This is a fantastic place for your doggo to get his or her groom on! My dogs always come out clean and smell good and happy! I love that they know my dogs names and that they send me photos! They did my big dog on a mobile visit and she was so happy and looked so pretty!

Courtney was awesome! We had just moved in from out of state and a skunk got our two large dogs. Being from out of state and having out of state phone numbers, many other mobile groomers wouldn’t even call me back. Courtney called back timely, understood the urgency, worked some magic with her schedule, and came out right away.One of my dogs doesn’t like hardly anyone and he thought she was his new BFF. Courtney sent updated along the way so I knew how my dogs were doing and when they were ready to come in. Outstanding service!!! She even took this super cute picture of my dog that has anxiety and doesn’t like most people. He wasn’t anxious at all with her!

We used this dog groomer in the past, and couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff was not only friendly and attentive but also showed genuine care for my dog. we brought in our dog to cut their hair, and they ended up hurting him. He had matting but they never told us they cut him… bad1 week later: the scab is really big now and he keeps scratching. DONT GO TO K9 DESIGN.

We have had the BEST experience with the team at K9 Design's salon! Our wheaten terrier isn't the easiest to groom but the team has always done an incredible job with him. We have tried a few different groomers in town and K9 Design has given our wheaten the best cuts he has had! They always keep me up to date with texts on his progress and anything that needs additional attention. They have also given us tips on home grooming and training for the groomers. I can't recommend this group enough!

Betsy and Crystal showed up to give the works to my very shy pup, Bulleit. 40 minutes later, a very happy and calm, clean, trimmed pup appeared from the mobile unit! HUGE difference in his demeanor following his last 3 trips to a non-mobile groomer, where he was contained for 4+ hours amid upset, hapless, caged doggies in order to obtain somewhat similar services. Thanks much!! Well worth the price! Highly recommend.

Pretty pleased. We got in the week I requested an appointment which is impressive. The facility was clean and smelled good (some groomers smell like urine from scared dogs). We're happy with the dogs cuts, they look good. And appear exhausted but happy. It is the most we've paid in Wichita. 40 more than Kutter (and Kutter doesn't ask for a tip) 100 for large dogs and starting at 55 for toy before tax.

I cannot recommend K-9 Design enough for your dog grooming needs! They did a fabulous job with our pup!Backstory: We became owners of a Shih Tzu puppy when my grandparents needed to rehome him. He was 7 months old and had never been formally groomed. Our other dogs do not have high maintenance coats, so the thought of having to get a dog a haircut was completely foreign to us.After checking an East Wichita/Andover FB group for dog grooming recommendations, I contacted K-9 Design. Many people had raved about them and after seeing pictures online of before and after photos, I thought we'd give them a shot for our fur baby's first haircut.When I first contacted them, they asked me if I would like to be on the waiting/cancelation list for the salon or mobile. I said the salon (having read online that you could get appointments at the salon, but the mobile was booked solid and you'd have to wait for a cancelation to get into the rotation). They said they were booking for the next month and I said that was fine.I didn't hear from them for a couple weeks. Finally, I texted them back and asked if I could make an appointment (thought I started that process 2 weeks before when I first contacted them, but apparently I was wrong). They said they were all booked for the month. I was very confused and asked if the whole month was booked 2 weeks early when I first contacted them. Apparently they are so busy and in such high demand that you can't even get an appointment in the salon without a cancelation!! Crazy! So I said I'd still like to be on the cancelation call list, but I knew I'd have to look for another groomer because I had no idea how long it might take for a cancelation to occur and it had already been 2 weeks and this little guy desperately needed a haircut.Fortunately, I received a text back shortly after that, saying they had an opening for Saturday at 9am. Perfect! We'll be there! I was elated to finally be getting in! I texted back and forth with Elizabeth who was a joy to talk to and a wealth of knowledge! We talked about the type of cut I wanted, how to brush him beforehand so he wasn't matted, what type of comb to use, where to focus the brushing, and puppy behavior. She was fabulous and so willing to help out! I greatly appreciated her caring customer service!The morning of his haircut, at 7:45am, I got another text that the groomer who was supposed to see us had food poisoning and wasn't coming in. We were asked to reschedule to later in the week or that afternoon. We decided on later that day and finally made it happen! He was there at the salon for about 2.5 hours.He looks AMAZING!!! The cut was EXACTLY what I wanted! He's so soft now and smells great! (Which is not something I've ever said about any of my dogs, even right after a bath.) The women in the shop were very helpful and kind! I was so worried about his naughty puppy behaviors, but they said he did a great job! I'm so happy!So, all that to say, getting in was kinda tough. However, when it was all said and done, I'm glad we were able to get in eventually, because now that we've been here, we'll NEVER go anywhere else! Perfection! So incredibly pleased!!! Great place!!! Can't rave about them enough!!!

