I always have had good experiences at all the Pete stores in parsons kansas. I would like to see Pete's stores sell good insulated 32 oz. drinking cups with thier name on them.

This is a great place! Bathrooms are clean, the place is well lit at night. I love the friendly service and atmosphere. So glad I stopped here. Wow!

Terrible customer service. I will assume the lady doing a deposit behind the counter was the manager but very rude. Ignored me when I asked about an open register to purchase my drink then figured out the only register was self service check out. “Welcome to Walmart”. So not only did I do her job the register was out or receipt paper so I was forced to talk to miss RUDE for a copy. She never looked at me set her tablet down and printed off a receipt and thrust it at me like I had the plague. Still never acknowledged my existence. I travel through her regularly and WILL NOT COME back here.

Went in to use the restroom, wasn’t even in there that long when one of the female employees opens the men’s room door and proceeds to tell me that the restrooms were locked and they weren’t when I went in there, she had the audacity to be rude, she even huffed and puffed when she went out because she didn’t want to wait. She put up the sign while I was in there but proceeded to act like it was my fault. I won’t be coming back again

One of my favorite places to stop, employees always helpful and kind, does get busy especially for the full time kitchen during the lunch crowd , great food and menu. Had the special goulash tonight, wow was it good !!

In town visiting family for the holidays order pizza from them since they were so close to our hotel when receiving our we found roaches in our box and everyone in the deli seemed high and had their friends in the store hanging around like it was a social club I went to school with they peters family and knew the owner of the whole chain it’s a shame how a business could just be ran town by lazy workers and terrible managers

This is an awesome little truck stop! The store is clean and roomy, so you don't feel crowded. Staff is awesome! Nice little deli that's open after 10pm. And their parking area is spacious with plenty of room to make parking in most of their spots a breeze! I even pulled in here after 10pm tonight and was able to find a spot that I could easily get into!

This place has changed. Overall still clean and decent but the cashiers are not friendly nor helpful. The exception would be the food service staff. Very friendly and helpful.Purchased fuel but could not get a shower because my Kickbacks card had been deactivated. Was told to call customer service, but it's Sunday, guess who'sclosed.,

In the past we had always thought this was a good place to stop, it was clean and the people working were usually friendly. We stopped again today and found changes that we do not consider customer friendly. When I went in, I tried to go into the restroom. I opened the door and there were two men working, I asked if the restroom was closed and they said yes, there really should have been a sign on the door saying it was closed, but there was not. The new payment system is also not customer friendly at all. It is very impersonal. One employee that was standing waiting to pay for something herself tried to help, she couldn't get it to scan either., she said she always has trouble with it too. The one working behind the counter finally did grab it and got it to scan. The older lady working at the food counter was very friendly. That was the best part of our stop. It would be nice though to have a little customer service, a customer feeling valued is what tends to bring them back, today we did not feel valued.

For a locally owned truck stop, this place is great! It's always clean, has a good sized lot for truck parking, and they have a awesome restaurant/Cafe in the store, as well as a wide variety of drinks, snacks, and souvenirs. Well worth the stop. I stopped in here again on November 11, 2019 to take my 30 minute break and get some dinner. The ladies making the food noticed my Iraq veteran hat and told me that the meal was on them. Very cool in my book!

Placed an order for 8 piece meal and when my son picked it up and got home, it was with chicken only and the chicken was hard like it had been there since lunchtime. When I called they had us come back out there for the sides ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY WERE OUT. Absolutely ridiculous. So I got disgusting chicken that we can’t eat, no sides, 2 trips to the store for what I paid for and over charged, cause I didn’t get all of my order.

For a trucker getting in after 9pm this place sucks. Hardly any food to offer anyone. And they are 24hrs. Only hot food was 1 old chicken sandwhich and some small pulled pork which sounds good until tou see the price for a couple bites.Truckers do not stop here overnight.

Went in this afternoon 05/21/2023. Picked up an energy drink, snack cake, and calzone. Go to pay. The calzone would not scan so the cashier ripped off the tag and got another one. My calzone is now $2.40 more than it was on the original tag. I ask her about it and get some dim witted word salad that never comes to anything resembling an explanation. I tell her it’s dishonest to misrepresent pricing to make a buck. Blank stare. I have a very simple solution. I will never come back and spend my money somewhere else.

This was a great stop. Very good food. Clean restrooms too. They've got a hot bar with usual truck stop fare ready to eat, or you can order a meal off the menu. I had the mushroom/Swiss burger with onion rings and it was great. The onion rings were home made! The driver section is backed away from the hubbub of the store proper, so it's nice and secluded. I'll definitely stop again when I come back through here.

Good food, but may take a little while to get it. Fairly clean, and decent customer service. The gas prices for this truck stop is the highest in town. Their souvenirs are also a bit high priced. It is a neat building. I frequently stop at this place to get drinks and food for the kids when going on road trips.

Great truck stop. Has free air for tires. The food is good and has sit down dining. They have showers and many other conveniences for travelers. During the summer there is a guy who sells great garden produce out front.

Excellent variety of ready made and made to order cuisine! Something for everyone from salads, both green and other varieties such as macaroni and potato. Deviled eggs, fantastic desserts. Grab and go breakfast sandwiches or a full menu of cooked to order options. Omelettes in a convenience store..WHAT??? Also a lunch buffet meal. Plus wonderfully friendly service! Awesome place!
