I left my driver's license on the counter, never noticed it was gone until I went to run errands 2 weeks later. One of those errands was picking up a prescription. My license was in the bag with my meds. Usually you see that in small family owned bussinesses, not chain stores. Things like that makes me a return customer.

WOW, I ALMOST WAS GOING TO FEEL BAD LEAVING THIS REVIEW UNTIL I READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS WHERE THEY WERE TREATED THE SAME. THIS WAS ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND I AM NOT SPEAKING FOR EVERY WALGREEN'S PHARMACY JUST THIS ONE. MY EXPERIENCES WITH WALGREENS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. THIS PHARMACY COULD HAVE CARED LESS THAT I WAS LEAVING THE NEXT DAY FOR A TRIP AND NEEDED MY PRESCRIPTION FILLED BEFORE I LEFT. OUR TRIP WAS DELAYED AND EVEN THE DR THAT CALLED IN THE MEDICINE EVEN HAD ISSUES WITH THEM. SO CONCERNING FOR AN ELDERLY PERSON WHERE THEY DON'T CARE IF THEY RECEIVE THEIR MEDICINE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I'M YOUNGER AND IT ONLY DELAYED MY TRIP. WHEN PICKING UP YOUR MEDICINE WITH NO DRIVE THRU IS VERY UNORGANIZED. THERE IS ONE LINE AND JUST TREAT YOU AS A NUMBER. I HOPE FOR THE SAKE OF ANYONE SICK THIS WOULD GET BETTER FOR OTHERS THAT HAVE TO USE THIS LOCATION. I WILL NOT. I WILL DRIVE FARTHER TO RECEIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE .

I can't speak for all Walgreens, but this location is terrible. They are so rude. I thought it was a fluke the first couple of times but they just chat and ignore you. Then they give me the wrong prescription, insist that I take it and come back to resolve the issue the next day, only to find they will refuse to accept it back and exchange. Currently looking for an independent pharmacy.

Staff is rude, said they were going to transfer and fill steroid, antibiotic and eye drops for my 1 year old in 2 hrs. 2.5 hrs later they did not even call to get it transferred. Very ignorant, irresponsible and rude.

They totally play God with people's medication and I really hope they don't treat all their terminally I'll patients the way they treat a family member of mine. They are rude, insensitive and have zero compassion for anyone.

Absolutely terrible service. One day last week I decided to refill mine and my wife's prescriptions via the phone app. It gave me a a time and date to choose from based on their first available pick up time, which was 3 days later. After confirming the information and hitting submit, it told me that that they would be ready for pick up at the time selected. So fast forward to that day, I did not manage to pick them up at the specified time due to work, however I did arrive an hour before they closed. Upon arrival, the line was outrageous but seeing as how a couple months prior, they changed their hours to being closed on the weekend, I had no choice to wait in line. After 15 minutes of waiting, finally get to the counter to find out that none of them are ready for either me or my wife. They said they can have them ready in 30-40 minutes and if I would like to wait. Well, like I said I had no choice or I would have to wait until Monday.Fast forward to this week, wife and I had doctors appointments this morning and new prescriptions to be filled which were sent early this morning around 10am. We arrived at the pharmacy at 4:15 and shocker, none of them are ready. They asked if we would like to wait 34-40 minutes.. And of course the dilemma of waiting that amount of time or another two days. When we arrived there wasn't a soul in sight in the store with at least 5 people behind the counter "working".I highly recommend doing what others have stated in previous comments and go to cvs, as it's just down the street. We will be doing the same.

While I understand covid staffing is hard the pharmacist shouldn't be taking out trash while I sit there 30 minutes past my appointment time waiting for a shot. Staff was nice but horrendous service would highly recommend going somewhere else as I will be in the future .

Tyler and Hannah in the pharmacy go above and beyond to be caring and professional. I appreciate the wonderful customer service and extra effort. A bit of kindness goes a long way and it shows at this pharmacy.

Go to CVS down the street. The pharmacy is horrible. My script was called in yesterday and it's still not filled and she said they are closed on Sundays so I have to wait till Monday to get it that is if it's filled. Didn't even care that I will be out of my medication. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Im never coming back
