If Big Lots' parking was more handicapped friendly, I'd give it 5 stars based upon its well priced inventory, friendly staff and overall quality. But alas, and though the parking lot was practically empty, the proximity of the parking spaces and the main entrance is not conducive to easy accessibility.

To be honest I don't even know why they have a phone. When you call it goes straight to mail. Doesn't even try to ring once. If you want any customer service you have to actually go to the store.

I hadn't shopped at a Big Lots in quite awhile. Mainly ,because I was living out of state. And there wasn't a Big Lots, In the area. Anyway, I was searching for something on my cell. When I came across a Big Lots, add. A few weeks later I looked up the weekly sales adds. Saw several things that I wanted to take a closer look at. Hey, they were 40% off. I couldn't pass up 40% off. Now ,that's a deal. Big Lots was well stocked . The areas that I did my shopping 🛍 in were clean and, the aisles were large enough to easily turn your cart around, if need be. I was interested in a few really cute things to add to my patio/balcony, spring-summer collection. And ,to my surprise, Big Lots had several aisles full of, really cute outdoor stuff. I had a difficult time deciding 😫. Each aisle had shelves full of stuff, that caught my eye. After putting items in and out of my cart, several times. I finally decided on what I wanted the most, that day. I am pleased with my purchases. I'm going back soon to purchase a few more, really cute things ☺.

A lot of fun searching the bargains. Found what we were looking for that we couldn't find anywhere else. Prices were cheaper too! But remember if you are a rewards member. Make sure you bring your coupons and/or Screensaver of the email with the discount code. Or bring in the email on your phone. I've shopped here many times, but today I couldn't get the 20% b/c I didn't have the right codes. Oops.... learned a thing or two today. Just didn't like it when I wanted to get Christmas discounts. So I only bought 3 items. Just saying!!!

Bought furniture two months ago and it's still not here. Employees, manager, and district manager have all been a pain and offer no help whatsoever. I do not recommend. The prices are good but you get what you pay for.

They have a great selection of furniture and serta mattresses.! And a wide selection of patio decor, which i really really liked. Great prices. If you want cute Easter decor that will last more than a year, try Big Lots! The staff is very friendly and actually approaches you to ask if you need assistance!

Love big lots friendly staff. They had all there swim stuff and other things on clearance got me some wind chimes 75% off got a big swan goat for $5 wind chimes for under $3. Awesome....also the front part of parking lot is all handicap parking.

I wanted to visit. Both the website and the entrance doors claimed to open at 9am. It was 9:07 when I decided not to wait any longer for anyone to unlock the entrance. Haven't been back

Big lot is usuaslly a great place to get knock off designer fashions for a fraction of the price. Check their ads and always ask if something isn't priced or looks wrong. They will always make sure you are happy. Another great place to spend a little extra time hunting for that special hidden bargain

Clean, sometimes BL is dirty and trashy but this one isn't. It is a bit smaller than some others but it was set up well enough. Bathroom was clean too

Today I was approved to do the lease to own for a mattress at Big lots. I went to the store and picked it up when we got back home realized it was the wrong mattress. I called and Alicia took care of everything for me. And the best part was she sent a young man Ryan to follow us home to switch out the mattress for us. Alicia and Ryan were wonderful and I greatly appreciate both of them going the extra mile for us to get the correct mattress to sleep tonight. Thank You so much!!!
