Golf staff unable to get testing equipment to work, not experienced. Very disappointed after driving a fair distance to do some testing. Will go to a better golf shop next time.

I loved the store and the mangers where great . T the girls at the checkout does not have good customer service. They seen me standing there and told me to come up for check out. And as soon as I walk around ring another customer up before me. Yes I am a African American and I honestly have seen this a lot in Kentucky. I will not be back spending any amount of money her. Just spent 150. And I really want to take it back just because of the customer service was awful.

Large selection of all sports gear and apparel. I was able to get everything I needed. I had to ask the manager Corey for help finding an item, he helped me find them and gave me his personal opinion on all of the brands available as well as pricing and thoughts on value after individual sales. Then after helpedme order an item to the house after I purchased the last of the stores inventory. Great customer service at the register with Machenna as well. Thanks guys

Too high-priced. The item that I ordered online and was supposed to get a discount for the department manager argued with me and then the assistant store manager argued with me when I was standing there showing my order on my cell phone with the discount. They said sorry we can't do that. A pretty lousy way to do business. Order something online go to pick it up and they don't honor the price that was quoted online. Dick's has never really impressed me and I don't know why I continue to go back

I ordered an item online. I've never been in it bought anything from Dick's before. The online pickup was an exceptional experience. At this store the kiosk for online pickups is immediately inside the front doors on the left. You type in your name and wait. That's it! They bring the items right to you. No waiting on line like at other retailers. I would definitely buy from Dick's again.

Waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me with a price on a golf club when nobody came I figured I’d swing it a few time in the club cage. Instead of asking if I needed help I got told I can’t use the club cage. I’m glad you don’t like selling $1000 dollar golf clubs or anything else to this customer again. Worst store I’ve ever been inside in the Dick’s chain.

Called to get information on a rifle. Spoke to three different people. Had to repeat myself every time. Finally spoke to the guy in the gun department. Rude as hell, and wouldn't answer any of my questions. Kept telling me to come to the store for the information. I'll not be buying anything from this place.

The gentleman in the gun section of the store was really patient and helpful. He must have answered a hundred of my questions about shotguns, bows and arrows, and various accessories. The checkout line was long and moved slowly, however.

Kinda have to TRY to get help and at a store like this when you need help you need it. Seem to have more adult baseball uniforms than kid sizes. They never seem to have the size for my sons. Save some trouble and for SPORTING GOODS go to Duke’s on the bypass.

I was pretty pleased when I heard that this town was getting a new sporting goods store. Then, I went.The store appears to have pretty much what you would expect a large-ish sporting goods store to have. But it seems like 90% of the store is clothes. Lots and lots and lots of clothes. From what I gathered, the actual sport equipment selections were no where near the kind of variety/quality you'd hope for. I mean its fine, but you're probably going to get much, much better deals online.But the really disappointing thing were the employees. I must have stood in one approximate area for 10 minutes eyeing a large punching bag stand. Plenty of teenage, polo-shirt wearing employees walking around talking to each other, but apparently deliberately avoiding eye contact with, you know, an actual customer who is clearly looking at a large-ish purchase. I even said 'excuse me' to the skinny kid who was apparently a sales person for the weightlifting department (and there was no way this kid had an experience with weightlifting equipment) but he just walked on by. I'm pretty sure he heard me.All in all, just another big consumer disappointment.

Bought ADIDAS Men's Adizero 5-star Football Cleats for my son. After wearing only TWO games they fell apart. Called and asked for a refund. They agreeded to refund, but only on their terms. I think if a customer is willing to re-spend in YOUR store you should allow it. Instead of offering NO other options. Dick's just lost not one family of buyers, but a whole University who have heard about your customer service.

Went in to return an item the employee at returns was fine but some guy came out of no where and started questioning me all about my return told me I should think before I return I think I'll think before shopping here again also made a call to corporate office.

Visited store to purchase a pair of bicycles. Got NO help (or even any eye contact) from employees, who seemed more interested in playing on their phones than doing their job. Wound up making this $1000 purchase at Nat's down the road...

This store wouldn't exchange a pair of Nike golf shoes when I had the 45 day comfort guarantee exchange period from Nike. The manager was very rude and didn't care about the customers. Academy Sports will be getting my business from now on!!
