I really cannot thank them enough for getting my puppy and I in last minute for an emergency even though they were completely booked out. From how he was acting at home we weren’t sure what was going on or if he would pull through. They found the root of the problem, treated it and kept me updated as soon as they had any. Not to mention I was a complete bawling mess and they were very understanding and kept reassuring me that he was in good hands. 24 hours later and he is 95% back to his normal self and with some more rest he’ll have a full recovery. From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys for everything and caring for my fur baby. Rex and I are extremely grateful.

I've taken several of my pets there for years. I've finally learned my lesson. They don't tell you what the charges will be. You get a different vet everytime you go there. Its always an expensive fiasco with no results.

I live in Oklahoma and I drive to Winfield to bring my pets to Dr. Carlee and Dr. Kip, they are the only ones I trust! In every difficult time with a pet, Dr. Carlee goes above and beyond with her care! She never pushes you into a decision, she gives you her professional opinion and the facts to help you make the decision for you and your pet. Not only are the vets amazing, but so is all of the staff! Thank you everyone at WVH for caring for Mowgli and Duke. You guys are the best of the best!

They take the best care of my dogs they're always a phone call away even when it is Christmas Day and I have an emergency Carly was there within minutes to take care of my female taking time away from her family to care for her she gets an a+ Plus in my book. They're very reasonable on price and if you want top notch care for your animals this is the place to go.

Overdosed my kitty with a flea treatment, their words about overdosing not mine. Still really sick and that was on June 28. Been back twice. Called emergency line today Sunday and they couldn't be bothered to call back. No empathy at all and it was rheir fault. Guess I'm suppose to sit here and watch her starve and die.

Have been taking our animals here for years and have always had superior service. We live 30 miles away and have a few other places we could go, but Winfield Vet has always been the place we go, no matter the issue or illness. For excellent doctors and knowledgeable staff, this is the place to take any animal.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars! Worst first experience I have ever had with this vet.. I came in around 4pm a WHOLE hour before they close for my very sick family cat that we just found that had been missing for a couple of days.. this was a MEDICAL EMERGENCY!! My cat is about 17 years old in human years and she was terribly needing medical attention and might have needed to be put down because she was suffering and couldn't breath so well due to her old age and bad ear infection.. (she might have been in a fight with another animal that gave her a infection I'm not so sure but it was bad) she was also limping and I couldn't tell why.. they informed me another family member that goes there owes money and I would have to pay first before they even can see if they can look at her!?! Uhm no that has nothing to do with me and then they informed me that the doctor wouldn't be able to even look at our family cat at all since it's an hour to closing and the doctor is seeing a patient already.. I left in tears and couldn't believe they couldn't even take the time to do what was right.. my cat ended up passing away during the weekend and all I could do was be there by my cats side while she was in pain.. I'm heartbroken. Will be sharing this on Facebook for others to see as well... nobody should go through this!

My pup was hit by a car on the weekend and in the evening ...I called every vet within 50 miles and was about to go to an emergency Veterinary clinic in Wichita hoping once we were there that they would see her without having full payment when 2 different doctors from Winfield Veterinary Hospital returned my desperate call for help..one was on call and the other hreturned my call to his HOME # ! They were both AWESOME! The doctor whose weekend off that I interrupted told me if the clinic had not returned my call byt he time i reached Winfieldt to call him back and he would meet us at he hospital. Then he called me back when I didn't call just to check on my puppy. The doctor on call met us very quickly and took excellent care of us.The best service I honestly EVER experienced. I HIGHLY recommend them and they are now the only place I take my dogs for care.

Dr. Nelson was amazing. Very personable, caring, and professional. He explained all our options and helped us decide what the best plan was, which actually ended up being the cheapest option (rather than suggesting x-rays, etc that would cost more). He also called a few days later to check up on my dog after he hadn't heard from me. A wonderful doctor and clinic. HIGHLY recommended!!!

When a pet owner calls the emergency number because their pet is in need of medical help and is flat out refused help because of a $58 bill. I'd say that is down right cruel to the animal suffering. My cat needed help and died 4 hours after I called for help... I would not reccomend this vet for anything or to anyone ever....

Doctor Warren was amazing. Actually saved my dogs life this week. Knew what was wrong first visit. Fixed it with obvious limited time. Thank you!

Wasnt as friendly to me and my dog. Didnt want to see us told they dont take anymore clients after 430 but yet 2 people came in after we did and they seen them. Wont be going there again.
