Complaints listed here are usually things the workers have no control over. Angie, Shari, Miriam, Zack, and anyone new they have hired all work very hard to upkeep the store. It’s a tough job with a lot of challenges due to the company only willing to staff 2 people at a time. So be kind to the workers, they’ll always be kind back. 3 employees have been there for years!! They work very hard and care about the store. Everyone is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have to do a lot of team work, and they work together very well. This store is one of the hardest working locations and they deserve a lot more recognition. The manager is great to work for.

Waited at register for 15min called clerk to the front and she said the customer had to wait until she was done with her stocking I said I thought customers come first and she No!!!!

GD it all! My actual rating would be -2 because when I walked down to the store tonight I knew I was cutting it close but I needed pet food. I made it with 5 minutes to spare walked in the unlocked door and the person I'm assuming was closing manager came in and told me I had to leave because they were closed. He was outside talking to some girl when I walked up and went in.

I was not happy only one person working missing a lot from shelf's took forever to get help checking out got harassed by another customer and didn't have much in stock for dog shampoo

The store is almost useless .. their shelves stay empty and they never have you came for . They also have a habit of closing an hour early for no apparent reason. They get 1 star for convenience

I go in every so often to get small items, the last time I went they were out of what I needed so I asked the manager if she knew when they'd be getting more of the item in and she said they have no idea when they'll get anything and that they don't know what will be on the next truck. They kind of just hope it's what they need in stock, what kind of business doesn't go through their inventory and order accordingly so this doesn't happen?

I can always depend on finding last minute items such as water, milk, snacks, what ever I FORGOT to get from my grocery list. And may I mention how helpful and friendly the staff is? They KNOW my time is precious and accommodate my every need. I am grateful, thank you SO much for helping me with my concerns 🤗

Store cluttered and many shelves in disarray, making it difficult to find specific items. Staff semi-friendly, but not very helpful.However, we were able to find deals on several items that promote our return in the future.

The adherence of 6ft rule was not followed due to no fault of the workers. It would of been more impressive if all the workers wore masks. The store was clean and workers were friendly.

Very unprofessional service, and the store is so cluttered.Im sorry, but walking around on your personal phone, WITH it being on speaker phone, as the Asst. Manager on duty, is downright uncalled for. I couldnt hear myself think as I checked out, because her phone was so loud.

This store experience wasAbsolutely £ucking horrible the manager as she calls her self ,Courtney I believe was her name was completely rude to me and then the cashier who refused to provide me her name Was even worse. They treated me like a thief for trying to but items that were on sale and advertised in their add. And refused to sell me anything In my cart Afterwards. They told me to contact corparate and complain to them as they were not wanting to sell me anything. I did the same purchase at another store. And was treated a million times better.

The store is getting better bc of the gentleman that works there Zak,but the manager(I think)the little Hispanic lady is so rude & VERYYYY unprofessional.Other than that,I usually find what I need.

This store was moved from the back parking lot , to the front parking lot , so now it's on 13th . This store is always out of things and their prices have went up on certain items like about 25 to 50 cents more. Staff is friendly and they do there best to help.

A friendly local store with almost all the staples one might need. Sometimes only one clerk is working, which slows things down. Still, this is a convenient place to shop.

This Family Dollar store has the rudest manger I've ever met and she should be asked to step down. Customers do Not need that type of treatment and employees should have better leadership!!!

Called about 9 times and no answer waited 15 minutes and called a few more times and still no answer so decided to drive to the store to look and see if they have what i need so they dont so i asked the employees in the front why no answer if tbe phone was ringing while i was in the front counter and the response was that they dont have to answer if they dont feel like it.... Wow!

I love these from Family Dollar..only one dollar and they work very well on after meal cleaning of my teeth. Each comes with a case to keep them in my purse.
