My husband and I had a great experience at the Westlake location this morning. A youngman by the name of Zach took the time to not only help us but explain all the functions of the item we were looking to purchase. Top notch customer service! He spoke to EVERY customer that walked by. This location is not close to our home but we will most definitely be making this store our new go to! Thank you Zack for your kindness and patience.PS. We bought the EGO weedeater!

This is one of my favorite hardware and tool store chains, but this specific location is very hands off as everything is bolted down and requires asking for assistance just to see a 3$ drill bit. I looked at a Milwaukee drill on display and set an alarm off. Don't waste my time with all this (in)security! Lol. I'm there to shop not hookup with a salesperson my whole visit. I recommend a different Ace than this one.

Looking for a particular paper towel holder. Web site said there was 1 in stock, but it was gone when we got there. The others on display were more than we wanted to pay. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Excellent service Hands-On everyone that works there even their management staff is the best ever they may be a little different on their prices maybe a little higher but it's so worth it if you're in a buying can't say enough good things about Ace Hardware Steve is one of the Reps you could not ask for a more nicer person someone who cares and will bend over backwards to get whatever you need to you he's the best

Prices are so much higher then everywhere else it seems ask you at checkout if you are s rewards member tell them no they don't ask you to join though just charge the higher price why can't there just be one price for everyone instead of the games or hoops to jump through

The man that is suppose to help with plumbing little short brown haired fellow is very rude doesn’t deserve his job my wife and I needed help with finding the right connector for water line I thought I had the right one but realized I didn’t so I ask him to get me the other one please he huffed at me and started mumbling under his breath so I said I would go elsewhere if it was a problem he said do it than so I did I am a rewards member who have been shopping at ace around Texas and Kansas this person has made me go elsewhere for now on would give no stars if it let me don’t deserve one

Great service and products was going to shop local today needed MANY THINGS didn't want to go home after work so I stopped in to get the wood for 5 steps guttering and supplies for back of home, paint striper, paint, dewalt saw and a few other tools some weatherproofing for windows, some trim for windows, 5 boxes of screws need different sizes and some of the purple flowers at 24? Each was getting 4 of those,unfortunately I had to Pee No BATHROOM ITS BEING CLEANED. I LEFT came home Peed eating and going to the BIG BOX STORE GIVE SOME CORPORATION my money instead of a local owned business. Might not be going back even though I can walk to it from home. Have a great weekend.

Most of the staff is very helpful, and will do a great job when they deliver the items as well. This has been our to-go place for benjamin Moore Paint. Parking can be a bit of a hassle during the busy times as it sits adjacent to the Dillions.

I give this Ace 5 stars because they saved my life (not literally) by being able to copy my truck key that was broken in half I was using a screwdriver to turn my ignition and it was soo bad I was told by dodge dealership it would be over $100 to replace my key then told by another car place my ignition needed replaced all together at some ridiculous price so on a whim I brought my broken damaged key in to Ace and the manager took a look and said they werent sure they could do anything but would try and boom the key was made and IT WORKED! The manager also helped me jump my truck that cold cold evening and just went above and beyond for me that night I wish I could remember the name but they had a very nice truck as well it started mine right up..I go to this ace alot and when ever I see that manager i always say hi "bestfriend" because of you I can drive today haha all the staff should be more like that!

I roll in here with my husband sometimes & I went in at 8:30am on 11/13/2021. I must say, this store has cleaned up a LOT since the last time I’ve been in. The staff that was working this morning was amazing and so friendly. I missed the red head gals name but she cut some glass for us and did a wonderful job. Service with a smile too. Very kind people working here. 5 Stars from me, I’m very impressed with how much better our experience was.

I always check Westlake ace hardware for new plants every year. This spring I stopped in and saw some pots that I liked. Unfortunately they weren't priced yet but a young lady was busily organizing the pots and trying to price them. She apologized for the unfinished state of affairs, and I replied that it is normal this time of year. I saw a pot I was interested in but it wasn't priced yet. She kindly checked the sku # and got a price for me. The price seemed a little high and she ran into the store just to double check. The price was correct, but her courteous nature and willingness to confirm the price was above and beyond service. I wish I had read her name tag. She epitomizes good help.

This is a nice neighborhood hardware store that certainly has what you need. Staff is friendly and ready to help. A bit more for items but the nearest Lowe's or Home depot is over 5 miles. I recommend if you don't want to spend the extra time and money on gas.