Disappointed with the lack of communication from this business. Have made multiple attempts to contact and set up an appointment, with only very little, broken, communication back, it leaves the impression that this business doesn’t care.Unfortunately, my suggestion is to look for another groomer that cares not only for your pets, but also is effective communicators.

What a tremendous relief to find an amazing groomer for our almost thirteen year old fur baby Bear!! He has heart disease and a ruptured tendon and you guys let him lay down and were so gentle with him!! I would give you a million stars if I could!!!

Our Rocky is almost 14 and can be a little cranky, Sabin did wonderfully with him and he's never looked or smelled better! She sent me texts and pictures during the process and I swear he was smiling after his grooming! Mobile grooming for us is the way to go so he can come in and rest and I feel good knowing he is right outside! Will definitely be using K9 Design and Sabin again!

I took my Avi there the first time and he loved it. They listened to what I told them I wanted done. My dog usually doesn't want his paws touched. When I picked him up afterwards, they told me he was calm when they did his paws. Usually when I would pick him up from the groomer he was ready to go. This time when I picked him up he let me know that he wasn't finished looking around.I love ❤️ this place for my Avi to go to for grooming!!

This was our first visit to the K9 Salon and I was very impressed, once I managed to locate the salon! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was the first time my Corgi had the traditional cut and was he ever handsome when I picked him up. The cost was pretty comparable to where I had been taking him but it didn't include the cut. I will definitely be taking him back!! Thank you for a job well done.

K9 Design is absolutely amazing! I have a senior dog and she is extremely shy. She needed a nail trim really bad and I saw that K9 Design had a mobile service and that they had great reviews on Google. I went online to schedule an appointment and was contacted immediately. They were able to come by the next week. When Tina came by she was happy to come into the home where Macy felt most comfortable. She made sure to take extra care not to hurt her or cut her nails too short. I am so grateful for the service they provide. I am very happy and so is my Macy!

I didn't catch the young lady's name that came out but she was amazing with my daughters girl Bernadette! I explained how Bernadette had been missing for almost 2 weeks & what happened to her & I needed someone to move slow & warm up. The young lady did everything I asked & then some. I just moved to Wichita and needed a groomer for my babies! I found K9 Design and booked my appointment. It was SO easy and they were very quick to respond. I took my baby there today and the lady there was so nice and so inviting to my pup, she could tell my dog was nervous and gave her plenty of time to get used to everything. In about 2-2.5 hours she was ready to come home! She looks great! Will definitely be coming back!

I was very pleased with how my Wheaton Terror, Romeo looked after K9 Design came out and groomed him. They were very professional and he’s never looked better! Romeo is a rescue dog, therefore, he can be very feisty, they were very good with him! He has been showing his new haircut all day long! This service was very convenient and worth every penny! I have used both the mobile grooming and the in-store grooming. The staff is so caring and my dogs look so good (and smell good) after their appointments. They are so good with our babies....I have rescues, that need extra TLC. They are gentle and sweet talkers! My babies are groomed and beautiful and most importantly, pretty relaxed when they are finished! That is hugely important to me. I have tried lots of groomers, but K9 Design has the magic touch. Not expensive, either!! Now, I can relax, too! Gormley and Julius are happy!

Absolutely superb. Was concerned after years of taking my 13 year old Carin, Ashe to a big name pet store groomer and all of a sudden being told he can’t come back because he nipped at the groomer. Took Ashe to K9 (google maps took me to the wrong place) and the groomer was extremely professional and understanding that he’s an old dog and i felt confident she knew how to handle all types of dogs. I showed up to pick up Ashe (after a courtesy text 30 minutes earlier) and i was gob-smacked. He looked superb. They guys are great and TRULY know how to handle dogs. Definitely going back and extremely appreciative they resolved a growing concern of mine in finding a competent groomer with excellent results. Thank you guys!

I was impressed from the moment I dropped off my Charlie! First groomer in a long time that was able to get his claws clipped! I got to help hold him while they did it!
