I miss the CVS on KY street!!! I thought the lover's lane CVS was awful, but this one is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! My experience was so bad today that we will be switching pharmacies! Scripts for myself and Fatima were called in at 10:30am and I'm just now picking them up only because I gave up waiting for my notification that they were ready. I tried to call the pharmacy to check on them and they never picked up!! I was on hold over 30min and finally hung up. I feel bad for the staff here this place seems poorly ran! Scripts were literally everywhere! Like, what is going on here?!?! Seriously questionable!!

Every single time I have to come here (because of my insurance) it’s at least a 30-45 minute wait inside or out and they never have my prescription filled even when I call the day before and they say it’s filled or will be by that time. It’s always a nightmare and I wish I could switch to Walgreens.

They no longer have a drive through and make you wait HOURS in store for PICKUP no matter how long they have had your prescription. They DO NOT CARE about customers waiting, AT ALL. You are not priority, and the pharmacist is doing god knows what back there like a SNAIL and talking to herself while people just stand there. No line necessary, YOU WILL WAIT HOURS. Go to Sheldon’s instead. Walgreens & CVS can just be convenience stores but don’t use the pharmacy EVER. They’re not even open 24hrs anymore, SO NOT WORTH IT. Never again.

THE WORST PHARMACY EVER !!medicine was sent in at 11 am, everytime i called ( i would be on hold for at least 10 min each time ) they said it would be ready by 1. i went at 6 and NOTHING WAS THERE. they were out of stock of one and the other has to be shipped. the worst experience with the worst wait times. save your time and money and go somewhere else. truly awful.

Edit: WOW, JUST WOW! I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. After waiting 45 minutes on the phone, the most hateful person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with answered the phone and refused to help. I don't know what to do to get my medicine, because they're clearly incapable of filling it. No other pharmacy wants to call them to transfer the prescriptions because they know this location won't answer the phone! Guess I'll just go ahead and die. Thanks CVS.-------Good thing I'm not dying. It's been over two days and my diabetic medicine still isn't ready. I want to transfer to another pharmacy, but you can't get anyone on the phone at CVS to be able to do that! The pharmacy I called to transfer to said that this CVS is literally the worst. Just awful. This place absolutely deserves lower than it's current 1.6 star rating.

Terribly managed store. I live 30 minutes away and am forced to use CVS by my company, I'm sure because of their low cost and it shows. I have type 1 diabetes and my insulin is supposed to be autofilled but never is. They never ever pick up the phone and make me drive 30 minutes, walk in their store (because their drive through window is never open) and tell them to please refill my insulin. Only to be told it won't be ready the next day, thus have to make the same trip twice to the store just to get my insulin and pumps. It should be a federal crime for a pharmacy to be run this terrible. Pay your people and hire to meet the community need. Atrocious,period.

15 minutes on hold and counting. There was a pharmacist, at a different location asking for a transfer for me, that held for over 30 minutes before deciding to just call back and leave a message. The sad thing is this isn't the first time this has happened. I will be discussing with my family to find different pharmacies with better customer care. CVS doesn't deserve 1 star. If you look at the history of bad reviews why would anyone want them as a pharmacy.

I've tried to get my prescriptions shipped or delivered three times this year and every time they will confirm the order and then do nothing with it until I get a message a week later saying it was cancelled.Now they are offering same day delivery. Yeah right. I ordered it and of course it never came. I called the pharmacy and they said they had the order there packed up and ready to go but nobody came for it and they didn't know how to actually get it delivered to me. I've literally been trying for three weeks to get my prescriptions from this CVS.

The worst pharmacy ever. I literally work on pharmacy and don’t understand how this place is still open. Never has anyone’s meds and kept my prescription when I wanted to transfer. Something is not right in this place. Every time I went in to get my meds there would be at least 7 people going through the same thing, annoyed because they never had anything ready. My prescription was sent over there for a good 3 weeks before I went to go pick it up and they still didn’t have it ready. Said that they were behind. No kidding. When I asked if they could get my medicine for me the lady looked at me and said “That’s not how pharmacy works you need to educate yourself.” I then told her I was a pharmacy tech myself and she apologized. Terrible environment.

Awful. You literally have to harass them to fill a prescription. Called multiple times on hold for over 30 minutes no answer. Just to call corporate for corporate to tell me I need to go in there and “give them a push in person.” What a trash store. Worst CVS for prescriptions. Go anywhere else if you can.

This is the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, uncaring pharmacy I have ever experienced! I went to counter and was only person there. 3 people were behind counter. I WAS TOTALLY IGNORED FOR SEVERAL MINUTES. I WOULD HAVE LEFT BUT NEEDED MEDICINE BADLY! I was told it would be just a moment when the pharmacist walked right past me. But it took several more minutes until tech came to me. I am totally disgusted with them and will tell my insurance company and am changing pharmacies!

RUDE pharmacy staff. Transferred prescriptions from Kentucky St. to the ByPass. So now the app is useless and so is the staff on refilling the meds!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Edit 5 months later: WORST pharmacy ever! Been waiting 6 days for 2 simple refills. They won’t answer the phone and won’t return a voicemail. What does a person have to do to get their meds!? Going in person is useless as well. My insurance won’t pay for any other pharmacy or I would switch. Something needs to be done. People need their medication and can get very sick without them. Negative 0 stars!!!

