Normally I have no issues with finding what I need on this visit however I couldn't find the item and I looked for some help from an employee. Eventually I found one who gave me wrong info and I ended up leaving empty handed then found out they did have the item I was looking for after all. Had someone else go back the next day and they found the item. No big issue it just took 2 trips. Otherwise I'm happy with Home Depot.

This review is ONLY reflective of the amazing work from Susan & Mason. We went in hoping to buy a washer off the floor & they were able to make it work for us. Easiest process I’ve ever had at this Home Depot. I hope the rest of the store uses them as examples of great service :)

Love this place. I could spend hours in there. Staff is top shelf employees, very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend everybody to shop here you won't be disappointed

Shopping wise, the structure and merchandise available is great but during shopping and you have to use the restroom? Ha. The restroom is ridiculous. It's all the way in the back of the store and the men's restroom sink pressure or amount of water that you can use is ridiculously low. You'll barely be able to wash your hands and that is a VERY serious sanitary problem.

Store and website easy to maneuver. Plenty of helpful employees. Nice flowers, trees & shrubs in the spring, as well as garden "stuff."

I been to this place five times and each time I get disappointed with the customer service. I came to get just a few things but ended up in the store for almost an hour just trying to get someone to help you. Menards has really good customer service!. I won't bother coming to Home depot again because I think you have to look a certain way but that's just my opinion. 🤔

Went to buy one item showed 10 in stock. Only problem no one could find them asked 4 associates no luck. Most of the store was a mess.

One of my favorite stores. This time it was modifying a specialized frame joiner to work with my air powered v-nailer... It Works! The guy in the tool area was very helpful with my questions even though the project was odd. The check out girl was also happy and laughed at my stupid joke. Always a good place to start a creative project.

I had to update this review after a phone call to customer service at this store. This should have been easy to resolve. It was not easy. The person on the phone kept talking over us as we attempted to explain the error. She was rude and dismissive. All she wanted to do was get us off the phone.We will dispute the charges with the credit card company.Definitely not a pleasant experience. There are many competitors for Home Depot. We will be doing business with them in the future.

I prefer Lowe's.It's a better location and layout. This place will do in a pinch.If you can't go to Menards or Lowe's.

Great place, great people! My wife and I bought a house with a big yard and it came with big projects. We have found our local Home Depot has been our best place to help us along with those projects and spring is just around the corner. Right now we are spending alot of time and money getting ready and Home Depot has been the best place for knowledgeable, friendly staff to help us tackle those projects. Nick and his coworkers are making sure we're on the right track.

We are in the midst of a terrible experience with Home Depot. We bought a dishwasher about a month ago and arranged for a delivery and installation. We have had 3 sets of installers enter our home to install and have broken valves and in general been totally incompetent. When we tried to complain to corporate all we got was an attempt to blame us for not getting it installed. Total nightmare. The prices maybe a little lower initially but you end up spending more. Go somewhere else.

Spoke to two different associates asking for help in tools. Three times, someone was called. After 20 plus minute wait, I left. Guess this is exactly why we customers buy on line. Congratulations Home Depot, you've driven another customer away.

The employees were all so kind and helpful. Nick took the time to walk us right to where we needed to go and Destini did an amazing job of making us feel cared for as well. There were several others that went out of their way to offer help as well. Great experience!

We ordered a Samsung Fridge, Stove and Dishwasher. Requested everything be delivered and installed. LOVE our new appliances. And the delivery guys were so nice. Will was such a nice guy, and we really enjoyed his attention to details. Home Depot needs to give the man a raise! He's a complete gem! We'll be back for hardwood floors soon.

H.D didn't have the materials that I need to get. Customer Services didn't know what I was talking about and each person was sending me to different sections. Finally, I decided to leave and the cashier was even worse. Decided to go to Menards and find all the items needed to start the project.

Messed up my online order and put the wrong stuff in my car, which I didn't discover until I got home. Called and informed them of the mistake and the front desk employee didn't even apologize, just told me to come back to do a return and buy what I wanted. I live nearly an hour away and the project is now going to be delayed by several days, costing me a lot more money because the contractor showed up to do the work and couldn't because Home Depot employees can't seem to be able to read and pick out the correct items. A refund takes at least a couple of days so I can't buy what I need until the refund processes because of that delay and the fact that I don't have an extra couple hundred dollars lying around to "just buy it again" right away.Sad as it is, it seems customers must treat the employees as kindergartners and verify everything, making sure they are able to follow basic instructions - simple matching skills are beyond their abilities!!

Always really like this store. Big name store but is still helpful like the smaller hardware stores. But better prices and tons to look at. Cashier was very helpful and friendly. All in all, a pleasant experience.
