My dog, and I travel through Wichita several times a month and this is now a must stop! The first time we searched Google for a self dog wash and picked this place at random. We hit a home run with Chuck & Don’s. The dog wash set up is First Class with everything you need, from shampoos, conditioners, towels, dryers etc. They have a private room so the chaos of multiple dogs is not an issue. Chase was very helpful on our first visit with some suggestions about a coat supplement. He gave us a sample to try. The next time we visited Sarah went above and beyond to help. We bought the supplement and she gave us very knowledgeable advice on how to administer the supplement, and some feeding suggestions. On our last visit before Christmas, we stopped in at the last minute and Sarah was again super helpful. Three times we have been to Chuck and Don’s in East Wichita and the Service has been Fantastic! I highly recommend Chuck & Don’s in East Wichita! We live over 3 hours from Wichita KS, but this is now our Go to Place for our Rottweiler!

I’ve always had great experiences when visiting this store, specifically the east location. The employees are very friendly without being overbearing. The store is clean and organized well with a great selection of high quality pet items. The incentive program is great as well earning discounts and bonus dollars for amounts off the more you buy. I would absolutely recommend Chuck and Dons to anyone looking for a quality pet goods store.

I took my Giant schnauzer to Chuck and Don’s pet store for a bath and I was very impressed by their setup. They had everything I needed to wash and dry my dog, from shampoo and conditioner to towels and brushes. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a coupon for my next visit. My dog came out clean and happy, and I saved a lot of time and hassle. Chuck and Don’s pet store is a great place to take your dog for a bath!

Chuck and Don has been my go-to for quality pet products. Their inventory has an excellent range of low, medium, and high range costs to fit your budget and dog's needs. When my cat had a digestive issue they provided several sample packets to try out before purchasing. I also love how even after years of visiting and months between trips staff remember me and my girls: Koa and Fable.

Let me first say that I have been a regular customer back when this was All Paw's. Before Chuck and Don's bought them out I referred so many people to this store as they had the some of the most knowledgeable staff and the most diverse, high quality food for dealing with all kinds of issues for our four legged friends. Now that they are owned by Chuck and Don's, so much has changed that it is hard to send people to the store.The knowledgeable staff remains the ONLY reason I shop there now and it isn't on a regular basis as so often they do not have the food I am feeding my dog and cat. This was happening long before Covid impacted the supply chain, but now with Covid supply issues it is definitely worth making a phone call to see if they have what you are looking for.What is so disappointing with the now, not so new ownership of Chuck and Don's is what they are now stocking their shelves with. When I walked in a few weeks ago, I found a whole isle of Purina and Hills Science Diet which is some of the poorest quality food you can buy. For years All Paws/Chuck and Don's was the only place in town that you could walk in and know without a doubt that anything you purchased for your pets was going to be the highest quality that you could buy. Now the store feels like walking into any place that sells pet food. What a shame. While their staff remain their best asset their selection and quality of food has taken a huge step towards being profit driven rather than quality driven. If they start to lose their knowledgeable staff, make sure you as a consumer do your homework on quality pet food before buying anything at Chuck and Don's

Bought a bath punch card but with their hour change to closing at 6 and bathing closing at 5 it’s impossible to get in to bathe the dogs since I don’t get off work until 5. The weekends are just too busy and there was always a wait so I liked taking them in the evenings.

We absolutely love shopping at our Derby store. It's always clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and willing to help in any way, including helping you to your car. Sara is very knowledgeable and our pets just love her. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend this store.

I’ve been a customer for years. Way before it was chuck and dons. The last few months they’ve randomly changed their hours to the point you can’t make it in on a weekday if you have full time job. Nothing but a hand written sign on the door for notice. Used to be open until 8 and with so few locations in town, there’s no way to make it by 6 unless you work nearby. My dog’s without food for the next few days. Guess I’ll order online from the distributor going forward. They don’t seem to want the business. Lost this customer.

Kaylee and another staff member (I wished I knew her name) offered me assistance in helping me find food for my cat. I need pate and it's difficult for me to read the small print on the cans and I forgot my glasses. I always have great service shopping at Chuck and Don's. We love coming in here! The staff are all amazing, and our 4 dogs are spoiled every time we come in. They have the best natural treats (like beef cheeks) wrapped in a chicken glaze. I love the fact it's not processed and dogs saliva can naturally break it down. You have to try that out! Thanks, you guys and gals, for the great service!

