We go here often. The food is normally really good and the ice cream is excellent quality and much cheaper than Dairy Queen. The only problem I have with this place is the service. Sometimes, it's great. Sometimes, you get ignored and have to speak up to get someone's attention. Sometimes, they're nice. Sometimes, they roll their eyes. The negative interactions are normally high school aged kids. The price and quality of the food is normally excellent, though.

Their ice cream is SO good!! Their food isn’t bad but cleanliness is such an issue for me that I don’t eat there much anymore. I’m guessing they might be short staffed as I witnessed two employees arguing over who should go help the people at the register on the store side. That’s not a valid excuse, mind you. Management needs to step in and clean, if they are short on help. At the very least, the tables and drink/condiment are should be wiped down routinely. And back counter area should be kept clean as well.

We had been driving 13 plus hours, so we were very exhausted. We ordered burgers without the bun. The burgers and 🍟 were cold. As you can see, the cheese wasn't even starting to melt. I ordered a nacho burger. They were very, very light on the nacho part. The shakes were good. The front-end staff were very busy making ice cream orders. I think there was only one guy cooking. If y'all are pre-cooking the burgers, it needs to stop. Because it was gross.

They cut us off talking in the drive thru, got the order wrong and had no intention of fixing. After they handed us someone else's food, and we told them about the mistake it was idgaf attitude the whole time. Sorry I came to your job and asked you to do your job.

Went inside for a jug of lemonaid and dinner, store was filthy with trash and stepped on food, had a thick rancid milk smell. Employee kept complaining about her job and drive through. Got 2 burgers and a few bites in could tell something wasn't right and tossed the rest. Spent rest of the night vomiting in my bathroom. DO NOT EAT HERE!

The staff was friendly, albeit somewhat slow. However the real issue was the cleanliness and food quality. The counters and machines were filthy. The floors were littered with food, trash, and spills. The milkshake was awful, not edible. We love Braums in Newton KS, but this one in Salina has something wrong with their ice cream. The place would've been a food inspectors nightmare. The employees were friendly and working hard, but very messy and unsanitary. We were unfortunately quite disappointed as we really do like Braums.

The most unclean restaurant in Salina that I've ever been in. Yesterday we ordered three milkshakes, they tasted like the milk was off or the ice-cream was off or both were I'm not sure, sanitation in the kitchen seems to be low priority, so filthy. the next morning we all felt like we had food poisoning and throwing up throughout the following night. The inside of the restaurant is so unclean everything has a layer of filth. As a restaurant that sells mostly dairy products they should take better care of sanitation or they're going to make someone more sick then we got.

We ordered 5 of the #1 combos. They had us pull up to the end of the building. It took about 20 minutes to get our order for 5 hamburgers 5 french fries and 5 shakes. They were all made correctly. We will wait a few extra minutes for.an order prepared correctly.

This Braum’s location was not very good. The drive thru server was very friendly and kind, but the ice cream sundae was less than desired. I don’t eat ice cream often, but had a craving for a sundae and there no Braum’s where I live, so I decided to try this location. There was no whip cream available to have on my sundae and the sundae tasted awful, needless to say I was very disappointed.

I Went to get a shake and a chicken sandwich and the food was good but it took forever to get 2items and I pulled into a stall to wait for my food and the manager brought it out and shortly after an annoying rude employee comes out and ordered there manager inside smh very unprofessional in my opinion 😒 other than those 2things it was great 👍

Very friendly and quick service. The ice cream was amazingly inexpensive. We got three cones two of them full sized waffle cones for five bucks. The flavors we plentiful and varied.

Food was very delicious!! My Mom got an icecream but I couldn't I am lactose intolerant. I keep hoping you get at least 1 flavor vanilla so I can enjoy an icecream with her. Please would be nice.

I grew up on Braum’s in my hometown. Just stopped in today, on the way back from a long road trip. My current town doesn’t have a Braum’s so I’ve always got to stop when I can! They have the best milkshakes, and cheapest burger combos around. Part of their company is model is to reduce their radius of stores to within a days drive of their only distribution center, to ensure maximum freshness. You really can taste the difference.

Braums as a whole seems to have gone down hill over the last few years. Even with a nearly empty parking lot and being the only car in the drive through, it took a couple of minutes waiting at the speaker before I could place my order. I only ordered a milk shake and it took 5 minutes and I had to pull ahead of the window and wait for someone to bring it out. The shake was good, but the wait times and the "don't care" attitude of the staff over the past few visits has really ruined the customer experience there.

The food is great, but they don't care about customer health and safety. The manager's boss wasn't wasn't wearing a mask, despite the city ordinance and company poll shown on the door. When I explained that I didn't want to be near her without her mask on, she went in back for a few minutes any came back out with no mask. The manager seemed totally indifferent to her lack of mask.Her willful refusal to wear a mask, even when asked showed gross negligence and s complete disregard for the well-being of their customers and other employees.

Visited today for breakfast. You get your money's worth here for breakfast. Some of the best pancakes I think for fast food. They are large, fluffy, and light. They absorb up a lot of syrup. I also notice there sausage is different than most other places as well. Their sausage has a flavor and texture better and tastier than the rest. I have been very impressed by it so much that I have purchased it many times in the grocery area to take home and fix.There is a small grocery area you get with Braums when you visit, so it deserves a side review as well. In a pinch or in a hurry, you can find a lot of items here, from a lot of dairy items (there milk is the best!!!), produce, meats, breads, and frozen items. You can also find your favorite Braums ice cream flavore in the frozen food aisle to take home. All in all, it's a great place to visit.

The girls taking out order seemed like she had a attitude and didn’t want to be bothered. When we got our food the fries were completely cold. I took them back up to prove that they were cold and the manager just seemed mad and didn’t want to deal with anything. My burger had a patty that seemed old. I still eat it though.If you stuff is going to be over priced at the very least you need to have staff that actually care or at least won’t get frustrated at the customer for having cold food. I work in fast food myself as a manager and this behavior is not justifiable.
