Elite K9 is a hidden gem for Paducah, doing mainly online sales they have a storefront, and if it's K-9 related, they have it! Additionally, the range is the cleanest and nicest in the area.

Ordered plenty of tug toys, balls, bite sleeves, and just ordered a suit from here. Never had a problem, and the quality of the bite tools is top notch. Very pleased with the quality and price of all dog training equipment.

UNREAL! Glad I did not make a huge purchase. They do not follow their return policy! Bought several items returned 2. One whistle was opened and faulty (screw came off without correct sound) they refuse to refund it or postage even though they gave a RA # because they can’t test it as it’s a whistle (hygiene) how is that my problem?? It doesn’t blow correct period. If you’re not going to abide by policy then make a comment stating unreturnable even if broken. I will never go back.

Elite K9 is an amazing warehouse and training center. They offer top of the line K9 gear and training equipment for police, military, SAR, and service dogs for disabilities. They offer periodic training seminars from trainers in the industry that are at the top of their game. I would recommend Elite K9 to anyone in the K9 training industry.

Item was out of stock, card charged anyway. Charge placed the day after online order so I don't think this was an automation/stocking mistake. No apology, no confirmation of order cancellation. Would not trust with another high dollar order.

I ordered an MWD and it was either delivered to the wrong address or lost. My main issue wasn’t even that I never received the crate I spent almost $1000 dollars on my problem was sending multiple emails and calling and being basically ghosted by the company. I called and just kept getting told that they would call me back. Extremely disappointed as I have ordered from this company multiple times and I wasn’t even granted the common decency of a “sorry there is nothing we can do” email.

I'm VERY VERY disappointed with Elite K-9. I ordered the following items February 1st, 2022.1. K-9 BSD-3R Device with HDPE Kit2. K-9 BSD Odor Imprinting Food Reward System3. Leather Puppy Tug Shamee4. Jute Tug on StickA total price of $1523.81.On February 10th, I sent an email inquiring about my order. Four days later, the response was "These are built to order and should go out in Approx. 2 weeks".Now, fast forward to March 14th, 2022. I call and ask about my $1500 order. The reply once again was, "These are built to order and should go out in Approx. 2 weeks".I could be wrong, however, I never saw anything on their website stating items 1 or 2 above were "built to order". Even if they are "built to order" what about the other above listed items?Very disappointed!!!

This place is the best. Order online or instore. If your local do yourself a favor and stop in to get the worlds best service, seriously. Staff treated me like a guest and took several hours to help me get what I wanted for my service dog. High quality products, decent prices and again. Phenomenal customer experience. If it matters to you, which it does to me, the owner and some of his staff are vetrans. Great for working, service, tracking and any other type of k9 needs.

I ordered a choker and a leash in July. The next day I received an email saying the chockers are out of stock whether it's ok to send only the leash. I responded to it immediately. Until today I have not received anything. I have sent reminder emails several times nobody responds. I'm pretty convinced this is a fake site taking people's money.

I have purchased equiptment from them before with no issues and I refer everyone to them. This last time I ordered 2 rubber ball in which they broke the first week I had them (using them the same way i always do and never had issues before) as a matter of fact it was a puppy this time. I called to talk to someone and the guy told me to send a email. I emailed them with no response. 2nd phone call "luke" told me there was nothing he could do to help me. Horrible customer service

Package arived in two days. Lapel pin was better quality then I expected, they also included some really cool stickers. I think that is very nice touch. I'll definitely be buying from Elite K-9 again.

Elite K-9 was great in helping us manage our Aussiedoodle. Before Elite K-9, we struggled with controlling his behavior around other dogs, jumping on people, and he had major separation anxiety.