We buy all of our dog food here. The staff are always super friendly and our English Bulldog, Dot, loves to wander around the aisles as well (although its rare we take her inside). You would think that because it's not a big box store like Wal Mart or Target that the prices would be super high. I have found that to not be the case. Prices are reasonable for the products you are purchasing.I would definitely recommend that you stop by and check them out if you haven't already!

My mom and I stopped by this place about an hour ago, my mom and I bought separate things and we’re both at the register. After my mom paid the girl with glasses began to ring up my items, after she handed me my receipt we stood there awkwardly and I had to ask her to bag my things because she wasn’t going to. She seemed put off that I asked her to do her job. After she bagged my items I said thank you and she completely ignored me, didn’t say have a good night as we were walking out of the door, nothing. It’s very disappointing that the customer service at this place is always so poor, this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad customer service just the first time I’m posting about it. We will not be back due to the lack of kindness at this shop, can buy the exact same things online anyways.

I am giving you my honest review,I am not someone who buys expensive dog food, I don't usually see a quality difference. A close friend convinced me to try out Fromm, I started buying it from Chuck & Don's a month ago and I am very pleased with the staff and the quality of the food.I came into the Greenwich store today, I had barely enough money to buy the Fromm and I was in a grumpy mood from my own job. The staff (Kaylee Hope) was refreshing and positive the entire time I was there. I came up to the counter and she explained the promos happening today and I left with a free treats, free cat food and free dog food! She helped get my stuff out to my car and I felt like my trip was worth the money I spent. I do spend a lot of money on my pets but at the end of the day, the kindness and rewards I receive from Chuck & Don's is worth every penny.Thank you Kaylee Hope for being amazing and giving us customers peace of mind.I would pick this company over PetSmart or Petco any day of the week

This store is staffed by people who really care about animals. Their product knowledge is really robust, and they genuinely care about my dog. I had to find a grain-free solution for my dog about 12 years ago, and these were the people who took the time to help me. Now grain-free options are more common, and they have it at almost every pet store, but I keep going back because of the people. Cody is great! Highly recommend this store.

First time discovering this store was yesterday. Pretty easy to go through money on your pet, and even easier here. I loved their selection of premium dog toys. It’s the only place I’ve gone that’s had go dog brand toys which my mom tells me are the most durable out there. I picked up a cart load of stuff while looking for nothing. The staff helped me pick out a paw cream and some outfits for my dog. 10/10 would recommend. I’d even say it’s worth a special trip to me. Oh and the treats! They have treats on treats on treats! I am so happy I found this place.

One of the best places to buy dog food/treats. My minpin has allergies, and they have multiple choices of treats that are grain free.. I recommend to everyone to hit this place for your furbaby. My minpin loves the treats. She doesn't have any favorites. She likes them all.

I have been a customer for years, before it was Chuck and Don's. I mainly use the Greenwich location but have occasionally used the West store. The staff is the greatest asset at this point. Last year I purchased an unlimited bath package which I have loved. My girl, Kannon, was well overdue for a bath so we went yesterday. Things were as usual except the towels. They were terrible, like a thin, oversized rag. My own "dog and cat" towels are so much nicer. Early in our package they changed the shampoo and I thought, ok, we'll roll with it. But these changes combined with the reduced selection and quality, have me seriously considering switching to Chewys for food and looking for another bathing station option. This is no reflection on the staff, as I said they are the greatest asset at this point.

I have been shopping at the Derby location since they opened. Today I went into the East location. 2 staff members were working and both refused to acknowledge my presence. After a few minutes of wondering the store unable to find my usual purchases, I approached the cash register where both staff members had been the entire time I was in the store. As I approached, they left the register. After a couple minutes they returned and asked if I needed something. I purchased the 1 item I needed and informed the staff member at the register I was a regular and disappointed in the service I had received. No apology, no offer for improved service. I will keep my money in Derby from now on.

Great place. Fair prices. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of variety of clothing, collars, leashes, food/water bowls and food stands, litter boxes, etc. for dogs & cats I know for sure, but not sure what products they have for other pets. Fresh made dog biscuit treats are sold here, they look great. Jerky treats, bones, rawhides, etc are sold here. And raw freeze dried cat & dog food is sold here as well. Your pet is welcome in with u if its a friendly pet. Highly recommend checking out!
