I was expecting that busters coat was going to need to be cut short all over and that was fine due to some matting, the employee confirmed that I wanted to the schnauzer groomed face and she had said that wasn’t a problem because there was no matting on his face. I had assumed “this is where I went wrong” that she would leave his beard long the way it was. But no, when I came back to pick him up his whole coat was choppy and uneven, looked horrible over all, and then I noticed most of his beard was cut off. I know it will grow back but still, one should confirm with the customer if it’s ok before doing something so drastic to their dogs face.

My dog can be a handful. You were great with him. Pointed out some issues I could correct and let me know there was an issue with his ear that needs vet follow up. We’ll go back.

Had them groin my dog and they didn’t clear her ears as requestedThey also did a very botched shave job on my dog and then stopped at the base of the neck and just decided not to groom her head. They trimmed the hair by her eyes and that’s it. I paid $60 for something I could have done at home. Do not take your dog here to get groomed as they don’t know what they’re doing.I’ve lost so much money due to this because now I have to take her to the groomers again so she stops making her ears bleed. (Yes she’s gone to the vet she doesn’t have an infection just really sensitive to hair in her ears!)

Shannon did great with my dog! She goes over the top to help the animal feel secure and comfortable during such a stressful time. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was able to get in during these scary days we are in. My poor girl needed this cut so badly. She is a shih tzu and has baby fine hair that was matting up under what I was able to brush out. She was hurting from the mats. I tried cutting her hair myself, but that was a disaster.She was in horrible shape, when I got down to the layer close to her skin and saw how bad she really was. I was embarrassed I had let my baby girl down. I called and talked to the stylist and she never judged me. My son took my baby girl in because I am one with health problems and can't get out. He said my girl wasn't stressed out when he arrived and was doing great. The stylist went over how bad she was, and didn't sound judgmental at all. The first time I took my baby to a groomer close to where I lived she left nicks in my dogs skins. About four of them! She kept her in a cage with other dogs barking all around her. She was so scared when I picked her up! I felt so guilty. I decided then, I would let her hair grow long and not cut it again. Your stylist and Petco in general is one I would recommend to everyone. She deserves a raise for being so patient and nonjudgmental of her patrons. Thank you for being open when conditions are not favorable for your employees to be at work at all. So much appreciated!

Friendly, Fast, and Care about my doggies. Great Experience and very nice staff to us and our dogs. Joined the vitalcare program, making any nail trim and teeth brushing free each time we take them. No limits.

My Grandpuppy Cashew is a part of our family and very precious to us. The girls are so very gentle and loving with our little guy that we wouldn't take him anywhere else! One of the girls even pets him and talks to him the entire time!
