I have a cockerpoo with anxiety and does not usually do well with new groomers. He has always had to use the same one for years. Recently our dogs groomer was in the hospital so we decided to try Puppy Parlor. They are the BEST! Our dog did great and had no issues at all. I was shocked at how calm he was. They give your fur babies 1st class service. His haircut was perfect! We will be back for sure!

They are wonderful!! So easy to work with and understanding. We have a Goldendoodle that has more of a golden retriever coat and she looks wonderful after every visit. We have used many of their groomers and all are great! Shout out to Sophia and Maribel!They are a little bit more pricy compared to our original groomer but it is worth it for what they do, how they treat our sweet pup and how they treat us!!

They made Max look like a stud!Our vet office we normally take him to was booked out 2 months. So we called Puppy Parlor and were able to get him in next day. The customer service was outstanding. They answered all of our questions and were thorough on our intake as new clients.He worked with a student and instructor. At first we were worried about him working with a student but were reassured he would be supervised the entire time with an instructor. We also received a discount for going this route.Marrisa was wonderful also. She cut exactly everywhere we needed and was great with our baby boy. We will be repeat clients and loved the experience of working with Puppy Parlor. 🐶 Included are before and after pics

I took my dog in for grooming last week and just noticed that the groomer I had caused my dog to bleed, which is really upsetting. Below are images of the dried scabs that are cuts from the razor/buzzer when they gave her a close shave. I don't remember the name of the groomer, but it was a female with straight, shoulder length dark hair, she looked young and thin, and seemed a bit out of it when I was talking to her. Didn't notice the injuries initially, it was found under the bandana they put on her. I tried this place because my normal groomer was busy and I saw great reviews, but now I recommend staying away from this place, or at least from that particular careless groomer.

We absolutely love all things about Puppy parlor. From the food to the grooming to the friendly and very professional groomers that have become friends to our dog's. Jena and Emery are the absolute best owners we have ever come across when it comes to how a business should be run. No little thing goes unnoticed. I brought a boxer in a few months back that I was dog sitting. The boxer split a nail and they noticed before I had and they told me what could happen if it wasn't attended to. I was able to give the owner sound advice and get the pup taken care of. It those little details of taking care of your dog or even someone else's that make them stand out. They always go the extra Mile S and I say "mileS" with a big S because they will stop and ask you how your day is going and make sure you the owner are doing okay as well. They take specific care on how you want your dog groomed.We love you guys!Below are a few of my babies plus a few I've taken in to be groomed (notice the bandanas 😉)

10/10 would recommend. We’ve been taking our Bernedoodle once a month for over a year, and we have been very happy with their service. Our pup comes out looking fantastic every time we take her in, the handlers are always positive and caring for our pup, and the prices are competitive. We will happily continue to use Puppy Parlor.

We brought our 4 and a half month old mini bernedoodle to the puppy parlor this morning and he came out looking great! The groomer was helpful in providing feedback on how he did and ways we can make his future grooming trips easier on him. We'll definitely continue to use them.

The staff here is absolutely AMAZING !! I have 2 Great Pyrenees, Casper & Daisy. Daisy does NOT like to be groomed - she's my problem child. They take their time with her; they are gentle and caring. The prices are reasonable; the store is clean and well kept. Both Casper & Daisy always look so good after their groom.

My puppy and I both are super excited we found the puppy parlor. We both had a wonderful experience. I took my puppy for her first haircut somewhere else and she came home so stressed out and depressed that she slept the rest of the day. The other place was crowded and stressful with dogs crying and barking everywhere.Here she was excited to see me and seemed proud when she got home of her new haircut. She clearly had a much less stressful experience.The owner is wonderful and has such a caring spirit. I felt great leaving my 5 month old puppy. We will be back. And her haircut looks amazing.

We have a very large Great Pyrenees. He gets shaggy, matted, and his white fur gets grey from dirt. He came home from Puppy Parlor like a different handsome man. We were very pleased with how soon we got in and how great he came out. The cost was great. We will actually be able to take him back more often because it didn’t cost us an arm and leg.Thanks Puppy Parlor

I cannot even begin to describe how great this place is. If you are a person who feels like they are doing an awful job with finding a place for your pup or have had not so great experiences with groomers, stop looking and come here.The atmosphere here is INCREDIBLE! My dog (Dunkin No Nuts) loves these guys. The pictures are from today and from November.

