This place is wonderful! I adopted a dog from here a year ago and he is a delight to have in my house he really adds character and is so sweet. Hes great with my two-year-old and he was everything they said he would be. Because I take such good care of him I have an open adoption policy with this hospital. They couldn't be a better hospital if they tried!

Just moved to the area and the first visit to a new vet is stressful when taking your fur baby in. It was short lived, they made me and my fur baby comfortable and feel confident to bring him in. They cared for my dog with so much compassion and attention to every little detail that I left feeling he received the best treatment on the planet. The facts are the doc is the best in town and the crew great. We've been there a couple of times now and they are ALWAYS accommodating, friendly, address me by name, gentle and caring to my fur baby.

The staff was exceptional! My elderly shih tzu had a seizure for the first time shortly after we moved here. They got us in and took care of him right away and gave me such confidence in leaving him with them for the afternoon while they ran tests. I would highly recommend them!

I used to live in Parsons. I got my beautiful Amara there. The vet is very thorough and did great treating my Yellow Lab I had briefly and my precious Sammy that had to be euthanized. Excellent place to take your fur babies

Took two newborn kittens years ago that needed a momma cat or to be bottle fed. She happened to have a Momma cat and agreed to take them as long as I agreed to come back for them. She lectured me up and down on how they were overrun with cats already and couldn’t keep them. I assured her I would find them a home that I just didn’t want the kittens to die. Two weeks pass and I never heard from her or her staff. Called to see if the kittens were weaned and ready to be picked up as I had found them a home like she directed. Staff refused to give them back without me paying a $100 adoption fee per kitten, and putting down a deposit on spaying or neutering and refused to give them back without it. I attempted to explain that the new family did not live here and would not be traveling to parsons for future vet trips and they hung up on me. So unprofessional!

Awesome staff came in after hours to help my dog, Dr. Eva is wonderful with animals and so is her staff. My dog was having seizures and had to get him home to the big animal hospital due to the number of back to back seizing, she got him stabilized for the 5hr trip to Manhattan KS unfortunately his diagnosis was not good and he had to be put down.

We were frequent visitors here. We adopted here, got vet care here and had a beloved cat cremated here.We were here today to adopt another cat. In the cat room, my daughter picked up a cat that didn't want to be picked up. She set it down right as she was told to do so by an employee. The employee explained that that one cat was a feral cat. She then left the room. A few min later the vet came and told her to not "manhandle the cats" and threatened to "beat her butt". I took my kids and left immediately.I understand that they are liable if someone gets scratched as she stated. I understand that the cats need to be handled gently. All my daughter did was pick it up. I would not allow my child to "manhandle any animal. Don't worry, We will never return.

* edit* stating I left a review for a different clinic which is wrong * I Paid 93$ UPFRONT for an antibiotic did not even look at my dogs mout so Basically letting my dog die. They do not care about animals and it shows. He has been bleeding out the mouth alot and they say all just come back in 4 days and let us know. It's all about the mighty dollar at that place. BEWARE. If you want your animal to die then take them here.. not reviewing the wrong clinic this is right outside of town can not own up that yall almost kid my dog by letting him bleed out

After refusing to return a community members dog (which she'd been holding for weeks WITHOUT scanning for a microchip) she killed it. Because she decided she'd rather the dog be deceased than go back to the loving owner. Pure spite.This is not the first time an innocent animal has died at her hands, and sadly will not be the last.A dog died during a routine grooming... Unacceptable.The last time I gave her any of my business she performed a "simple surgery" on my cat and he died two days later.She then accused me of being at fault.For someone who says they care, they sure have a silly way off showing it.

We adopted a bulldog from this establishment in late June. Incredibly disappointed in this hospital for misleading my us into adopting a fully incontinent bulldog with spina bifida. The vet barely looked at the dog and we were informed the dog needs "potty training". $3500 later, we found out that this dog had been fully incontinent since birth. We traveled several hours to adopt this dog and nobody there shared that the dog was clearly incontinent until we arrived. Luckily, we were able to find a rescue that is able to adequately care for this sweet puppy.

Today my wife took our 7 week old puppy to them and she has provo . We got her some treatment for her and now she seems to be like her old self. She is eating and drinking water. She hasn't throw up since 8 this morning. Thank you guys so much for helping our little girl .

Doc Evie is the BEST ♥️ she takes time with all the animals and very caring and loving! She saved my sister's dog and even took her home with her to make she would have a human with her at all times while she was saving her life.

Your response to Turtle girls review makes me sick that you would want to publicly make rude comments in rebuttal of her review! This makes me never want to frequent your establishment! I would never want to have judgement placed on me or my chidren from an honest review that I gave. Furthermore, you could of called or privately messaged her instead of the public display showing your unwillingness to work with a customer that was not satisfied! A response such as "we regret your experience was not up to par and will follow up privately with you!" Just a suggestion, or maybe you will make me feel terrible and upset as well with a public response! By the way, dont leave coffee, hot cocoa and cookies out if you dont want your customers to enjoy them! Have a nice day and please remember kindness is better than harsh words back!

Time and again I've heard her say, " I do this because we love you!" as she administers a shot or procedure my pet didn't care for. Thanks to "Dr. Eva" for the skilled care during the good times and the bad!

The hospital has recently been remodled. They have expanded to add a gift shop and a dedicated cat room. The place looks great. Also, they have cats, kittens & dogs up for adoption! Please stop by and give a pet a chance for a forever home! Thank you Dr. Dudek.

Highly recommended and trusted. A Super-Vet Doc who was born to be a Veterinarian. Her talent goes DNA deep. I found Dr. Dudek in 1993. Although my job has moved me several times, I keep coming back to PPH as much as distance will allow including flying and renting a car. You cannot beat her compassion, knowledge, and professional talent....plus you can throw in awesome personality. She and her staff are always ready to take care of your babies as if their own. Dr. Dudek demands high quality care, prompt customer service, and professionalism from her staff while giving every patient unsurpassed care. Walking into PPH is as good as walking into Cheers.

How dare you accuse my family of taking advantage of you and being rude. Your staff should not have been saying the things you said to my little sister. If you don't want people to eat cookies and drink hot chocolate, don't leave it out. Your response to the other review was very unprofessional, and you should probably reconsider what type of customer service and public image you have.
