No over the top costs and hidden feesDown to earth good people who care about my pets. They see our cats and dog and we always leave happy and the issue resolved. Finding a Veterinary Clinic for our very 1st cat - Oreo was an extremely Important Decision for us... especially since our Initial visit with Dr Reed was for the Removal of a Tumor over 2yrs ago.Since then, the Wonderful Folks at the Rose Hill Vet Clinic have just been a Delight to Visit... They just Care for the Well-being of Animals!I Look forward to Ms. Kelly's Sassy Personality, Ms. Kim's Sweet Smile and Dr Reed's Thorough and Quick Evaluations and Treatments.Thank You for Always being so Kind and Helpful with our little Oreo!

We took our cat in to be groomed. She left with an uneven, choppy, child-like trim. It is possible to see the rows where the clippers were used. We were charged for the grooming and three times that for anesthesia and related blood work, which we're not convinced was necessary. When we called to discuss our issues, the call quickly turned belligerent and no resolution was achieved. We are now looking for another vet that does grooming. We do not believe this office stands behind their work.

We have tried both local vets and this is the one we prefer. We have no complaints and have found every staff member encountered to be appropriately caring and sympathetic.I've seen bad reviews, but I'll say when you have 'pet people' taking care of your pets, they may come off a bit guarded. If you think about it, those are the ones you want taking care of your furry friends.

I have written and deleted my review 6 times now because I cant begin to explain what they did for our horse "Bob" and for me! They check all the boxes, excellent knowledgeable vets, employees with years of large animal experience, honest and upfront about cost, fair pricie, clean facility w everything could be needed in any situation and so on. What makes them such an incredible clininc or such a rare find is the love they instantly have for an animal they are meeting for the first time. The way all the vets in the clinic took the time to look at Bob (even vets at home took calls and test results to offer knowledge and support) Such compassion! It was a brutal day and I was a mess. Pour Bob was struggling. Idk what I would have done had I gone anywhere else that day! I know beyond all doubt Bob could not have gotten better care! You want a vet that will love your babies as much as you do, this is the place to go!!!!

Wow. Customer service is absolutely awful. I do not recommend for the fact that they are so rude and tried to lie after not wanting to pay a credit on my account. Funny how it was given in the first place because they had messed up. Do not recommend. Do yourself a favor and go to a different vet.

The entire staff showed so much compassion on one of the hardest days of our lives. Kelly took care of us and tried to keep us as comfortable as possible. They helped our Bella go to the rainbow bridge. Brandon carried our girl with such compassion. Doctor gave us gentle words when we needed them the most.

The staff (especially Kelly) was so helpful and nice. They got my dog in for a neuter faster than any other clinic could and I felt it was a very fair price for all that was included. When he was brought out, his tail was wagging and he wasn't scared at all so I knew they treated him well! I'm very pleased with the experience.

Amazing doctor and staff he is patient and very honest and after we had to put our dog to sleep they sent us a card and condolences we still keep in touch with them for all of our animal needs.

Had a bad experience with his daughters vet during an emergency with my dog. I ended up calling dr. Harrison and immediately knew what to do over the phone and walked me step by step and they have been the most gracious most lovable and caring staff I’ve ever have met and dealt with on any basis. They go above and beyond for their clients and their lovable furry friends. If I could rate this place a 10/10 I would highly do so!

The front desk lady with brown hair had a mental breakdown because I did not want to buy something she was selling. I hope she gets the help she needs! I’ve always thought it was dirty but kept going because of the prices and the doctor being so sweet. Dealing with the crazy front desk lady is a different story. Spare yourself.

After 15 years we had to make the terrible and painful decision to put are baby girl down. They are very kind people. Made sure that we where called as soon as her ashes came back. Sent a very nice card and the paw print casting there are doing was very sweet. Let me do it. Very touching. Thank you all from the bottom of are broken hearts. .

Went with my sister to pick up her farm cat, Mikey. He was in after being in being severely attacked. My sister was able to get him in quickly where he got everything he needed. Evidently he had fleas, ticks, testicles and a torn paw pad. All the above was addressed and removed! Mikey is doing amazingly well! He's eating, drinking and was back to himself that very night! TERRIFIC JOB at a FANTASTIC PRICE! Wonderfully staffed operation! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Veterinary Clinic! ❤😺

Dog was projectile vomiting and was trying to see if I could get him in that day.Ended up speaking with Dr. Harrison (apparently the owner). As I was trying to explain the history of what was going on he became extremely disrespectful, diminishing my concerns. I don't know if it was due to being later in the day or what, but you only get one chance to make a decent first impression and Dr. Harrison completely blew it.Do not recommend.

I found a stray puppy, and doing the right thing, took her here for her stray hold. But I wanted to adopt her if she wasn't claimed. I called and checked on her several times while she was there for over 2 weeks. The staff knew I wanted to adopt her. I told them I would pay whatever fees necessary. The day she was available, a nice lady called me at 11:15 am and told me I could come get her. I was out of town, and I returned the call at 4:30pm and they had given the puppy to someone else! Stephanie is the rudest person I have ever talked to on the phone. I will never refer anyone to this business, nor ever be a customer here. Zero empathy, or customer care.

The doctor and even the front desk were not friendly and makes us feel as if we are not a priority. The doctor is very insensitive and treated us as if we were just another useless client. Alone the area where they keep their pets is disgusting and not well taken care of not to mention that it is unsanitary and potentially unhealthy for your loved pets, my pet was kept there longer than it needed to just because of walk ins were prioritized over a scheduled appointment. If you truly care for your pets I suggest you go elsewhere. Not recommened.

My dog got parvo and we brought her here. Not only did they have the best prices, but they took care of my fur baby and brought her back to her old self. They wouldn't mind my calls daily to check up on her. I could tell they cared more about the animal then they did the money. Since then I recommend them to everyone, and will never take Nala anywhere else but here!
