I love taking my pittie Pete in for his regular groomings. He’s very nervous typically due to the car ride there and the dryer can be a bit for him but Kaitlyn is always so patient and kind. He loves his pampering including getting his nails trimmed. All the gals there just adore him and he’s all smiles and wiggles every single time! Most definitely highly recommend.

Multiple phone calls with no answer, several messages left over a week attempting to schedule grooming for my two large dogs (who have been groomed here in the past without any issues) and no call backs. It seems the customer service here has severely declined or disappeared.

My first appointment I went in and they made me reschedule because my dog has a seizure disorder, so they had to do it first thing in the morning instead to get her in and out. They failed to ask any medical questions or anything I guess necessary when I booked the appointment. My second appointment her disorder was never brought up, I dropped her off and she was there a few hours. Today was her third appointment and her seizure disorder is a huge problem again and told me they couldn't groom her again after today...uhh why??? Last time no one said anything and I guess forgot about it then this time it's an issue. Oh and once again Megan argued about my dogs hair and that it can't be cut because I know nothing even though she used to have it cut at the last place. Complete garbage experience.

Kaitlyn did not cut my pups hair to the length I requested. She left his ears full length, didn't shave his belly down, didnt cut his face short like i asked, didn't do his feet or around his pads and left long hairs all over his body. I paid $85 for my sweet boy to look like a clown.

Ashley is a wonderful groomer. We have been with her at Petco for several years. She treats our fur baby like one of her own. She always does a great job for us.

My dog is very shy but being almost 8 months pregnant with my husband deployed I desperately needed some help washing her and trimming her nails. She never was groomed before so I was so nervous with how her appointment would go but she did great and smells so good! The appointment inspired me to bring my other dog in too because they do such excellent work!

Had very good experience in the past but this most recent trip they decided just to buzz all my dogs hair off. Megan was pretty argumentative during the process. Deciding whether to go elsewhere or just ask for someone other than Megan.

Gina was great with Murphy - even if he wasn't too thrilled with grooming in certain areas. She kept me informed and really helped me understand my options in regards to the grooming services. Would highly recommend her!

Allison is the best groomer I've ever seen. The only reason I chose PETCO grooming was because of how well she groomed my sister's dog. When I picked up my baby from her appointment I was so happy to see how good her paws looked especially. I know my dog can be finicky when it comes to her paws, so I've never seen them done so well! 10/10 would recommend Allison at PETCO grooming.

The first time I took my husky malamute in for grooming it went great. However, this time was horrible with Megan and we will never be back. She argued with what I wanted before I could explain, then called saying that the first groomer apparently messed up my dogs undercoat. Then called me again that they were going to have to be done due to my dog nipping. That is not my dog, she's friendly. The fact that you pushed my dog to that point 😡 then shaved my dog and it was a hack job and you aren't supposed to shave husky malamutes it's ruins the Undercoat and natural cooling system to which Megan replied it will grow back 😡 my dog was scared .. then handed me her harness soaked with piss 😡😡😡

My dog is very nervous and is terrified of getting her nails cut. But the groomer did very well to calm her down. She just didn't cut her nails down all the way which is understandable! I definitely recommend! They are very patient and kind with the animals!

Incredibly rude. I brought my dog to be groomed and brought her paperwork. For some reason the rabies certificate wasn’t included. I called the place I rescued her from and they advised it was done when they received her as a stray. The front desk woman refused to accept that as proof. As someone who was about to spend $100 for someone to wash my dog I’d expect better treatment especially since I just spent $250 shopping. I will not return here for anything again.

Oh my goodness Cierra did a great job grooming! I have always taken my toy poodles to local places in Iowa and thought they did a great job with haircuts. I needed a groomer here and decided to give petco a shot since they were the easiest to get into quickly and similar in price to what I paid before. I was kind of worried it wouldn't turn out how I liked but I was so wrong. Winston looks SO HANDSOME!!! Better than ever. He looks like a little puff ball marshmallow and I love it. His haircut is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be taking him to Petco from now on. His nails look great too and he smells so nice.

Ashley and others have been grooming Vega for 3 years. She has a little separation anxiety like most dogs and they know her temperament. I truly appreciate their time and attention to Vega and I am sure she appreciates them as well.

I really enjoyed the kindness and love the tech had. She seemed to really care about my little baby and she made me feel comfortable leaving her with them. When I got back to pick up my little one was so happy and it warmed my heart.
