This is my favorite department store in Greenwood mall. They have quality products that are usually On sale. A great place to buy gifts for the holidays. The store was clean and organized.The people were helpful and friendly. I purchased a ceramic holiday tray for 65% off. I also bought a wallet for half price, go with my new purse. I bought some blue bath towels for 75% off. I used an email coupon for $10 off and the register applied all the coupons I qualified for. GREAT PLACE TO GET A QUALITY ITEMS ON SALE!

I ordered two different sizes of shoes online for my husband at their suggestion. They said keep the ones that fit and take the others back to your local Belk store. This is what we did and it was hassle free. Great store to shop at.

I'm very disappointed. I paid off my belk account, almost 1k. A week later, I went in to use the $10 birthday coupon I'd received. Only to get told my card was inactive?! I had used my card 2 weeks earlier and paid the balance in full 1 week before. I spoke with a man on the phone, confused as to how my card was inactive? He was rude and indifferent. Stating he had no idea. He saw the recent activities and payment. But said I'd have to reapply. I said, "Just cancel the card." He sounded very happy to cancel my belk card but not help me find out why it was suddenly inactive. When I got off the phone, the belk employee said I was the 2nd customer that exact same thing happened to that day!

They put the Belk in where the Macy's in our mall used to be. The facelift to the store was really nice and they've done a fantastic job of making it not feel like the Macy's was ever gone in the first place. The staff here is also super helpful and the seasonal sales are always pretty good.

Belts is one of the newer department stores in town they have a great inventory great selection the variety seems to be a little better than most stores merchandising is really good. The store is very clean very updated very polite employees overall I think I like it better than the Macy's that used to be there.

I love Belk because it has a great selection of clothing in my size. The Doorbusters, coupons and Belk Bucks through the rewards card have gotten me some great deals. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful find for BG! The sales are absolutely the best I’ve seen in years and I’m a shopper!! I love the show dept and the service I get. It doesn’t matter if it’s 8:50 pm and the store is close to closing, the employees are very willing to still help. My number 1 store in 2018!!!

We were waiting to check out at the jewelry counter. The salesman had just finished with the person in front of us. When he looked at a man that had just walked up and was looking at something more expensive than what I was checking out,and he walked over and help him and turned his back to us.

I have recently decided to update my wardrobe. Belk clothing and others like it has never been my style. But I figured why not try something new. I bought a sweater from there and done in-store pickup. I picked it up and tried it on it the car. There were 3 holes in it so I took it back for a refund. The next day I ordered the same sweater online to avoid rebuying the sweater I just returned in the store. 9 days I waited for my sweater to arrive. No biggy. It's close to Christmas. What upsets me is, the sweater I purchased online was shipped from the Bowling Green Belk. The same store that sold me the sweater with holes in it. I opened my package to see that they sent me THE SAME SWEATER I JUST RETURNED LESS THAN A WEEK AGO! I live less than 5 minutes from Belk. Why did it take 9 days for Belk in Bowling Green to ship my order when I pretty much live across the street? I ordered things from states away and got my packages quicker. I'm so annoyed that they sent me the sweater I had just returned. Why didn't the person that took my return put the defective sweater in a different pile? Why was it hung back up on the rack just to be sent back to me? I told her 3 times it had holes. Immediately after opening the package and seeing the holes I went to Belk to return the same sweater for second time. I explained to the cashier (different cashier than the first time) about what happened. She apologized even though it wasn't her fault. And made sure to not let it go back on the rack. Im going to purchase this sweater for the third time. Y'all with me luck.

They wasn't very friendly was with my neighbor and she was gonna purchase some Estee lauder face powder and the lady assisting her was very rude and was no help what so ever. So we left and she ordered it online.

everyone seemed to be real nice very helpful with equations I asked and if they did not know the question or where item was they asked somebody help me find me what I was looking for didn't seem to judge anyone around the area that I was in again very friendly staff a lot of cheaper prices than I seen in the other stores in the mall that had the exact same thing would very highly recommend the one they're looking for things that you want for me it was for my little girl and the stuff that I seen at a different department store they had it for at least $6 cheaper no not all the prices they have here are cheap but I would definitely recommend the quality

I went to get a swimsuit it was 48.00 i went to check out she said it was 60% off then she said it wasn't she kept on saying that i got so fed up i walked right out the door. Personally I prefer Macy's.
