I have been coming here for over 15 years for grooming. I have never had a problem with the grooming. The lady who does the grooming is very friendly takes her time. Great place to get your dog.The whole staff is very friendly and helpful!

Mission Pets Mart is a great place. Id you want to go to a pet store where the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, go here. It has that small town vibe to it, basically because that’s what it has always been. A small town pet shop in the big city.But, don’t be fooled by the size outside… it has a large aquarium section, great selections for your dog, cat, rabbit, hamster, or other household pets, reptiles, amphibians, and food for ALL of those little guys. Plus, their adoption area is great and you will want to take a new friend home.Check it out! Support small businesses!

I've purchased fish and aquarium items from this shop for quite a few years and they have a really good selection of both freshwater and saltwater fish. Both Bryson and Alex have helped me with many questions I've had with my aquariums and will help anyone to the best of their ability.

Despite the unassuming exterior, this is really a nice shop. They have a substantial stock of aquarium fish, and staff are knowledgeable about the various species and care of each. There are boutique supplies for furry friends, but fish are really their forte

SOOOOO GOOD!!! Everything you could possibly want in a local store for aquariums. Betta fish are the best kept I've ever seen in a pet store hands down. They have bubblers in quart size containers! Very nice to see! Best of all, the PRICES ON THE BETTAS AREN'T INSANE?! I was shocked. In addition to this, they have so many aquatic plants and supplies, and fish! So fun. My fish from here is doing great. Also, tons of cute dog sweaters. 💗💗💗💗💗💗

Excellent pet store, all the Staff are super knowledgeable. Love coming here to see all the fish and animals they have. This is the best place to get fresh and saltwater fish in the area! They always have new stuff coming in so everytime you stop by there is lots to see! All the fish and plants I have purchased from here have been healthy.

It is my favorite pet store!!!All the pups are so adorable and friendly. I have two hermit crabs from here and they are so active and healthy. The fish are very pretty. I hope this review helps!

I'd love to be able to give 5 stars, but the employee who bagged our fish beat them up so bad catching them that a few didn't survive. Good selection and fair prices though.

I've been going in for years. Just purchased a large tank and trying to get it set up. First fish I added were some electric blue acaras. Had plans to add them to my tank then purchase more fish after I knew the tank was good to go. Got home and the absolute tiniest acaras in the tank were netted out. Should have pointed out the ones I wanted I guess. Now I'm waiting about 2-3 weeks so I can grow these big enough to add more fish. Not only that the females are smaller so I probably have 3 of those or I just got the 3 less healthy fish in the tank. I was adding some expensive fish next. Kinda killed that sell.

I bought two 17.00 bags of treats for my dogs. One ( who eats everything) turned her nose up. The other one took 2 bites and 1/2 hour later she I was throwing up.Because they are open ( how else would I know if they liked the treats or not), the store won’t take them back for a refund.I guess I am just out 17.00.They used to carry great treats for a reasonable price. It everything now is expensive.

I recently went into the store and bought some of their Baby Thai Bettas. I have bought other Bettas from them and they are all healthy and doing great. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about them. They have one of the biggest (if not the biggest) supply of Bettas. The tanks look well taken care of and the fish look happy!

Finding a groomer that will tackle a great Pyrenees is amazing. Finding one that will do both of them on the same day is a miracle. The dogs always look great and smell better. The staff is super friendly and HELPFUL. I don't have to go looking for anyone, they are just good people.

I purchased Multiple things from this pet store in the last month and all have stayed alive without any dieseses and the employees are extremely helpful and even helped with instructions on how to unbag a venomous fish and I am very impressed with there service

Great grooming services and awesome store overall! Took my large Goldendoodle here for the first time last week to get groomed, and they did an absolutely wonderful job. Super friendly and very fairly priced! Will definitely be going back!

We've tried a few places before we found Mission Pet Mart. Everyone is very friendly.The boarding service is fantastic. They take excellent care of our dog. We even get handwritten notes describing the day. Love this place!

Purchased a Guinea pig (buddy) and the whole set up. The lady told us the kit they had on display is everything we needed for our new pet.The $8 bag of hay in the kit had a coupon on it that said free with pet purchase, we did not get the bag free.The kit also had 2 bowls and you only need one because it came with a water bottle and one bowl was $5.The associate also told us buddy was litter box trained and sold us a litter box and litter. He does not us the box at all we have tried everything and he will not us it.For some reason she gave us the display kit instead of a new one and after making it home I found out I paid twice as much for everything besides buddy.Needless to say it was not a great experience but I will say they do have a nice selection of animals and fish I just wouldn't buy anything else.

Great local pet store. Locally owned places seem to have the best selections of rare and semi rare fish. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable to help answer questions and get a tank setup that would work for me. One of the few places that have a good selection of puffer fish.

We went to PetSmart to buy fish first. We had trouble right off the bat keeping our tank healthy. We quickly chose this pet store for our next option because it seemed locally owned and I always try to support local business. They knew EVERYTHING we needed to know about owning a fish tank and were eager to share their knowledge of the subject. They had many quality products for all sorts of animals as well, not just fish.

Very well stocked store with knowledgeable employees. I typically shop here for reptile/amphibian terrarium supplies and feeders all of which are very good quality. I recommended this store to a coworker who was had adopted a leopard gecko and she said they were very helpful as well.

Saw lots of dead fish, which is really sad. Also, poor puppies and dogs in tiny cages. I can’t believe this kind of thing still exists….and an animal rescue is right next door. Really bad place

Mission Pet Mart has a great selection of freshwater and saltwater fish. The fish are mostly priced appropriately for their quality. They also have rabbits, birds, and reptiles. I'm rating the store down because I consistently have unpleasant service from associates being seemingly annoyed or bothered to help me. I've purchased fish, superworms, and hermit crabs from this store.

May be the best full line pet store in the KC metro area. Good and helpful staff. Not the lowest prices, but there is only the one store. Actual knowledge and good customer service trumps wasting your time in the chain stores. Good range of livestock for pets and related hobbies.

Perfect find for good prices on basic items like bulk litter by the pound and a great selection of pans. The food and toy selection for both cats and dogs is plentiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful. 🐈‍⬛
