This is hands down my absolute go to store for everything wildlife related. They are so knowledgeable and helpful! They helped me with getting the Orioles and Finches back to visiting my backyard, despite a nest of Blue Jays. My backyard has become one of my favorite places because of this shop! I don’t even mind the raccoons and squirrels so much now that this shop has me set up with the right feeders and right seed mixes.Thank you for all of the insight, experience, and help, it’s truly appreciated.

Candy for the eyes! Not only is the staff warm, friendly, knowlegable,and helpful, but it is a gorgeous store everywhere you look. So fun to see new things that are useful and beautiful in the store or in your yard. Love it!

This store definitely gets 5 stars. Nick and Cathy are awesome!! Not only are they very knowledgeable about all kinds of birds (even bats and owls) and how to attract them, they also carry top quality products and stand behind them. I had a problem with a bird bath and they were quick to replace it for me, no questions asked. Very thoughtful, giving people who also helped me out of a jam when I locked my keys in my car in front of their store. I can't say enough. <3

A locally owned store for over 28 years. If you are looking for information about how to attract and feed birds in your back yard this is the place to go. A small section of children’s toy and books. Many feeders for birds and squirrels and a great selection of granite baths.

Loved visiting Nick at the Backyard Nature Center! We picked up some feeders, a ladybug house, a bat house, and some other nick nacks. Even more excited about how much information he was happy to tell us about each product and every creature we asked about!
