Falcon Valley has been so good to me and my pup, Chief (brown and black, German Shepherd pup in the photo attached)! I usually get weird looks from people because I love German Shepherds and both my dogs are that breed but Falcon Valley was & is so accepting of all breeds, even other customers that were walking in too and no weird looks from them! The Falcon Valley employees are so polite to us whenever Chief gets very excited to see everyone when we walk in and they don’t make me feel bad for it, like the last place I went to with my other dog when she was a puppy! Falcon Valley has had the greatest communication in every form possible since I started going there and they are always quick to respond, which is amazing! They recognize & know Chief as soon as we come in, which makes me feel like they ALL definitely care about their work, their customers & furry friends that come in. I love it!! I got my dad to start taking my other dog there, Ava (black with brown markings, German Shephard Rott mix in the photo attached), and they were SO amazing to her and solved her ear problem that we have been dealing with for about a year and the vet we took her to before Falcon Valley didn’t fully look into what was bothering her. Thank you for everything, Falcon Valley!! Both of my dogs will absolutely continue to go to Falcon Valley!

We had to have our baby put down, due to an aggressive orm of cancer. The staff at Falcon Valley was AMAZING! We were given all the time we wanted to say our good byes. We ordered him is favorite foods, brought in his favorite toys, and let him go in peace. There are not enough words to express how comforting the doctor & staff were to our family during one of the most heartbreaking times!

Best place ever!!! The staff is really knowledgeable and caring. I have been going to them for years and they will go out of their way to go the extra mile for your fur babies. I highly recommend them. They take my insurance so that is a big relief that I know my fur baby will be taken care of.

Phoebe, Piper, Doddy, Max, Sammy, Trixie and Jaxson have all been with Dr. Mike and his staff for many, many years; through good and bad times; before and after our journeys to Rainbow Bridge. Excellent care and no regrets. We wouldn't recommend anybody else!

Falcon Valley daycare and boarding takes the best care of our pup Marz. He’s a rescue and very hesitant of most situations. The staff is so caring and knows exactly how to handle anxious pet. I cannot thank them enough! Truly the best.We also use the vet services which have been wonderful. Great job to the team at this facility!

They are so amazing! I took my doggie to get groom and dewormed. The little fellow got a whole new makeover. Absolutely love their work. check out the before and after pictures. He's a very shy dog and a big cry baby but he felt so at ease with them. He also loved it, his attitude shows it. He went from sleepy all day to playful and ready for walks all day. I truly trust them with my fur babies. 10/10 recommend!!!

We've been taking our dogs there for several years and I'm overall pleased. Yesterday our dog collapsed and we took him in and he had emergency surgery to save his life. One of the techs spent time with him before surgery which I greatly appreciated given he was dying. After the surgery we got updates and photos of him texted to us which were again appreciated. They treat your pet like it's their own which is invaluable.Are they a bit more expense than some vets? sureAm I rich? noDo you get what you pay for? yesIs it worth it for quality care of a family member? Definitely

When we first started going to Falcon Valley, I had such a great experience with the vet that we saw. He was so friendly, very knowledgeable and super helpful. We have two dogs and live right down the street so I was thankful to have what I thought was such a great place so close. In the last two years, every trip (really since our initial visit) has become less pleasant. In all of our trips, I have NEVER seen the same vet twice-- the vet from our first visit has never reappeared. It feels like nothing is done in the best interest of your pets--it's all about what extra protocol or test can be done to add more to the cost of your bill, and there’s a lack of transparency with it all that really started to bother me. I had become skeptical and frustrated over the course of our last several visits at just how impersonal every trip seemed, but continued to come (the ladies at the front desk have always been kind, but no one else there knows or recognizes your dog). This summer I called for our yearly exam/vaccinations and just asked for a ballpark of the cost per pet, more out of curiosity because each time we come it seems to be more expensive. I have two healthy young dogs and was told it would be around $500 for each dog at their yearly visit. I started making calls to other vets, and sure enough my suspicions about the pricing and the additional procedures that are tacked on were correct. I found another vet nearby and the yearly visit (with very comprehensive vacs- including pro-heart12) for BOTH dogs was $400 vs. the almost $1000 I was going to pay at Falcon Valley. Money aside, this vet is small, personal attention is paid, and he actually knows your animal. I suggest you do your research before spending your money here. Don't worry- they'll never notice your gone- they sure haven't missed us!

While we absolutely love the front desk staff and the entire grooming department, we have been so unhappy with the vet side of things. I took my dog last year to the vet who was new to me, however we had been taking our dog in here for 2 years of service. This dog is my baby, I know him so well. I explained to the vet the new very concerning skin condition and new symptoms of concern that had popped up in less than 24 hours. I felt very strongly that something was very wrong and said if we needed to talk about providing an end to the suffering we didn’t want to prolong that. The vet looked at me and said “quite frankly I think it’s highly unethical to even be talking about that looking at him”. I felt so small and ashamed. They encouraged several tests which we agreed and paid for. A few hours later the vet called me and said directly “ you must have known something was very wrong, because he is in fact very very sick. I have never seen lab values this bad before”. All in one moment I felt validated and so sad. It was recommended we put him down that day. Still a year later I think about how that vet made me feel.

