I visited this store a few days ago. Very disappointing 😕 First of all there were no carts to shop with. Once you juggle all your purchases in your arms to the check out no employee to ring up your purchases. I along with several other customers waited for quite a while for someone to come and ring us up. When a young man finally showed up he could not log into the register so he had to go get another female employee to come and help. I have never heard so much sighing and mumbling. Then she announced "I don't know why I had to come up here no one is even buying cigarettes". Im not sure how she knew that, she didn't ask anyone. She then left and didn't help check any customers out.What should have taken a few minutes took 30 or more. Poor customer service.

We left the hospital after having my prescription called in and proceeded to wait in line for 45 minutes with only two cars Infront of us. After finally getting to the window and asking for my script the employee told us we would need to get back in line or come inside because they were unsure if they had the pills to fill my script. I then showed them the 35 staples going down my stomach and refused to get back in the line that now has 15+ vehicles in it. I told them I obviously couldn't come inside in my condition. The worst experience I've ever had at any pharmacy. You would think when the Doctor calls in a prescription that the pharmacy would tell them if they were able to fill it or not.

Isn’t your slogan “Be Well”? How can we Be Well when you can’t fill scripts in a timely manner?After transferring a script to here because of availability it was like pulling teeth to get it filled. I called 6 times! 6! And they still did not have it filled. Each time I was told something different. Finally after 24hrs I spoke with someone who said it would be ready for pickup in approx 30mins. After I was patiently waiting for a text confirmation to come pick up, and over an hour later I decided I would just go and hope that it was ready.The girl at the window said it still wasn’t ready. But it’d be ready in 15-30mins. Unacceptable. If you know a patient is waiting— given the many different times I called, because someone wasn’t doing their job, I would hope that it became a priority.I’m unsure WHY pharmacy’s feel they can mess around with peoples health and wellness. And I’m unsure why it’s so difficult to communicate with the patient. I guess it’s easier to just let something sit on the self, than actually address things.DO BETTER. So we can BE WELL.

Pharmacy services is HORRIBLE! We’ve been having issues for weeks now getting my husband’s medications. Not good when people have serious health conditions. They need better workers. We finally switched to Dillon’s.

Is the most busiest Walgreens but the WORSt in attending customers, the store is and has always been short of staff/ pharmacists.. customer have to drive 3-4 times up there just to check on their prescription…they never answer their calls and will have you waiting over and hour just for them to answer … is just ridiculously , awful , terrible…

Terrible service with the pharmacy. Should not take staff an hour to find my son's or my prescriptions, and the few times I've seen staff try to ask each other for help, rude customers jump up and cut them off, leaving my baby and I hanging.

The absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever used. 30-40 min waits every time, at least. Apathetic employees. Don’t waste your time, have your scripts sent elsewhere.Update. Send your prescriptions to Dandurand east, on Rock and Central. Pleasant people, privately owned, and great customer service. Stop having getting your prescriptions be a nightmare for you.

Would give zero stars if I could. My 4 yr old toddler had to use the restroom pretty urgently and I asked "marie" if they were locked. She told me they did not have a restroom and they were out of service. And I said but surely there's some other restroom you employees use that this innocent little girl could use. She was snooty and rude. Did t say that they just didn't have a "public" restroom for customers. Just flat out said no. I walked around the store and found another gentleman ( didn't catch his name, but THANK YOU ) who was a little hesitant in the beginning but in the end allowed her to use it. The bathrooms were in perfectly fine condition...so ibjust don't understand why the lady was so rude and inconsiderate. If you hate your job lady, GO HOME!!

One of the worst Walgreens in Wichita, Kansas. I personally would avoid the area the homeless are bad, and they will not kick them out of the store, even if they bug you for money.

went to visit this 24 hour walgreens and they had a sign posted stating they were closed from midnight to 7pm. I’m assuming this was a typo and it was supposed to state 7am. Either way really disappointed considering it’s the only 24 hour pharmacy here in town

I came into Walgreens around 9 pm on a Saturday to pick up my husband's prescription. They had a huge line in the drive-thru, also inside the store. Behind the counter was one employee, Coco, and the pharmacist. Coco was doing an amazing job of working between the two lines of customers. She was polite, courteous, and above all respectful to every customer she talked to.I wanted to help her out so much to give her a reprieve from the swarm of incoming customers. I hope that someone who can give her a raise reads this and shows her what an amazing person and employee she is.Thank you Coco for being a wonderful person and making my experience with Walgreens tolerable! Five stars just for you.

