My fiancé who is 7 months pregnant came in to pick up some high blood pressure medication. Elizabeth was the person who “helped” her. She told my fiancé that the prescription was not ready and did not let her know when it would be. So my fiancé asked. Elizabeth then says they only have 70 out of the 100 pills that she needed and that she would have to come back tomorrow. Then she told my fiancé Dillon’s doesn’t carry blood pressure cuff's. After my fiancé started to complain to Elizabeth that she had a bad attitude and if it didn’t stop she was going to make a complaint. Elizabeth then told her that she was going to make a complaint about my fiancé. That’s when the pharmacist stepped in and tried defending Elizabeth. The pharmacist was able to give my fiancé 70 out of the 100 pills and let her know that she can come get the other 30 pills when they are in stock. Since he was helping my fiancé decided to ask again if they carried blood pressure cuff’s since Elizabeth said they do not and that my fiancé could just go to Walmart. After asking the pharmacist they did indeed have multiple variety’s of blood pressure cuff’s. I’m just upset because my 7 months pregnant fiancé had to deal with so much nonsense just to get her medication. Needless to say we will not be using Dillon’s pharmacy in the future. At least until they can get some employees who are helpful. Is it not Elizabeth’s job to help customers to the best of her ability?

I have been using this pharmacy for years and honestly I don't know why. They are never nice on the phone or in person. They always act like the customer is a huge inconvenience. There is never a sense of urgency even when their line is backed up. I have had cases where we were in desperate need of antibiotics. Doctor calls it in in the AM and the pharmacy has the nerve to act irritated because we want it same day. Just because their price on prescriptions may be less, I would rather go somewhere else and spend a little more money in order to be treated better. Don't believe me? Just call and see how they treat you on the phone. In person is almost worse.

Horrible customer service. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The customer service has declined over the last couple years. Today was the last straw for me. Pharmacy Intern Zach was so rude. I will be transferring this prescription and all future prescriptions to another pharmacy. Also, it would be nice if you notified your customers when a medication is on backorder.

I have been going to Dillon's pharmacy in Leavenworth for over 10 years. I've always been treated in a respectful and caring manner until this week. Elizabeth P. had me in tears due to her rudeness two days in a row. She was absolutely callous and so cold in her refusal to help me get answers as to why my medication wasn't available on the first day and then not ready on the second day. I could tell that she was complaining about me to the other staff members as I waited for a resolution to the problem. I realize that everyone is busy and overwhelmed these days, but I can't think of any excuse why this staff member would treat someone so terribly while they are in such a vulnerable position. I'm still dumbfounded by this woman's treatment--as if I had ruined her day by trying to pick up my refills. If I encounter her during my next visit, I will definitely never use Dillon's pharmacy again.

I’ve had very negative experiences with the pharmacy staff on multiple occasions. They were not willing to work with me as I switched my last name when I got married. They were noticeably irritated, short with me, and downright rude when trying to update my information and get my records transferred. I would not recommend dealing with them if you don’t have to! Kindness and patience goes a long way, and the staff here do not possess those qualities. Save yourself the headache and go to a pharmacy where their employees have customer service skills.

I get prescriptions on Wednesdays which wasn't a problem before, but now apparently they do walk-in shots so the wait for prescriptions is over 5 hours. It should not affect prescriptions when they have walk-ins. They obviously need more staff or to give up on doing shots because they can't handle both filling prescriptions and giving shots.

I have been really disappointed lately with the quality of service that has been provided. I've encountered rude employees and prescriptions taking two weeks to be filled. I used to get notifications for my refills and those have been hit and miss. The automatic refills have been taking up until I'm almost out of my medication. I'm not sure what changed because I used to be really happy with the service provided.

I highly suggest that the female pharmacist finds another career. The rudest pharmacist we have ever dealt with. To the pharmacy staff: It is considered rude to stare and point at the customer while the customer is waiting in line. The store manager that I reported this to was the nicest person and is embarrassed by the pharmacy handled this situation.

HORRIBLE customer service. They failed to refill my scripts that were called in on 10/13 for very important medications that I literally need to function. I go on 10/17 to pick them up and they had no clue about them. At first they tried to say a doctor hadn’t called it in and when I told them that no it was and showed I had them pending On my Dillons prescription app, they then tried saying it was too soon to fill, which again, was not true. I already waited 25 mins in line behind someone else and only to be told I would have to wait 20 mins more or come back. When asked why none of them were ready they said “because we fill a lot of scripts everyday”. That’s not an excuse. You dropped the ball on important medications. Own up to it. Instead of apologizing, I was then told “every minute I waste talking I don’t get to fill your scripts”. I am definitely transferring to a different pharmacy.

I gave three stars because I have used this pharmacy for over 15 years. However, in the last year they have gone down hill. I hate to say I had my final issue and have since transferred all our medications. My family has some pretty common meds that are never in stock, and therefor we have to wait for them to be filled. A new med is very hard to get in the same day and if you do get it, you will wait several hours.I had medications electronically transferred for myself and child, they could not find them in their system. This caused a 2 day delay for a new med for myself I had to have my child’s transferred to CVS, got it filled in 20 min and was in stock there. We have had a medication error in the past and it was blamed on the manufacturer, and very little info was given.Overall, many of the staff members are kind but organization is not good. Wait and medications in stock is not acceptable.

