I emailed yesterday about buying replacement lights for 2 tanks I have. They offered to send them free of cost as a warranty. I see today in my email that they are already on the way to me and might deliver TODAY. Customer service was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely buy from them again.

Rude person April, no customer support after several emails, box stated one year warranty, fraudulent company refusing to honor warranty by not even responding and not even BBB accredited. Products are cheap, flimsy and break immediately

Not the worlds most roomiest lot, but they make up for it by being friendly and to load you pretty quick. Wish more shippers/receivers are like this.