I’ve been using them for almost 6 years in the last year they have completely went downhill . They have my same name under 2 different accounts & can never find my prescriptions . I’ve been calling them since Saturday & will stay on hold (never having talked to anyone yet) for hours before I decide to give up . They hardly ever have my sons medicine (albuteral for a nebulizer) & are really just unprofessional . The lines are always long inside & out & now Their drive through is down . This place needs new management or to just shut down . We will be switching to Walgreens today bc I’m tired of it being something every time

Service is horrible. I was first there at 10AM for a prescription called in from a walk in clinic. I was told to come back in 1 hour. I waited until 3PM and stood in line for 30min before being told it would be 1 hour. I told them I had already been told that at 10AM. I returned at 6:15PM for another 30min wait just to be told the same thing I had been told twice before.

I feel bad for the pharmacy staff at the Bowling Green KY Bypass CVS location. Overworked and way behind. If they had enough staff they wouldn’t be is such a mess. Stood in line for 20-25 minutes after waiting 2 days for a simple $2.50 prescription. They filled it once I pointed out how long I’d waited. Store is dirty and poorly stocked. Drink coolers have very few options. Never had this problem at any other pharmacy in the city. If my insurance didn’t insist I use them I’d switch away in a heartbeat.

Literally choose any other pharmacy than this one. ANY other pharmacy. It took me over 2 months to transfer a simple prescription. The Pharmacist John (he refused to share his last name) displayed some of the worst customer service in which I have experienced. Save your time and nerves and simply go elsewhere.

This is the worst CVS I have ever dealt with every time I call. I would be on hold for over an hour and it take forever to get a prescription filled. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody.. I am checking in to doing all my pharmacy orders at Walgreens.

31W bypass location needs new management and employees in the Pharmacy area. I had a prescription called in before 1PM and I was told it would be ready at 3PM. I went by after work at 5PM and stood in line for 20 mins just to find out it still wasn’t filled. They told me to come back in 45 mins which would have made it after 6PM. The pharmacy closes at 6PM. I called the Dr’s office and had it switched to another store which is not a CVS. I also followed up on my girlfriends prescription that was called in Yesterday morning and it still wasn’t filled either. I will never spend a dime in a CVS again.

Left dr at 9:00 AM. Went to get medicine at 3:15pm same day stood in line 45 minutes. Found out they had not started on it yet. So much Hate having to go here but have Aetna insurance and they own CVS so it’s the only pharmacy they like of course. I live 40 miles from here and leaving without medicine. I had rather cut a piece of my finger off than go to cvs!

Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. You can never get assistance over the phone and the pharmacy is always a 45min wait at minimum, even if there isn't anyone in line.Avoid at all costs

People are saying they feel sorry for the staff at CVS. I don’t. They are acting how the company trains them to act. Rude and hateful. Most of the time I think they are rude and hateful because they want to be. They know they have us by the purse strings because we needs our medications and they want our money. My company makes me use CVS. I’ve been using a local hometown pharmacy for years and then all of a sudden contracts are made and I can’t use my pharmacy. I have to use a hateful and rude multi-billion dollar corporation who does not give one hoot about anything but the almighty dollar.

If I could leave a -5 review I would. My new pharmacy has been trying to call this place for over 24 hours. My prescriptions for Covid symptoms relief were sent here by mistake and this pharmacy does not answer their phone which in the medical field is unacceptable as it causes a delay in patient care. Very Unprofessional and lazy.

Great customer service at the pharmacy! Walked in and immediately was greeted by 2 different people who said someone would be right with me. Then, had someone else walk up and help. After checking their records, I had the wrong store for my COVID booster, but they said they would be willing to give me a booster with their supply anyway. Said it was up to me, but I didn't want to take from their supply so I went to the right store. They were so nice and helpful. 10/10 would go to them again.

My 98 yr old mom wrote a check for $2.52 in 09/22. On 01/1023 we received a collection agency letter requiring 52.52 to pay for a bad check. Our bank ran an inquiry and discovered the account number was missing a number and cvs also did not submit a name so the check was returned to a “no account” status. CVS as usual will not answer their phone and the collection agency will not help correct CVS inability to type correctly. CVS corporate has bern notified.

I wish I could give them zero stars. terrible service, very slow and good luck trying to get them to ever answer the phone. the pharmacist there is really rude and will gladly hang up on you when they finally decide to answer the phone. I would not recommend cvs to anyone

The worst customer service. The female pharmacist is rude, condescending, and judgemental. I absolutely cringe when I have to go in. I know I will likely be embarrassed and walk out feeling like they have a pre-judgement of anyone needing medication. I try so hard to be kind and understanding, especially with staffing shortages, but the nicer I am the more they feelcomfortable intimidating and talking down to me. When I finally get enough of it and stand up to the attitude, they treat me much better. Why? Kindness should be rewarded not punished! Kindness is not a weakness!

Our prescriptions transferred here after they closed kentucky st location , have yet to pick a prescription up without an issue . Long wait times can't get through when calling and drive through is usually down.

If it gave me the option to rate this pharmacy 0 stars, I would. They never have your script ready, even 4 or 5 days after telling them to fill it. They fail to answer the phone and at one point, the pharmacist wasn’t even licensed.
