I was very pleased with the caring staff! When my little dog, Bailey, 17yrs old, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge they had so much compassion. In only a few days I had her back home with me. I couldn't have been more pleased! I will definitely go there again when my other little dog passes. Hopefully, that won't be any time soon.

We have had 3 of our elderly dogs cross over this last year (most recently this weekend) and they have been nothing but wonderful. They even met my husband on Sunday morning to drop our fur baby off. They truly make you feel like they care especially when they send a personal card. I will never take my pets anywhere else. Thank you to the staff for all love you show my babies.

This review has taken me 5 months to confront writing.Losing our little guy Loki, who was only a couple of years old - was the hardest thing I've ever gone through in my life.It hurts writing this - but I have to, because everyone on this planet needs to know about Jolayne and Taylor (the owners) of Heavenly Pet Memorials.If you read the reviews about this place, you'll notice the word "COMPASSION" shows up a lot.That's because Jolayne's and Taylor's compassion and understanding for what you going through is hard to understand until you experience it.It's your last moments with your pet and it's body.You want everything to be perfect and to know that when your pet is looking and watching, that they feel they've been put to rest PROPERLY.I KNOW Loki was very happy with our final moments and how well Taylor and Jolayne treated him.My wife was out of town when he passed and they were just so kind. They welcomed me to come back and visit multiple times throughout the week to talk to him and update him on plans until my wife was back and we could cremate him.They even had him cleaned up and presented so peacefully each time.I'm trying not to write a novel - but that is what Jolayne and Taylor really deserve, because these two Beings should be known to everyone on this planet.I've literally never had better customer service in ANY industry, nevermind just the pet industry.That's because it's wasn't customer service.It was just 2 amazing humans TRULY caring and understanding what you're going through. ANDDDD doing everything possible to make sure the hardest experience ever, is the best it can be.In the future, when I am living in other states, I will still drive out here when a pet passes to have them cremated and put to rest with Jolayne and Taylor.Yes they ARE that amazing.I miss my little buddy so much and it still hurts writing this, but I am just so happy I found Jolayne and Taylor to help me.Thanks for being truly exceptional Beings Jolayne and Taylor.Seriously, from the bottom of my heart -I really appreciate you :)

Extremely caring and professional staff. Things we appreciated from them while preforming their service: They were very respectful when collecting our pup's body. They gave us a time frame and they were precise. Also, beyond a couple of clarifications they were quiet and calm. Having gone through an absolute traumatic chaos 90 minutes earlier we very much appreciated the lull.

My gecko passed away and I took him in to Heavenly Pet Memorials to get cremated. This staff is so caring and wonderful! They discussed my options, helped me pick out a beautiful urn, and got the paperwork sorted really quickly. They took me into a room and let me say final goodbyes to my baby before I left. It only took 2 days to get him back. I was given a packet with a death certificate, a nice note, and his paw prints! Today I got home and had a sympathy card from them in my mailbox. Losing part of your family is tough, but these ladies make it a little easier.

This was the first time I have gone to Heavenly pets. I had read all the positive reviews and when I recently lost one of my cats, Oden at age 15 1/2 years old, I reached out.. It was heartbreaking for me but staff were very kind and comforting to me. Yesterday I received a beautiful thinking of you card in the mail. It made me cry because it was so warm, comforting and heartfelt. Thank you for being there for me when I lost my beloved pet.

Absolutely phenomenal service. This is not something I thought I would ever do but after having our cat for 20.5 years, we couldn't imagine not having him with us. They were helpful, attentive and remembered details for us as I talked with them during the weeks leading up to it. We were lucky to know it was coming and be prepared. Jolayne was amazing the whole way.

Very compassionate and kind staff. They have a beautiful room if you wish to have a small ceremony there to say your last goodbyes. Said goodbye to my loving cat of 11 years on a Wednesday and her ashes were ready on Friday. It was only $100 for the basic cremation which is amazing when you suddenly lose a pet without any warning, and they guarantee you only receive your pets ashes. Highly recommend to this place to anyone who unfortunately needs there services. Thank you so much Heavenly Pet Memorials ❤️

My constant companion of 14 years crossed the rainbow bridge during the early morning hours on Wednesday, December 8th. Later that morning, I contacted Heavenly Pet Memorials. After stonehouse animal hospital misdiagnosed my baby which ultimately lead to him passing away, Heavenly pet memorials was there for us. My husband called in advance to his passing on Sunday and they had absolutely no problem showing up, being compassionate, kind, and very warm hearted. They even let Pablo Escopaw go with his bed and my sweater that he automatically fell in love with since the day I had him which brought me comfort knowing that he will have two of his favorite things with him forever. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for someone to take their fur baby to after their passing.

No words can express how much I appreciate these people, the lady came to my house to pick up my Bunny Boo, she was very nice & sympathetic, She let me make payments, she waited several months, patiently, for me to pay her off, she never hounded me & in fact on more than one occasion I called the store not knowing that they were closed & she answered & stayed late just to give me time to get there to make my payment. Also it was the sweetest gesture, a week after my Boo passed, I received a personalized card in the mail expressing there deepest condolences, I truly love people like them, The world needs more people like them. Heavenly Pets Memorials did an absolute amazing job with my cat Yoshi. They picked her up from the vet, and I was able to get a few different keepsakes and they're so reasonable! Another place was trying to charge me $500 just for cremation not including anything else. I highly recommend this place when it comes to cremating your pets.

Kimberly was very polite and respectable during our loss and they took care of our Lady Girl, there whole staff was wonderful !!! When our other dog passes we will call upon Heavenly pets again !!! The paw print , clay print , little poem was very nice to receive and the price was very reasonable !!!

This isn't pet boarding. This is pet cremation service. The folks that own and run it are amazing! They are all so nice, caring, understanding and helpful. They'll wait and listen to you talk about your lost furry friend and comfort you. They even have pet bereavement groups to help you through the grief process. I can't say enough great things about this business!!! A+ in my book!
