3.4 stars.Cici's is a cheap buffet style meal. Mostly bread with a smattering of random toppings or combinations. Pizzas come out every few minutes or so and chef calls out what just came out. Pizza is just okay, thus the luke warm review. Dessert pizzas and brownies are included with salad and pasta bar. Games are scattered through the building and include arcade games and pop a shot type games. Restaurant was decently clean, and you are mostly on your own from there.

The CiCi's pizza in my area has been shut down for 15+ years, and coming to Bowling Green was a 1200+ mile round trip excursion to visit here. It was worth every minute of driving, every second my stomach rumbled as I purposefully didn't eat so I could enjoy the succulent taste of a childhood I've all but forgotten.Words cannot describe the uproarious shouts as the manager bellowed out his pizza decrees. Cheeseburger, taco, buffalo chicken, what would the madman concoct next? Friendly staff. Accommodated a 30 person group towards closing time with zero complaints. Took my call ahead phone call in two rings and was very friendly. Only complaint was that the restaurant itself was sort of a mess. Chairs everywhere, tables that needed cleaning and the Buffett top and nasty in some places. I’m sure this was because of a Saturday night rush but they should plan accordingly. The selection was great and they kept hot pies coming out.

Great price as always for what is included, pizza, noddles,salad,soup and drinks as much as you can eat or drink. Definitely not the cleanest place, I took a star because they are family friendly but they don’t offer a changing station in the men’s or women’s bathrooms. If you are late comers please keep in mind they start breaking done and cleaning around 9:15-9:30pmKid-friendliness: It’s really good and even has games for the little one to play when their done eating.

Have only been here twice. Both times, the buffet was laking pizza options. There were only a few pizzas out. At one point pickins were slim. It seems like they are understaffed.The salad bar was okay. The lettuce was fresh. I found some dirty bowls on the buffet in the stack of clean bowls.

CICIS used to be such a good place to go and have a good pizza meal experience with the brownies and cinnamon rolls of course! Brownies were my fav! Went to this one twice, both times no brownies. I asked if they had any today, got a bland "nope." Proceeded to ask why, and got "our prep person doesn't want to prep them." Apparently no one here has manners here either. A simple, "I'm sorry we don't have them today" would have went along way.Besides this, the place was disgusting. Tables weren't clean, every chair is covered in God knows what, windows looked like they hadn't been washed in years. I'm honestly shocked this place is still open at this point. Before you eat here, I'd look at the bar and seating area before spending your money.

This place should probably be shut down as it's an embarrassment to the franchise.A pressure washer couldn't clean this location.... you'd have to replace everything. There are layers of dirty rag wipes on the entire restaurant...evidence that someone tried years ago to clean it. My wife and I felt gross the entire time I was in there.At one point I found a sanitizer dispenser on the wall, and after I made a special trip to use it, when I sat down I pulled out my chair to sit down and my hand was gross again. I just used a fork that I prayed had been washed...to eat pizza.We asked if they were going to bring out pasta twice, the second time finally interrupting the only adult employee (cashier, probably manager?) because he was stuck on his phone and employees wouldn't make eye contact without being asked directly, and the first kid just kind of nodded and wandered off. After that, we had to interrupt the manager's phone time again to ask if they could bring out Alfredo sauce for the pasta.We had to hunt for a table that looked like it may have been recently wiped. Most still had plates and glasses on the tables, even though only 4 tables were occupied. I've been to 3 or 4 Cici's and this location is an embarrassment to the chain.I understand it was just after 730 when we arrived, I'm sure the rush had just ended. But how do you leave your dining room trashed and just stand there texting, not refilling your bar, not cleaning?I can only imagine the back of the restaurant is worse, and won't be returning next week when we're back in town.

The ABSOLUTE WORST buffet I’ve ever seen. If that’s even what you want to call it. I spent $35 for 4 drinks, 3 adult buffets, cause aren’t all 11 yr olds considered adults, & 1 kid buffet. My daughter & I didn’t even eat! It was just pitiful! I’ll never be back! Same pizza up there before we arrived & after we left. Either burned or undercooked. No selection. Pasta was scared too & looked like roadkill from 95’… & the veggies were gathered from Bush Jr inauguration! 🤢

I wish I could put zero stars. Came at dinner time. There were only 3 other ppl in there. Walk in the door and bought 3 adult buffets and 3 kids. I wish I would’ve checked the bar and surroundings first. Dirty plates and food everywhere. Bar was all old and a complete mess. Salad lettuce looked like it was wet with something and dark (possibly mold). We wiped down our own table and chairs with wipes from our car but dirt is so caked on it didn’t help much. 3 of the fountain drinks were out. I literally watched the guy mopping the floor walk straight to the bar and make a bowl of noodles and sauce and never wash his hands. The entire staff was cussing and screaming and laughing and on their phones the entire time. I ate one piece of pizza and left. Honestly I would be so embarrassed to be the owner of this place. There is no management and it’s so dirty a gas station has higher standards. NOTHING has been cleaned in this place. Literally NOTHING. Handles, chairs, tables, etc ALL of it needs to be thrown away and replaced. It’s not even cleanable at this point. Worst place I’ve ever been into in my entire life. 40 years and thousands of locations across the world and THIS PLACE is the worst.

I am utterly disappointed. Things were just thrown together and on top of the counter. I can tell it had NO sanitary components. The same person making the pizza with bare hands was picking up and cleaning the tables off with bare hands. He picked up the pizza itself from the oven with bare hands. I usually wait to leave reviews but I am in the restaurant and we read this and watching things get slid and thrown on top on the counter. I am not impressed and it is not cicis the corporation this is a human staff issue. Just things literally thrown on top of the counter. Disgusted. And coming from out of town, when I do come back I will never return here

Cici's is informal, buffet style self serve of pizza, salad, pastas, soup, and soft drinks, all for a very low price. There is a small arcade that the kids enjoy.Vegetarian options: The veggies are in the salad section, broccoli, cauliflower, onions, carrots.

Our family frequents Cici's pizza and the service is always great! The employees are very friendly and seem to enjoy working there. The atmosphere is great as long as patrons are great. Occasionally you will get large parties with loud unruly children but that is nothing that should ever reflect on Cici's itself, and only on the guardians of said children.Kid-friendliness: They have an arcade room with many different prize machines and racing games.

We haven’t been able to find a CiCis sense we moved from Texas. We were super excited about this visit. What a let down. I have seen fresher pizza at 3 am at a gas station. Three types of dead pizza, no tea, no Dr Pepper. Asked for an Alfredo pizza and I’m not sure that’s going to happen. The tables are all sticky, floor is covered in trash. I really wish I could just get my money back.

The staff was rude. The pricing for the buffet did not resemble what I was charged. Ended up paying almost $12 for what is supposed to be a buffet around $10 with tax included. The buffet did not have a good selection at all and was mostly picked clean. The kitchen staff just stood around and did nothing about it. I did not notice any of them wearing gloves either.

My grandma would take me here all the time I made so many memories. But when I went here recently it didn’t feel the same! The booths were gone and the cool cups and cheese shakers! The pizza still stood up with the pasta still being my favorite! All you can eat buffet is great!!Kid-friendliness: The arcade is one of the best parts of Cicis. It’s not a big room but you always have a lot of fun!
