Lots of vegan and gluten free options that are difficult or impossible to find elsewhere, and the staff are willing to help you find what you are looking for or even special order it for you!

Love Natural Grocers. Great selection of foods for all palates. Fabulous bulk selection of nuts, grains, spices, granola and tasty treats. Enormous selection of supplements and vitamins and health and beauty supplies. Staff is always friendly and helpful. With every reusable bag brought in, donation is made to a food bank.

I went to the Rock Road location for this visit and when I pulled into the parking lot on a Monday morning I noted the excellent curb appeal. There was no trash in site, no shopping carts orphaned in the parking lot, no clutter of unattended displays at the entrance.I grabbed a cart once through the door, which were all lined up nicely, with no previous customer trash in the carts to be seen (Hello Dillons!). The first section you're in after grabbing a cart is the produce section, which all looked nice, fresh and guaranteed 100% organic. I was greeted with smiles and hellos by all employees as I walked the aisles. The inside of the store looked even better than the outside, clean floors, well stocked shelves that were organized logically, it was a nicely lit environment with no over-the-top displays or 'discount' bins that have been picked through.

Great selection if foods that are chemical free, organic and natural. It might cost a little more but it is definitely a higher grade of food.

A store that is organic and gmo free in supplements and food. You don't have to worry much about the ingredients being chemicals but can easily still go for the items you love and need. They have deals at the store and show them in their magazines of the month. They have books on health and cookbooks. They also have things for hygiene, makeup ,hair care, and bags as well. The people are great and helpful as well as willing to show where the item you are looking for is at.

Fantastic selection of organic, clean, and natural products. Prices are the best around, especially if you buy from the bulk section. Their freshly ground peanut butter and almond butter is to die for! Staff is always friendly and knowledgable.

Nice store. I went with my Aunt when I was visiting Wichita and they had a great selection of healthy foods and a lot of gluten free options.The vitamin/supplement section was very big too. She was able to find a supplement she’d been looking for all over town.The only complaint we had was them not stocking enough white tea. She had to go to two locations and they still didn’t have it.

They have a great selection of natural, organic and GMO foods and care items. Their prices are reasonable and staff is always helpful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good health food store, or healthy food in general. They also have a nice body care section with artisan soaps and hand crafted purses and bags. One of my favorite stops in Wichita.

4 stars for great customer service! Maybe finding customer service driven employees and following with great training is the reason for exorbitant price tags! I just don't understand spending so much. Oh well, kudos to the employees!

So I had called looking for soap. I spoke with, Angela. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Little did she know when I got there I'm kind of a pain because I ask a lot of questions. However, not only did she help me, but helped several others as well. When they didn't have other products I wanted, she called a different store so that way they could hold it for me. She was great, and by the way it was my first time here. I am definitely a life long customer!

This place is great. I was pleasantly surprised to find certain stuff that I have been looking for for years, such as Kava tincture which no one locally seems to have. I love the atmosphere of the store and appreciate the young lady that checked me out. I find that this place reminds me alot of Food for Thought, which I miss very much. I definitely recommend stopping by and checking out their store.

Had a anniversary so got a free bag and chocolove bar. They didn't have all the items I wanted because it was the last day of the sale. Love this store though. Two of my items were on sale and didn't get the sale price but it was like 65 cents each.

70% of our shopping happens here. We know the staff. The staff knows us. Its like I'm going to see my cousins or something. Their produce is the best in Wichita. Their sales are nuts. If they don't have it, ask. They are great about getting hard to get stuff. And they actually follow up!

I only went to buy vegetables for a friend who has to stick with organic. I had never been before. Will definitely go back and look when I have more time. The employees were very nice and there seemed to be quite a lot of options. Prices seem fair

Love the atmosphere, great pricing on healthy grocery items, fresh veggies, and not crowded all the time. However, I often find overcharge on receipts, like number of items more than you bought, or pricing is not as advertised. Check your receipt or keep an eye on as you go thought checkout.

Love shopping here. It is relaxed and laid back. Amit and Andrew are wonderful helpful staff. Would give 5 stars other than that some of the newer employees here are not as friendly or helpful as they could be. In fact, several of the newer employees will not ask you if you need help once even if you are in there looking for a long period of time. In this regard it’s dissapointing. They should do more in regards of perks to consumers who spend a lot of money in this store other than issue a coupon for 5$ off which will expire in two days after you have spent hundreds of dollars in this store

Started shopping here when it became the only place in town offering organic white sweet potato (apparently). Also bought some other produce on sale. But when I brought the receipt to get refund for the Capri tomatoes (they were bitter) they said they do not refund them. I didn't get a definite answer either about whether bringing the bad tomatoes would have made a difference.
