They were amazing with my little furbaby. They pampered her. And gave her such care. They greeted us with smiles and you could tell they really enjoy what they do. They have a really nice setup. Will recommend to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to get tlc for your pet.

Took our old gal Nina here for a brush, bath, and nail trimming. For a medium sized dog it was about 65 dollars. The technician was very friendly and did a wonderful job with our furbaby. I totally recommend her establishment for all your pet grooming needs.

I called and requested specific grooming needs for my Service Dog per the instructions of CARES, Inc. the professional program where my dog was trained. I did not ask for anything unreasonable. Per Public Access needs, a Service Dog must maintain a high level of grooming with specific instructions. I requested these be followed: that he be furminated weekly, but only bathed every 4 weeks (weekly bathing damages a dogs skin, this was explained to me by professional trainers, vets, handlers at CARES, Inc.) at this point she told me I could “do it myself” and I attempted to politely explain that physically I could not because of my disabilities. She then began asking me invasive questions about “his handlers”. I explained I was his handler. She said “no I mean you’re handicapped so the people who come in and like bathe and dress you and things like that”. I had never indicated what my disability was or my limitations other than to say that I could not physically groom my dog because of my disabilities. At this point her tone was very hostile and I told her I was not comfortable giving her my private information and she then cut me off and told me that there were “plenty of vets in town go bother them.”
