Have had them about half a year now or so. So far so good. We have faster and more reliable speeds than when we were stuck in the city. Never would have imagined rural internet could be so good. Will update if that changes.

We have been customers of wheat state for nearly 20 years now and they have always been very helpful and friendly. In February of this year we changed our internet service to T-Mobile because they were so much cheaper! Well, cheaper doesn’t always mean as good or better! We stayed with the T-Mobile internet for four months before returning to wheat state. Wheat State works, and if you have a problem they are always there to help you. Bernice and all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!!!

WST is the best telco company hands down, in my opinion. Their customer service is excellent and then some. We've been customers since 1994 and are extremely happy with this home-town provider.

I would like to give a shout out to WST! First, I was very impressed by their support of education during the Covid shut down two years ago. The company graciously increased the internet speed, without added cost, to assist students and educators during remote learning. Also, the service is highly reliable. In Olpe, we are fortunate to have Jay, the technology wizard, if there is a problem during hours. After hours there is a toll-free number to call for questions. Recently, I called Udall and was able to speak with Randy Hoffman, the general manager directly. Thank you, WST!

We moved out to the country over a year ago and I thought that we wouldn’t have as good of internet like we did in town. I was wrong! We have way better internet because of WST. It is way faster than any other big name services I’ve had. The customer service was top tier. I have not needed to use them other than the initial installation. In a year, That’s consistent internet.

Great service, great techs n staff. Only down side not flexible w set due dates that are not realistic for regular folks and now especially for retired people whose payments are end of month😞however with that said, service has been great anytime I had an issue , I could call and someone would return the call.

Most reliable internet service, I have ever had. Even more reliable than my electric. I would recommend this service to anybody. For the IT nerds out there the upload speeds are unmatched to any of the big ISPs.

The price is good compared to competitors but site is down alot. Have had just over 2 months and has been down over 3 time. Once for whole day so it can be inconvenient. If this issue were resolved I would give it a higher rate.
