! Fibra was an excellent choice and did an amazing job cleaning an area rug of mine to prepare for my upcoming move into a new apartment! They were extremely professional, communicated effectively via my preferred method, and even gave me tips and tricks to keep the rug clean moving forward. I’ve only had the rug since 2018, but with it being a cream color and purchasing the rug during puppy training, it was soiled quickly and my at-home efforts to clean it were not successful. When a last-minute scheduling conflict came up, they were able to adjust pick-up with me to four days later and still returned the rug within the given time frame, just in time for my move. They are the best and while I hope this rug never gets that dirty again, I certainly know who to call for routine cleanings!Service: Area rug cleaning

The Fibra team was fabulous! After an initial consultation, they picked up our rugs to be cleaned and returned with clean rugs along with rug pads. They also spot cleaned our two sectional couches and protected them both. The stain protection is flawless. It was the second time that our 4 year old couch had been protected and we know firsthand how well it cleans after RED WINE spills. Both times guests spilled red wine, I never batted an eye as they apologized profusely!! I knew that water and a rag would take it off easily and it did. I wanted a local rug/carpet cleaning service and after looking at several websites, v decided to contact Fibra for an on-site estimate. I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and customer service during the on-site estimate.When the company found out that part of the rugs that needed cleaning was because of pet urine, it was suggested that we look at getting waterproof rug mats. The price was so reasonable, that we did indeed order mats for the area rugs and even had our new rug (that was delivered while the estimate was occurring) taken to be protected.We were told that it's would probably be 10-14 days until we received the rugs back. However, to my delight they were completed in less than a week and they were able to deliver them the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING!!!, WOW!! Very, very impressed! Fibra came out to measure and pick up my 2 rugs. He was on time, polite, and professional. He measured the rugs and advised me about cutting off the trim and having them bound. I didn’t like all the strings on the trim.He came back and my rugs looked beautiful. They look so much better. I love them again. I would recommend Fibra to every one.

I had them clean a small viscose and chenille rug for me and was very happy with the result. When I first called, they were very thorough and up front with their options, getting all the details about the size and materials of the rug and setting expectations for what they believed could do and what my options were for types and prices of cleaning.Since the rug wasn't very valuable, I opted for a surface cleaning which was not guaranteed to deal with pet stain or pet smells, and the rug did have a few of these. I figured we'd try the cheapest option and if that didn't solve my problem, I didn't need the rug anyway. The rug came back beautiful and spot and smell-free! I would definitely recommend them if you need an area rug cleaned!

I had a cream, cloth chandelier lamp shade that had Coca-Cola spilled on it; it left a pretty large stain. I took the lamp shade to 4 dry cleaner's in Bowling Green, Ky, all of which told me they wouldn't be able to get it out. Finally, I was referred to Fibra. They were able to remove the stain by treating the entire lamp shade, and I was able to pick it up within 4 business days. Customer service was outstanding! I would definitely recommend Fibra to be trusted with your expensive fabricated items!

This treatment gives us peace of mind that we are protected from stains, especially since we have a new golden retriever doggie and an old kitty cat. Fibra cleaned a rug I bought in turkey 24 years ago that had never been cleaned. I was concerned that cleaning might damage the dies in the rug. I was wrong. Fibra cleaned it completely and returned it within the timeframe they identified. While they are expensive, they are worth it.
