Without a doubt, one of the worst Lowe’s stores. I’ve actually had employee tell me to go to the Ridge Road location. I just had a cashier call for assistance in the drywall section for me. Waited 20 minutes, no one shows up.On my way to the Lowe’s on Ridge, even though it’s much further from my house.

Do not used Lowe Installer. Order Windows and Windows installation at Lowe since April 2022 and pay up front. Now after 20 months the Windows still not complete. After 2 time error caused by installer and now they said the wrong size Windows still not order. Call many time to customers service, they know nothing about the delay and no record of wrong size Windows.

Ordered a simple rubber mallet on line. Waited 7 hours and no communication from Lowes. Since I was nearby, I stopped in and asked about this mallet. Customer service person ran the order # and only found out that they didn't have it😡. Was told they had to order it since NO LOWES in Wichita had one. So it's suppose to be here in 2 days. AGAIN, NO COMMUNICATION FROM LOWES TO INFORM "OUT OF STOCK!.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that helped me find what I needed. I was approached multiple times and asked if I needed assistance. Much better than some stores where associates make themselves scarce and it’s almost impossible to get help. Everything was clean, well lit, and well laid out.

Love this Lowe’s location! Friendly and helpful employees. Herbie was very helpful in the garden center. He helped me put my plants on a cart and locate the plants I was looking for. He’s always been service oriented when I shop there. Super nice guy!

Amazing collection of plants. All kinds of varieties and colorful flower plants. Just wasn't happy with indoor plant collection and quality of them. Each plant has some other issues. Plus, they are expensive compared to other stores. Lowe's, if you are reading this review, please take good care of your indoor plants. They need it. I found other things that needed. Everything is placed properly as written on the shelf. Good collection of joyful plants outdoors. You can pick any plant from outdoors as they are well maintained. I loved the roses' collection and other flowers as well.

If I could give negative stars I would. We were looking for a washer and dryer and the guy helping us just kept going on and on about the cheapest one and trying to talk it up like it was good and hinting at that is all we could afford. Wouldn’t even show us anything else or talk about anything else. Then when we asked about others he said that’s the high market and just kept talking about money and how expensive they were but not much about the machines except for if it had an agitator or not. And then when shown the more expensive just showed us one and told us pretty much that all the other ones weren’t good. Will Never go back to this store and took our money somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Bought a refrigerator, delivery crew dropped it off in the spot it went with out hooking it up and left in a hurry. Come to find out the refrigerator is so damaged the freezer won’t open. Finally get a new one and the delivery is fine. I then order $50 worth of bathroom accessories such as towel holders etc. they never end up showing up. When I call for a refund they keep saying it’ll be 3 days until it shows in my account. It never did. I repeated this process 5 times before giving up. Never received anything that I ordered and never got a refund that I was told so many times was coming. I guess home depot is the way to go from now on…

Conveniently located. Poor customer service good luck finding a sales associate. If you absolutely didn't need the building supplies that they have for sale you would never shop here. So good luck finding help and don't try to call the store will just put you on hold even if you're inside the store looking for help.

They allow dogs, and all the employees were super understanding that our dog is still learning to socialize. They gave treats and were kind enough to understand when she growled or backed away scared. Love their selection of plants, and we always have great customer service when we shop at this Lowes!

Their website lists three items in stock, which we came in to purchase. After 20 minutes to waiting get assistance, and another ten fornthw clerk to pull said item, we were informed that they have none of the white over the range microwaves. They need to fix this. My time, as everyone else's is valuable, and they wasted mine. Would not go back to Lowe's. I will pay the extra to make the rest of my home improvement purchases at Home Depot.

Sticker on product label was marked as clearance, but rang up full price when we went to check out. The cashier called for assistance and the individual who approached obviously had no interest in helping us. He scanned the item, said “it’s not showing that way for me.” So we walked over and showed him the clearance sticker matching the product number on the box that we picked up. He refused to honor the price and said “I don’t expect you to understand.” To management: I suggest you retrain Mr. Marcus how to treat people and how to explain things to people respectfully and tactfully. He doesn’t know that a single clearance item and his suggestion came on the heels of our complete appliance set purchase and we’re searching for other options now. This lowes is the worst lowes I’ve ever dealt with from a customer service perspective. Unfortunately, we had placed a positive review for the appliance search with help from Connor & Ray that was a good experience and I’ve removed that because of the way Marcus spoke to us today. Completely offensive and unnecessarily disrespectful.

My wife and I spent 20 minutes looking at washing machines. No associates ever came to assist. 3 were standing by the desk nearby but were to busy in conversation to check on us. We left and purchased a washing machine at best buy where we were assisted immediately after arrival.

It was not a good visit, I witnessed several people leave their items at the register, and walkout due to lack of help up front. At least 3 people left the self check-out since q lane was down. And the others had issues. 1 worker would show intermittently to help, just to walk off and leave the others frustrated.Better get this fixed, as there are plenty of options nearby!
