Today I went to the Dollar Tree in Parsons to purchase a gift card for $10.00. I was told that I couldn't purchase a gift card for under $20! Don't you find that strange, that you have to spend more than $20 at the Dollar Tree on a gift card? AND, I was told that I had to have cash to do it. I did have cash but that's odd too. Oh well, Walmart got my $10 instead.

Keyholders/managers are always outside on smoke break when we shop there, I hate coming to this one and it is so disappointing because we waited for a long time to get it in our town. We travel 35 miles to shop at a better, cleaner, more in stock, and exceptionally friendly employees. However Parsons DT does have ONE outstanding employee. ETHAN he is amazing and very polite and helpful never rude. I hope the company takes notice of this young man.

It was today at 1724 in store #7481. I went to cash out and informed cashier I had 1.77 on ebt that I wanted to use first. The cashier didnt pay attention to my request and ran it through and it came back denied and told me to do 3.00 debit and then use 1.77 ebt. Somehow it came up to 1.38 cash which I paid. 2 other cashiers (1 was general manager) later, and they had messed up my order so bad that I couldn't use my ebt and had to pay for entire order with debit. When I informed mgr that the cashier needs more training she told me she was new and that if I had a problem take it up with corporate. If the cashier doesn't know her job she needs to have someone on hand to train her and if she runs into an area she's not familiar with she needed to call for help instead of bulling on through. I didnt appreciate my needs (use of ebt) not being met and I really didnt like the Mgrs snooty attitude when it was done. We will never shop there again.

The store is supposed to open up at 8, here it is almost 9 and no one is here but all the lights are on in the store. No one will answer the phone and the parking lot is full of people. Someone do their job right for once!

It is Changing alot they had to add the 3 and 5 dollar stuff because they can't make it on the 125 stuff they moved stuff together and started the 3 and 5 dollar stuff I don't like this at should of kept it the way it was

Love this place. However, it is so dangerous!! So many things that you didn't know you needed til you get there! It's a great place to buy snacks and other food items as well as household items such as air fresheners, paper goods, office supplies, and seasonal decorations. Tons of inventory that changes all the time.
