Watched me checkout my own items just to ask me after I paid if they could check the backpack I purchased for my daughter. After she didn’t find anything inside she proceeded to question if I had paid for all my items. She watched me checkout the entire time she watched me scan each item. I didn’t see her ask or check any of the other 10 people currently at the self checkouts

They almost always have only one non-self checkout lane open during normal hours which is unacceptable. Stop pushing the self checkout nonsense while charging us the same amount for products.

1 checker. Several self check out lines with two item backing stands. 5 minute wait to check myself out. I scanned my own groceries while self check out attending hovered. Bring back a couple more actual checkers. Taking business elsewhere for the time being as we travel to the west about 50 miles where staff was there to check out, and were friendly.

Every time I do a Walmart order, whoever packs the order ALWAYS picks the worst looking produce. My strawberries were soggy and my cucumbers were already going bad…. Now I have to take the time out of my day and go up there to return things I extra paid for them to do for me. And I tip my driver all the time which I know has nothing to do with the products I’m getting, but still.

I understand the thought process of locking some items up. However, have a staff member with a key available at all times. I couldn't get any help and I needed anbesol. Yet I was able to grab advil right off the shelf and cash myself out.. makes no sense.

Walmart reaches a whole new low. After checking out my own items the camera or whatever alerted the almost nonexistent employee that something might’ve been missed. The employee like went through. My receipt went through the bag I’m like you know I love being treated like a criminal when I have to check out my own items. It’s so great that I get to do everything and then somebody gets to accuse me of stealing. Thanks a lot Walmart I don’t plan on shopping in your store if I don’t physically have to.

So no one answers the phones, in order to get tires anymore, you have to make an appointment according to the technicians after the lead associate over the phone and standing right before them said yes, they can do tires and an oil change. Techs... no were closed hours are 7a-4p due to staffing i guess, so after 3 days of driving around wastefully after being told yes they can from mcpherson, to hutch, to newton, for tires and an oil change.. finally made my appointment and they cancel my order and they cancel my appointment! So damn fed up with games walmart plays they should just get rid of the auto center all together since they can't manage to operate it or handle costumers needs.

Not to bad a place to shop for mostly what you want and relatively cheap prices but that being said if your not a carbon copy cookie cutter sheet same as everyone else type of person then expect to have employees and undercover shoppers employed by them following you throughout the whole store the whole time so unless ur a ;arbie and ken type of ppl steer clear. Id have spent more money but for being constantly harrassed by stalker type behavior from them

Genises, the girl who works the phones in the back, was entirely unprofessional and flirtatious. She really upset my girlfriend by asking her if she was my mother and she lied about things to sell me a phone I didn't want. Then she wouldn't help fix things she messed up on my phone and told me to just call tech support

Put human cashier's in. Stock the shelves when you are closed. Walmart is not open 24/7 so why are their employees taking up aisle space restocking? This makes no sense and then toss in employees shopping for others. Makes for crowded shopping.But they have just about anything you might need.

Sunday is not a good day to shop. One check out lane open that isn't a self check out. I refuse to use a self check out unless I have less than 10 items. 72 year old ladies should not have to put up with this!

McPherson store — Horrid absolutely HORRID customer service!!! If I could give them negative starts for customer service I would!!! Rachel at customers service desk and Tiffany in management absolutely horrid to work with.I had been in town to go to the dentist and decided to stop and pick up a few things on my way out of town. I had 5 grocery bags but unfortunately left the last one on the check out table and didn't realize it until I was all the way home. I called thinking it would be a easy return process -- they had the goods, I bought them on my Walmart card - easy enough process to credit my card.... NO I had to drive all the way back to MCPHERSON and pick up my goods they refused to credit my card for two bottles of juice and a mountain dew.How is it that I can shop on line and return something without really physically returning it and yet when THEY HAVE THE GOODS THEY REFUSE to credit my card???? UNBELIEVABLE!!!!Makes me very thankful that Walmart in McPherson is NOT no never will be my go too store!!!

Well kept, good selection, employees usually helpful. My only complaint is that they never went back to overnight hours. As a nightshifter, I used to really enjoy having the opportunity to shop at a time that was convenient for me, usually around 12 to 3 am.

Great help, was looking for a specific shoe size that was not on the shelf, when an associate very kindly offered to go to the back and get the size for me. excellent customer service! Wish that guy still worked there. Gary is always very helpful, and customer service desk is usually good.A few long timers that make this store run smoothly.*update* well. They lost Gary. But night shift has a lot of gals that know what's up and run the store well. And of course day shift has Miss Vickie always keeping things in check and on point!

It's a pretty basic walmart. They don't seem to be quite as well stocked as I am used to. Tried to get a foam cooler for the night for some hot dogs. They had two but neither had a lid. It's a little thing but that's what it was.

I really can't talk about my experience on 6/20/2023 around 11:00. It bothered me so much that I had to come back to file a complaint. I came back and talked to a wonderful associate who exemplifies real leadership in the pharmacy department.

Pick-up order service was busy, but my order was hustled out and loaded in my car carefully and quickly by Alvin. He was polite and efficient. I noted while I waited that Alvin was in and out five times delivering orders. Nice hustle, Alvin!

This location has been well kept since it was built. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that it's no longer 24/7. However, it's my understanding that no Walmarts are anymore, and they don't intend to be again.

I don't know if it's the warehouse where they get their product from but several times I have had a pickup order that the produce was bad or went bad really quick..or that the produce wasn't ripe. I think the crew that puts the Walmart pick up together needs to take more pride in their work and give the customers food and produce that they would want to eat themselves. Check the produce before bagging!!!!!Also I have had a couple times to where I went to pick up my own order and forgot to order a few things..went in the store to get the stuff I forgot and while in there get a notice that they didn't have something in stock that I had ordered on my pick up...yet I'm standing in front of a display full of that item..so that tells me the crew putting the orders together for pickup wasn't doing their job..Second of all I do a lot of Walmart pick up due to health reasons, and anymore several items that I asked for said Walmart had them in store but then later I wouldn't get them. When I have went shopping in-store the shelves were kinda depleted.. so not sure what's going on there.

Every stinking time I go in its a huge hassle to find a handicapped ♿️ scooter. And even if there's one it's probably dead cause no one plugs them INCLUDING employees. Tues day I had to just leave there were 3 dead scooters and one sitting outside in the snow coming down. As big as walmart is I think you should be able to find a good plan for keeping the in good running order. If not then puts manual wheel chairs back in the stores.

Management mainly the guy with the neck tattoos and gauges in his ears is a very rude guy. I overheard the way he speaks about and to people which is totally uncalled for. And then to stand out front chain smoking next to the door as people are going in and out was very unprofessional including the language.
