Great spot for some great, basic Italian food! If you're in the mood for Italian, but don't feel like cooking or spending an insane amount at a chain...go here! Order at the counter, they bring you your food. Friendly service...they do need to keep up with cleaning up a little quicker, but it was a nice place! If we lived here, we would go here often! Good prices and just good food.Kid-friendliness: Pasta or pizza...kids go for those!

There was only 1 table with people in the dining room. There were 3 cars in the drive through. Yazmine H (according to the receipt) took all 3 cars money and pulled us forward. We sat for over 20 minutes and Yazmine that took money also brought the food. She had my food in one hand and her cell phone on speaker phone talking to one of her friends in the other. She didn't say I'm sorry it took so long, nothing. She was only concerned with her call. Absolutely ridiculous.

The store was very busy with a line out the door. I commend the team because they were busy, but stayed in control.I ordered the Spicy Baked Ziti, Loaded Baked Spaghetti, and spaghetti with Tomato sauce on the side.All the food was prepared correctly and hot.The drive thru was closed.

Food was better than Olive Garden but service and experience was trash. Except one young man who was working the cash register. The lady who brought our food didn't bring any cheese, breadsticks, or silverware(which they were all out of near the drink machine) no napkins. she said she would bring some after taking some orders . I waited 30 minutes watching her come back and talk with some of her friends who came in and ignore us . I finally went up and explained to the nice cashier who apologized for her and went out of his way to grab me everything I needed . A big thank you to this young man who made our visit somewhat bearable

I went in with extremely low expectations having never been to a Fazili’s before. Italian as fast food seemed absurd but I was pleasantly surprised. First of all it was pretty cheap which is great. The food was decent, but not exactly like what they normally taste like but not bad. The breadsticks are delicious! Overall, it was a fun experience but I don’t think I’d go back.

This is the third time I’ve gone through the drive-through order the kids meal. They never ask about your drink and they won’t give it to you unless you ask for it and get my food. It’s never right I always have to go back inside and have something redone and tonight, the girl that was working in the kitchen, having to remake stuff was mouthing when people sent stuff back so loud that you could hear it in the lobby if she’s unhappy with where she works find another job

Absolutely loved everything about fazolis completely, the food was phenomenal, customer service was phenomenal! You never ever ever have to worry about anything not being hot, the spaghetti was amazing, lasagna was amazing, the bread sticks now they were the absolute best ever , if you come to bowling Green and you don't go to fazolis just know that you are 100% completely missing out!

Love their food but they are having terrible issues with staff or lack of. Most of the tables in the dining was dirty and full of dishes. The manager and one of the employees was openly arguing with each other. A lot of craziness going on, people were walking out, they could not find some orders/food for customers.They just really need some direction or to hire more people.

The food was okay, the service was lackluster. The staff seemed a little bit short and frustrated with us anytime we wanted to order anything. I'm not sure if it's just this restaurant, but they no longer have the coke freestyle machine, now serve Pepsi products which was a let down. Also, my sister-in-law ordered a drink. They gave her her drink and she said it didn't taste right and then after she took it up front they told her oh we didn't have one of the ingredients and instead of telling her that when she ordered they just made it for her without.Note: they serve Pepsi products.

Just got home with our order. Customer service was great. Food quality is poor. Had to toss Broccoli to the side due to the amount of salt. Completely over seasoned and bread sticks were soggy.

Fazoli's #1608 in Bowlinggreen, KY has the best night crew in the universe. Love their friendly faces welcoming my friend and I when we came in so close to closing time. Our food tasted hot, fresh and service was nothing short of extraordinary. Thank you so much!

I'll admit I'm not a huge fan of MOST fast food places; this is one that I will never visit again!!!Pasta was undercooked. Sauce had no taste whatsoever. Complete waste of money and time.Atmosphere was yuck and not clean. Workers spent more time walking around chatting than doing anything else.The lemon ice was good though!Never, never, NEVER again! UGH!
