I went in to give them an estimate for fixing my back bumper cover that was a hit and run incident. When I got there the estimate was sent over to them. They looked at it an then wrote me a check for the estimate minus the deductible. I was thankful that it didn’t take weeks to get the check to fix it. The body shops are busy. Thank you State Farm.

I recently switched up my insurance with the help of Jay Temaat. I had insurance for several years through another company and never really thought too much about it. Jay encouraged me to let him see what he could offer me through State Farm and I’m really glad I let him take a look. I now have double the auto coverage AND new renters insurance for less than I was paying before. The auto insurance was less on its own and by bundling it, I got a discount on the renters insurance. Jay also informed me that State Farm offers banking. Once again, I’m glad I heard him out. I now do my banking through State Farm and with Jay’s guidance, I’ve got a savings account that I think I can actually stick with! Jay was very courteous and professional throughout the entire process; he seemed genuinely interested in what the best options were for me. He made sure everything was taken care of and that I understood all of my policies.