Friendly, affordable, and quick!Schedule my appointment on the phone and filled out the necessary forms online.Full service for my Shih-tzu (12lbs) was $55 and they finished in about 90 minutes.They have charts and pictures to help describe how you would like your pup cut. Highly recommend 🙂

They do a great job on big dogs and well known breeds. Had to take our littles to a different groomer because they kept messing up the sanitary and nails of our 2 pomeranian. But they do amazing on bigger dogs.

I have a senior Cavalier King Charles who was treated like Royalty. She is so white, clean, and happy. Then, because it was our first time we received 5 lbs. of a new food for her. I moved to the KC area about three months ago, I found the Puppy parlor after several hours of looking for a groomer for my miniature golden doodle. They had good reviews and even though it was quite a drive it was worth it for a good groomer. The first time I took her in the groomer came out and we talked about what we wanted basically just a short cut all over and I gave special emphasis on making sure to get the hair in her ears. She had an ear infection as a puppy due to that so I didn't want to repeat that experience. I was impressed when I got a call about an hour and a half later saying that she was done. When I showed up to pick her up she looked good at a glance so we went back to the house where I discovered that the hair in her ears hadn't been addressed at all. I called just to make sure someone knew about it but it wasn't so bad that she needed to go back or anything. About a month later we went back in for another cut, a different groomer came out and we discussed the same as before just a short cut and we talked extensively about the ears to make sure that they got done. About 6 hours after I dropped her off they called me and said she was fantastic and was ready to be picked up. When I went in to get her she came out trembling like I have never seen before and crying softly, it was very clear that something was wrong by her behavior. I took a look at her ears which again had not been touched and asked to speak to the groomer. I was told she had gone home and at this point my dog is choking herself trying to pull backwards to get away from the desk. I just told the woman that I could call back tomorrow. We went out to the car and she shook and cried the entire way home. I don't have any idea what could have been the problem but now my dog who's favorite activity was to go for a ride in the car to the park will have a meltdown like I have never seen if I so much as open the car door to put her into the seat. Obviously the ears not being cut is an issue after such extensive conversation but that aside something very wrong must have taken place on the second visit. There is absolutely nothing in this world that could make me take her back to this place.Edit: It should also be noted that when I originally found this place there were a couple other reviews discussing ear issues in golden doodles and them not being cut which is what prompted me to mention it specifically to begin with. Otherwise I would have thought it was implied for a professional groomer to cut them anyway. It seems that all of those reviews have been removed along with basically all other negative reviews. I would imagine that suggests this one will be removed as well but it is information I feel people should be aware of just the same.

I love the care given to my dog, Suzi. PUPPY PARLOR is THE spa for doggies💕 I love the care and attention given to the dogs providing all of their needs. Leah is so good with Suzi, and believe me when I say Suzi is on the happy side of wild. She loves Leah, other dogs, people and kids. I’m grateful there is PUPPY PARLOR❣️

Puppy Parlor does a great job grooming! They communicate by phone, email, and text. My dog always looks great and is happy when I pick her up. The shop is also clean and everyone is friendly and professional!

they were awesome with my pit bull. she's a people lover but extremely dog aggressive and they handled her beautifully with not one issue at all. and she came home looking great smelling great and her nails were the best I've ever seen them. I loved the fabulous job they did with my daughter-dog and will be using them for her from now on!! highly recommend them 5 plus stars for sure...

They did an amazing job at Puppy Parlor for our puppy’s first haircut! We felt welcomed and that they really cared about our dog and us. They took the time to explain what they would do, and afterwards shared how to care for her coat to avoid matting. As newbie doodle parents, it was so helpful. Would highly recommend!

Awesome place! They do a great job with my huge Great Pyrenees dog! We do nail trims and baths and brush outs. She comes back calm and great looking. She is actually happy to go here! Very friendly staff and owner. Love this place!