Everyone working at this Pharmacy is always extremly busy and does their very best to get scripts processed and filled as quickly as possible!!!I have to pay cash for all my meds and their prices with few exceptions are the cheapest in town. Sometimes it takes several hours to get the meds, but the closing of Kmart added a lot of additional clients to this already very busy SMALL PHARMACY!!!Today we live in a society of instant gratification!!We expect to get what we want, when we want it!However, there are times and places we need to remember or learn some patience, manners and appreciation for people that work so hard and realize that they can't waive a magic wand. There are many different steps involved (that most of us are not aware of) before medications can be dispensed.I do appreciate their services, even though I get irritated sometimes having to wait in line, or for hours to get my meds. I no longer live in the area and it takes me at least 35 minutes to get to Dillons. There have been times that staff members gone way beyond and above to take care of me!!!I, for one, appreciate all of them, how hard they try to take care of their clients, always friendly and curteous, not complaining about being on their feet all day, or how busy they are, and putting up with some people that are just rude and obnoxious!!!I have witnessed a pharmacist spending at least 15 minutes explaining why he was not able to fill whatever this woman wanted; yet, even though it wasn't his fault, she continued to act as if it were. He remained totally calm, professional and curteous, while I would've have lost my temper after the first 2 minutes. The staff is the reason I continue to come back instead of changing to a Pharmacy close to my new home and there are plenty who could match in price.Thank you for being such awesome people and I feel sorry for anyone working there for having to put up with some nasty people who need to understand how difficult your jobs really are!!!!The new DEA procedures for getting controlled medications filled, made it quite difficult for Physicians to justify writing those prescriptions and added a lot more work for all employees in every Pharmacy! It is not the fault of the Pharmacist or staff if those meds cannot be filled for whatever reason!Neither are they to blame if insurance companies deny approval of some medication! So, next time take a deep breath and accept the situation for what is.Take a look at how busy everyone is. Appreciate how hard they try to satisfy each one of their clients and maybe put yourself in their shoes!!"Thank you!" would be nice!!I wouldn't, couldn't do that job, the stress and responsibilities that come with it is something I could not handle!!!!

When calling, be prepared to be on hold for several minutes. Usually put on hold 3 different times before actually being helped. Also, It should not take 3 or 4 days to fill a prescription. Especially pain medication, nor should you be treated differently because you are taking pain medication. I only go to them because my medications are the cheapest there. I would switch pharmacies if I could afford to.

I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years and today's visit changed everything. Dropped off two prescriptions to be filled at about 10:15 and was told they would be ready tomorrow. I asked if I could get them today and was told it would be after 4:00 then. . I live out of town and hoped to pick them up today, the normal wait time was usually around 30 minutes. Horrible customer service.

Their sycronized prescription program is a joke. If you want to go get your medications 5 or 6 times a month this is your place. Today I picked up my synchronized prescriptions (supposed to be 7 of them). There was one and the lady let me know there would be one ready tomorrow and couple more in a couple weeks and one was waiting approval. Nuts! Time to find a different pharmacy.

Everyone is very professional and since I lost my health insurance, I have to pay for all my scripts!!Found different apps that give discounts at different pharmacies.I was surprised to see that Dillon's is cheaper than most large retail pharmacies like Walgreen and CVS.I recently got one script filled for $37 at Dillon's,using the same app for discount and even with that app, Walgreen would've charged $145.I'm very happy with this Pharmacy, the only drawback is that they close at 7:30 pm. The store is open until midnight, but not the pharmacy, which is just a little inconvenient at times, but saving quite a bit of money, makes this a very minor issue for me!!!

I dont know how my blood pressure prescription got transferred there from tx, i picked up my med, wasn't given any warning that it was by a different manufacturer. The medicine had me dizzy for a few days, before i transferred it back to Walmart, where i got back on track the overall experience wasn't handled well by the staff.

You may get reasonable prices for medication. But I would never , ever fill my meds here again. The "Pharmacist" and The "Tech" with Red hair..... get very short with you. ( like, you can see The eye roll.) I was only asking questions... The Pharmacist acts high and mighty like she doesn't like to look up prices. Well, sorry "Miss Snooty Pants" some of us have lots jobs or insurance. I dislike RUDE women!!! Unprofessional!

I only gave it one star because I had to, to be able to write a review. They deserve no stars. They are the rudest, slowest, bunch of people…. Just when they get rid of one rude one they hire an even worse. They can’t keep up. They say ready in an hour, you come back in an hour, wait another 15 minutes in line then are told to go back to the end of the line, (behind 4 cars AGAIN) and hopefully they will have it ready by the time you circle around again., MAYBE. RUDE RUDE RUDE!! Uncaring. Uggg if you can keep away from this place I highly recommend you stay far away.

Busiest pharmacy in town, but also the best. Seems like most of these reviews think ordering prescriptions is the same as ordering fast food.

Good service. Be prepared to wait over half an hour to fill a prescription. Staff is friendly. They have a drive thru. Located inside of the grocery store.
