Very good people here especially the lady at guard shark and the in receiving office really helped me a lot.My appointment Thursday 9:30Am,I showed up at receiver Wednesday 7am(one day before my appointment)and i have to get ready for my flight from chicago to out of states Friday 9am, they understood my concern and checked me in, now waiting to get empty.They are strict on appointments and no overnight i guess.

I called to find out some information but the female, and male i spoke to was very rude and hung up on me. I asked to find out some information regarding the hiring process, and some more details that wasn't clear in the job description online. He provided one explanation, and then just hung up. You couldn't give me additional info on who to contact? He didn't go into any detail, nor did they answer any of my questions, just hung up.First of all, you all have no phone number to even contact this place, and then you act rude?

Came for an empty trailer, trailer had a seal on it come to find out had expired dog food in trailer I came for. Took them two hours to clean out trailer, upon further checking trailer there was still dog food pebbles all over inside trailer. Cleaned it properly myself.

Before they did good job. Unloading normally take 2hours. Right now, at least 6 hours for any load. This is ridiculous.
