3rd time I have come to this pharmacy during posted open hours (including avoiding hours closed for lunch) that the pharmacy has been shuddered. I had an appointment even this time that required me to leave work early.I am not sure if they don't have workers or the pharmacists/managers don't care but it would be nice to at least receive heads up that services are unavailable if there is an appointment.Leaving 2 stars because the normal workers are helpful and polite when I have been able to interact with them.

The in store pharmacy is perpetually understaffed. Good luck finding the time where there’s not a ton of cars in the drive through. Only reason we use CVS is bc our insurance requires it. Wish we had another option because CVS is just objectively bad. Not the workers fault, corporate needs to pull their heads out of their you know what and get these stores staffed and the employees paid well.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars, I would. I generally don't give bad reviews, but this pharmacy needs help!! I am the 11th car in line to pick up medications because the lobby is closed, and there is literally no one working here!Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else, even if it means spending a little more money.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service at the pharmacy. The pharmacist was incredibly rude and disrespectful.I had a prescription sent in from my Dr. at 4:30, I know because they send out a text saying they received it. First they said my meds wouldn't be available until the next day. At 6:30PM I received a text message saying my medication was out of stock and wouldn't be available for another 5 days.I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist recommended that I talk to my Dr about getting the prescription transferred at 6:30 on a Friday night. Uh huh, sure. I asked why they waited so long to notify me they were out of stock. The excuse was that they didnt receive the prescription order until late. I informed her that i received a text several hours ago that CVS had received my prescriptions. She then proceeded to tell me I was wrong about the text I received from their system and that she couldn't and or wouldn't call in to other local CVS locations to see if it was in stock.She then hung up on me.

Worst Cvs i've been to! Pharmacy is incredibly rude. Customer service is so bad. Said my insurance didn't cover it when it obviously did checked before i got there.

Called to get medication issue fixed. The tech that answered was rude, said that the problem was my fault, complained about her job, and did not want to help. She has no business being a pharmacy tech that tries to help patients.

I like going to this CVS because the staff is friendly. The store could use more of a selection of canned food, but overall it’s a quick get in and out experience.

Closed around 9:02pm. They need to update that. I’m disabled so I pulled up right to the door parking spot. Right when I was going to get out, two other ladies walked up to the door from further away and went in. Then a lady came up behind it looked over and locked the doors. Even though I would’ve went up there in the same time as them. Maybe they didn’t want to wait on someone disabled, but I just needed 1 thing. Don’t let people in after 9pm if you’re not gonna let others in as well. Make sure to close at 9pm. I’ve managed in retail before. Poor decisions on management and to not get things changed bc it just causes issues as other people were arriving then as well.

I love this locations pharmacy. I recently moved out west and used a different location, I will gladly drive out of my way to come to this location, the other location is subpar at best.

Doctors office called in prescription but I also took.a hand prescription in I was told to go to Walgreen which I'm not covered there then told come back in hr&30min but before I left I asked will you have the medication and he said YES flat out lied to my face the worst customer service evert and you think these people are professional 🙄

Until recently this pharmacy has been run very well, but lately something has changed dramatically. I'm not notified when my prescription has run out or if my doctor has declined to refill it (as they previously did very reliably), which has created huge frustrations for me. They seem super understaffed (and the staff of several years seems to have completely turned over), and they're closed for a couple of hours each day for lunch?

I took a rapid antigen test yesterday 12/16 which should result in a couple of hours. I have yet to find out my results. I called the pharmacy three hours after taking my test and was told the nurse who is off site hasn't reviewed the results yet to the past several tests done. This is absolutely not acceptable and should not be advertised as a rapid antigen test if you are not able to provide the results in a timely manner.

If I could give zero I would. The worst staff, customer service and easily the worst pharmacy in Wichita. Unfortunately, due to terrible insurance, they are my only choice. If you have a choice, I'd consider going elsewhere.

Will never go back to this pharmacy. Went to get a dual covid and flu test through the pharmacy back in March 2022. When I got to the window the male pharmacist rudely told me they don't offer flu tests and then proceeded to talk to me in a very condescending way. This was on top of the fact that I already felt horribly sick and ill. People who cannot work with customers should not work in a retail pharmacy setting. I emailed CVS about the incident, but they never responded. Figures.

First time I've been in this location of CVS. It kind of felt dirty to me, if you know what I mean. It's was a feeling. Clutter, disorganized, etc. So when I got to the register there was no clerk. I waited several minutes, still no one. I then walked around for several minutes hollering, HELLO!! ANYONE WORK HERE!!! Finally someone came out of the back however there was no apology for my wait or even acknowledgement that I had had to run around looking for help.

Worst pharmacy ever! supposedly sometimes theres a glitch when you refill over the phone so when it's time to pick up your meds they haven't even been touched. Not the first time that this has happened also including multiple times of rude customer service. So get this glitched fixed or will be going elsewhere

Great CVS. The store was well stocked and clean.Staff was friendly and pharmacy staff were professional and very quick with getting people taken care of.Staff taking necessary Covid-19 precautions and trying to do same with customers.Highly recommend.

I love the store! The manager Mackey, he is super nice and strives for customer service! The cashiers Cody and Johnney are very polite, professional, and strive to help customers! The customer service that I have received from these individuals is what keeps me coming back to these store! The store is a little far for me, but it is worth it when you know your business is appreciated! I rated 4 instead of 5 because there is a stuck up female-manager that takes stuff a little too serious! Relax woman! Relax!!!

I love the low profiles of the shelving. You can actually see over the shelves and get an idea where other products are located. The parking lot and store are well lighted; the clerks give excellent customer service. I was used to the CVS concept on the East Coast. It might be a difficult sell to get customers here in Wichita to bring a shopping cart to the front-end checkout, but I had noticed that the staff does not allow lines to get more than 2 deep. In Washington, D.C., or Boston, those lines get very deep.

Took way too long to get my prescription when it normally takes five minutes. Also was quoted a price over three hundred dollars when I never pay that much. Customer service just overall bad.

Currently claiming not to take insurance even after all of my coverage insists otherwise. Highly recommend a different pharmacy. Delivery service is okay but this is problematic

I have had many problems in this pharmacy, they have the doctor's prescription and they never have the medicine, they tell you that they will have it the next day, you will go the next day and they tell you that they don't have it again but they don't know when they may have or that the doctor did not send the prescription, in conclusion if you want a medicine that is vital for your health, do not buy or ask your doctor for this pharmacy unless you want to die waiting.

Have never had good luck at this pharmacy! Dropped a prescription off after my daughter's surgery arou d 5pm. It is 8pm and we are still waiting!!!

Wow! This is a rough cvs. Pharmacy is terrible and super slow. Definitely do not recommend.
