They had our application for 2 weeks, didn’t follow up on references, lied 3 times about not being able to contact our groomer. Lied about the age of the cat (was 7.5 but they said she was 5). Transferred her to Garden City without her prescription medication, with ear mites and dirty fur, vaccines due and without letting us know. Thank god for the humane society in garden city because Pets Miracle Network was very shady. 10/10 would not recommend.