This location is a joke. This is what we have for the only 24hr pharmacy? The pharmacy hasn’t filled our prescriptions in 2 days. Tonight I need Shoe Goo, app says in stock, but it’s not. EASILY 1/3 of their store is EMPTY!

The pharmacy is awful and has horrible customer service. The pharmacist came out and said if you want to talk to the pharmacist call the phone number even though he was standing right in front of me. The staff were rude. Took 5 hrs to fill post op pain medicine.

This pharmacy is consistently disappointing. In the last few months every time I have went they have chosen to close their drive-through during open hours so you are forced to go inside around everyone who is sick picking up prescriptions. When you look into the pharmacy it is a complete disaster. I don’t know how they could be trusted to keep track of peoples important medicines when their work area is in a shambles. When you walk through the door it is filthy, the parking lot is full of trash and filthy. Even the counter at the pharmacy looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in months. I really wish corporate office could take a visit to this Walgreens and see what the customers are seeing. It’s bad and the customer service is worse.

This pharmacy NEVER has the meds you need. I've called several times before I send my script there and they will tell me they have it. By the time I go pick up they don't have any in stocks. Why tell me you have it then 6 hours later I find it you don't when I come in??? This particular Walgreens is HORRIBLE!!!!! Go to another pharmacy.

Do NOT fill your prescriptions here, they do not care about your health. I have had repeated experiences of being lied to by pharmacy staff and wait times for single prescriptions that ended up lasting well over an hour. The employees do not care about their jobs and actively show little interest in helping any customers.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews. Literally fresh out of surgery and they will not fill my script, doctors office called them multiple times, sent a new script over immediately. I need to get home I can’t sit around all day and wait for a lazy pharmacist to decide when they want to 10 pills in a bottle. Lack of care is evident here.

I am 24 weeks pregnant and this pharmacy just made me pay $30 for medicine I’m not even supposed to be taking while pregnant. Steroids and pseudo cough medicine. None of this was explained to me. No one ever asked if I had questions or not either. I’m visibly huge and pregnant. After paying for it I looked it over and immediately took it back to the counter and said I couldn’t take it. They refused to refund my money or take the medicine back. After I left the counter I contaminated it, even though I didn’t open it. This pharmacist should lose her job. They purposely sold me medicine they knew could harm my baby just to get money from me. I don’t know what kind of people you guys hire, but you should definitely look into them and make sure they have the knowledge to be working here. It would be different if I was in drive through, but I was in person and right in front of the 6 other people in there, and none of them corrected the situation. They just agreed with her. It was my fault their pharmacist didn’t look at the prescriptions leaving their pharmacy. Completely unacceptable. I’m glad I was smart enough to read who could and couldn’t take it, since they obviously aren’t.

A store this busy open 24 hours for pharmacy should have 2 lanes open on the drive through at all times.And then you get here, purposely waited to pick up because you’re too sick to stand or sit in line waiting to be filled… so 4 hours after a script was sent from urgent care you show up…. It’s STILL NOT READY!EverytimeVarious reasons given. If it’s insurance call the person and get the info you need to fill the scripts!If it’s a script issue that conflicts with other meds call the person and let them know and not wait till we Show up . It might be to late to let Dr know to get it changed at That point.Sooo here we sit 30-50 minutes wait nowCustomer service is dead

After 50 minutes in the line of the drive-thru, my turn to attended in the window came just to tell me that they ran out of the medicine. It is an antiobiotic to treat ear infection. Does Walgreens not have a system that let you know when to order a medicine BEFORE running out of the medicine? Does walgreens not have a person in charge of logistics or something that help to prevents this thing specially in the only one that is opens 24hrs?My 9 months old son won't has his medicine until tomorrow when i gettogo to the location that has the medicine.

Just called to find out if they had two of the OTC medications in stock. I spoke to the two females working up front & they said "NO, we don't carry either of those." They refused to go check & was extremely rude! So I called back & spoke to a very nice lady in pharmacy, who went out & checked for me. She said they did have one product, but the other was on recall. Why couldn't the "challenged" people up front, that I first spoke to, go do thier job instead of making a pharmacist leave her counter to help me? Come on walgreens, hire better people! This walgreens is the worst & hires the most hateful people they can find for up front help. Is this a qualification to be hired on here? Kudos to the pharmacy though! They always go over & beyond to help!

Bad service. Can’t believe that I was waiting on the line for at least 15 minutes because the guy in front of me had a problem with checking ID for cigarettes. They opened a new line and asked the last person to check out first, then they closed that line. And after a few minutes, they opened the second line and again, asked the last person to check out while I was there for 20 minutes. They didn’t say a word nice to me at all. Unbelievable that the girl is shift lead, very unprofessional service!!!!
