I have had more pets than there are ailments over the years, so I know when I come across an exceptional staff. Dr Clark and Dr Crane both have been challenged by some unusual, multiple problems my two cats have experienced these last couple months. But they immediately found the perfect solutions. And thanks to Advanced Animal Care investing in their staff by sending them to conferences, Amy, a licensed vet tech there, was able to figure out that my cat had a reaction to a new arthritis injection. Everyone there is so personable, friendly, caring, n follow up on their care w each pet. They know all their names which is particularly difficult since all my cats names start w H! I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Animal Care Berea n trust me, they are ready for any cat calamity!

If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, this clinic would definitely get it!! These people LITERALLY saved our dogs life. I have had dogs my whole life and I have lived all over the world but I have NEVER seen a more knowledgeable, more caring, or more loving and dedicated staff anywhere!! They were quick to take action when they realized my dog had very little time left, they texted me every few hours with updates on her condition while my dog was in their care, and they genuinely cared not only about our dog but about me and my wife as well. I TRULY cannot say enough good things about these people!! They are angels!!..an absolute Godsend!!

My cats all get very stressed about going to the vet and sometimes I feel like the vet is just trying to rush from patient to patient. This recent visit with Blizzard was completely different. He felt comfortable enough to, not only come out of his carrier, but sprawl out on the floor! I’ve never seen him so chill at the vet before. On top, I felt like the vet and vet-tech were both very attentive to my pet. I was listened to by both the vet and tech, and felt they really understood my cats needs. Even though I live closer to the Richmond location, we’ll be scheduling our cats for Berea from now on.

The doctors at Advanced Animal Care Berea are great, they take time to talk to you about any concerns you may have, and they treat your pet in as fear free way as they can. Bean hates having his nails clipped, but he still gets so excited to come say hi to everyone there. He also had surgery on his leg earlier this year and the care he received before, during, and throughout the postsurgical period was fantastic

I stopped by the office yesterday, FRI, AUG 25 to pick up a flea/tick, etc. pill for our 8 mo. old baby girl. I cannot remember when I’ve been treated that COLD by someone in the entire 5-10 minutes I was there. She was only at the front desk, only the first person I saw, & the only person I spoke with during my visit. There were NO wasted smiles, NO wasted words said, NO wasted efforts of being humanly courteous — NONE.I cannot help but look into someone’s eyes & think to myself, “You could & should do better!”WHY on earth would I think that? Because I’ve worked at a front office desk MANY years longer than this young lady has been alive. I can tell you I’ve pushed myself & struggled with many things while being in my position over the years. But, I was determined to persevere, & I can confidently say I have never treated anyone who came in our office in such a manner.——Disgusted & Disappointed!

Dr. Hancock, Rachel and Sarita were very caring and loving with my dachshund, Schnitzel. Dr. Hancock did everything she possibly could to make Schnitzel better again, but God had another plan. I first took him to AAC 7/3/2017 and made several more trips trying to help relieve Schnitzel of his severe pain. God took him on 8/12/2017. I couldn't bear to see my sweet little guy in anymore pain. His 6th birthday was 6/16; so he was very very young. If you knew Schnitzel you would have be attached instantly. He had a super personality and was a real character. He was such a joy. I, needless to say, have a huge hole in my heart. Dr. Hancock and staff are truly great people and they genuinely care about the animals they treat. I have another dachshund and rest assured I will continue to go to Advanced Animal Care for his medical necessities. God Bless Dr. Hancock, Rachel and Sarita...they are truly wonderful!!

We went to get JUST the rabies vaccine for our pup. Not wanting the physical exam, walked out paying almost 80 dollars. After getting an estimate about getting her teeth cleaned, we saw on the back of the paper it says “Please update my pet on ONLY RABIES for $17 + tax”There’s no reason why we had to pay the 50 for an exam we didn’t ask for!

The new office is stunning. There's lots of space, the room we were in had a fun cat shelf setup, which my cat enjoyed once she felt more comfortable. It honestly probably helped her calm down. I posted the pictures of her climbing it separately but I'll add them here too.

From the minute Penny and I walked in the door I was impressed with the cleanliness of the office and waiting room, the exam rooms were clean as well. I was checked in quickly and seen in a short amount of time considering they worked me in as I had an issue that needed attention quickly. Dr. Martin was great, he is kind and compassionate and Penny seemed to trust him and had no issues. He diagnosed her, treated her, and managed to work with the funds I had to get her treated. I highly recommend this practice and team as they make you comfortable and get you the help you need.

I would recommend this place to anyone. They were very affordable as they worked within my budget. They had a wonderful bedside manner. My cat had to be put down 😞 but they handled the situation delicately. I will be back for my pet needs.

Dr. Hill and Bri were fantastic! They were super accommodating of my schedule when I found something concerning on my oldest girl, and, after a very thorough exam, they relieved my worries. The service was excellent- very prompt and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Brought my dog in for an ear infection, the vet didn't even LOOK at his ears and handed me a $200 statement for some injection because of his "vomiting" (he vomited once) sparking them to generously run a parvo test "out of their own pocket" EVEN THOUGH we did clearly tell them HE HAD ALL OF HIS VACCINES (for parvo) so they're obviously making enough money to do that sort of thing. On the other hand as a plus, they DO have free guest wifi.

All of the staff have been great with Jackson, he seems to like them even after getting vaccinated. They even trimmed his nails for free. I'm pleased with the service that I have received from Advanced Animal Care.

When they won’t sell you flea meds unless they see your pet. That’s priceless 🤷‍♀️ To the girl that answered the phone the one that Tractor Supply sells is medicated also. On the positive thanks for saving me money. It was much cheaper and they was much friendlier as well. Also we aren’t still in a Covid state of mind. What’s with the stay in your vehicle we will come out after you call?

We have been using this office for four years and we will never go anywhere else (other than the Richmond office during after hours emergencies). They are so kind, gentle, and patient with our animals. When my cat was diagnosed with cancer back in the summer, Dr. Hancock knew that my dad was also fighting terminal cancer at the time. She called us from her personal cell phone with the bad news about our kitty and told us to call her on that number should we have any questions about his care. We are Advanced Animal Care customers for life!

The team at Advanced Animal Care Berea is awesome. We are travelling and needed to get our dog protected from heartworms. Making an appointment was super easy and the current curb side service due to covid was quick and efficient.