Brought my cat here for 11 years. They did well with yearly vaccinations and check ups. The vets show up quick to get you out without wasting too much time. They’re only getting bigger and better with their services, do recommend.

Having to find a new vet after having the same vet for over 15 years was tough when we moved here. But Falcon Valley staff is so friendly and welcoming. They take the time to listen to your concerns and don’t try to push you into things that aren’t necessary for your pet. I also love how close and convenient it is.We’ve been twice now and will continue to go back when needed.

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. She made me multiple quotes so that pricing wasn't a surprise, and she greeted me, and my pet warmly. The techs who took my dog back treated her so kindly and didn't pull or yell even though she's a skittish dog! The vets are great and smart as well! I highly recommend Falcon Valley!

My dog was injured so I brought him to my favorite vet, Dr. Jobe who had just relocated from another clinic. I was very impressed with the facility. It was clean and everyone went out of their way to greet us and give Diesel lots of attention. The staff was very professional but also compassionate, treating him as if he were their own. They took great care of Diesel and followed up the next day to make sure he was recovering well. I would highly recommend Dr. Jobe and Falcon Valley to anyone looking for above-average care.

The ONLY place I will take my Phineas for veterinary care and grooming! If you have a dog that is nervous about grooming, you will not have that issue here. The groomer and all of the staff go above and beyond to make you and your pet feel at ease and valued. I cannot say enough good things about them!

I took my pitbull, Uno-Bean, to Falcon Valley for his vaccinations as well as a check up. From the beginning they were very kind and welcomed Uno as a new patient.When I dropped him off they were open arms and didn't seem to have any judgement or assumption that my son Uno was dangerous or vicious. They took him inside without a muzzle or expressing any concerns. Wich I only point this out because of how often my loving son is judged and treated unfairly upon first meeting him by others. Pitbulls aren't vicious dogs, they can be raised to be vicious, same as any other breed.Anyway, they were extremely kind, had very good communication with me, the prices were below what I was expecting it to all cost. Especially being in a somewhat upperclass area. The app they offer makes scheduling appointments, getting reminders, and so much more a breeze.Last but certainly not not least, the vet Assistant, I believe she was a vet. Assistant, she checked in Uno and met me outside to give me the new patient paperwork. Due to covid-19 I wasn't able to enter. But she was absolutely gorgeous and extremely welcoming and pleasant personality.I would recommend Falcon Valley Animal Hospital absolutely and I will be returning as needed.

I have been a loyal customer taking my dog there for over ten years. Their prices are high, but I remained loyal. Today, however, I am leaving Falcon Valley Animal Hospital for good. Despite my continued loyalty through the years, they REFUSED to be accommodating to me today, even knowing my extenuating circumstances, telling me that their groomer canceled my appointment because their "cut off is 8:30 and it was 8:31". That is literally what I was told. Unbelievable. I hope upholding their groomer's policy was worth the thousands of dollars of future veterinary care and grooming revenue they are losing from my family because my dog's records have already been transferred and our new puppy will also be going to our new vet. I will NOT be recommending them in the future.

Dr. Jobe and staff treated our pet with nothing but compassion and care. We will be bringing our other pets to this business. I have already told my son about how great they are compared to the "Wellness pet plan place" we both currently take our pets. Thank you so much for caring for our pet and not just rushing through the process of the exam, explanation, etc. We honestly felt like you cared for our pet, listened to us, and did it without patronizing us or just going through the motions of a "job".

Very pricey! We feel like we were taken advantage of because we love our pet. We were not explained the prices for optional treatments like Heart Worm. After doing some check found out we HAD options that were less expensive then $140! It was not explained to us. We were just made to feel like it was something we needed to so for our pet's health! Need to be more up front and explain ALL options to your customers. We will be taking our Dog elsewhere now!

Wow, so far so good. Nice place, the people are really nice. They were patient and sweet to our new pup, and they knew what they were doing. With a Groupon we found, it was only 46 bucks for shots, dewormer, a flea and tick pill, and they even clipped his toenails. I will update to 5 stars after we have been with them a little while. :)

There is no place better in Johnson County to have your pet's needs met! Max (our special dog) and we love the extra attention and love he gets at regular appointments. We also appreciate the onsite groomer who gets Max gussied up and looking his best. These vets and their staff are honest, helpful and professional! They treat our pet like he is a member of their family, just like we treat him!

Wow.. I am absolutely blown away by this team of people! I brought my cat in thinking he was going to need euthanization and they saved him!Through his time in their care, they have been in constant contact with me about his condition and going above and beyond to give him comfort as well as me. Truly specialized treatments that offer not only an immediate solution, but long term preventative care too.Not only that, but I had no way of paying for my cat's procedure he needed to save his life. They refused to give up on him and worked out a plan with me financially.I am overwhelmed with emotions because of the amazing vet and team there! Definitely making this place my cats full time vet clinic!

She was very nice and wanted to do everything possible to see what happened in better detail. She did not call to argue was just concerned about my post. She helped explain a few things to me that helped me understand what my wife might of heard.
