This place is a pull in the building off the road. You barley fit in front of the door off the street. Better to wait till they are ready for you to pull in. No dock . They get into the truck to unload you. Slow process

We contacted renewal by Anderson because we had heard good things about their company but were blown away by first of all the salesman, Tom who came to our home and spent several hours with us explaining their product and services and was so kind and knowledgeable about his company. He has followed up with us several times even now through the installation process he keeps checking in with us to make sure we are happy. Corey and Heath did our installation and did an amazing job and even cleaned up after themselves. They are all very professional and we would highly recommend this company to everybody. It transformed our home and we are very pleased with the product and service!! These windows are terrific and very well made. We love the new look of our home.!

The whole process was hassle-free and painless. I barely had to do anything except decide on colors and styles before the install. The install crew, led by Charlie, was on time, efficient, and communicated very well with me. I think they left my house cleaner than it was before the install! I’ve been very impressed by their work and have already noticed that my AC isn’t kicking on as often. Highly recommend RBA!

I was optimistic going into the process knowing I was going with a well known manufacturer. I really have no complaints about the products themselves. I was less then satisfied with our salesman. Ended up signing paper work 3 or 4 times from either stuff that was missed or from him not getting the numbers right. Finally after we had figured that out he promised me he would be there on the first day of installation and would bring a gift card for all the paperwork troubles. That was the last time I seen my sales guy. My mother in law had the same company install new windows and she received a couple of "gifts" from her salesman. Just saying if you promise somebody something you probably need to do it. Installation was good. The guy was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Left a few too many screws just laying around the house and never did reattach our door bell which I happened to see a couple weeks later. But overall the installer was efficient and quality minded, product is of good quality but I was very disappointed with the salesman. After the signing when I left him a voicemail he sent it along and I never dealt with him again despite the fact that he said he would be involved all the way through.

Your installer was extremely capable and great to have come do the work. He was very inventive and knowledgeable about his work and carpentry in general.Each time we have had windows or doors replaced the installers and very professional, considerate and really know what they are doing and know the windows themselves. I was,very happy with the installation of our windows. Took just 2 days to do the job. They did all the clean up. Have had windows for 1 1/2 months everything is good. Can't wait for cooler weather when we can start to open them up and see how easy-to-use they really are.

We purchased two doors, and the installation went without a hitch. The men were friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. They had the job done quicker than we expected. The only comment we have is they intalled the thresholds without staining them, so we had to take care of this ourselves at extra expense after we had paid $10,000. We realize this is common practice, but we suggest they could go the extra mile and include this in their service.w

This is the only company that gets paid before the job is completed. Maybe if you would put better checks and balances into your system there would not be so many mistakes. Love the product but the installation did not run smoothly and it's not the fault of the installer. Doors did not come in on time. The correct parts were not with the doors. I think your parts department needs some help. This would also be a cost savings to the company. And I have yet to get the right hardware to complete the job.

Love the windows, sliding glass doors and your service during installation. We we're told a person would be out to stain trim inside the house within 2 weeks of completion of installation. We are still patiently waiting and this may be the first contact in the past 60+ days.

It was the most relaxed major purchase my wife and I have made. Jennifer arrived and worked with my wife on every option available for our home. The installation crew was the tops. The help is very personable. They do a great job explaining everything about the windows and what they are going to do. We have had two different sets of Windows and doors installed about a year apart. The first installation went smoothly, but the installation of one of the doors in the last round has given us nothing but trouble. When the door was first installed, it was extremely difficult to lock for me, and impossible for my wife or sister to lock. When I said something to the installer, he said that it would soon free up with use. After a few weeks, I couldn't tell any difference, so I called. They said they would have to order new hardware, and they would call to schedule an appointment when it got in. The day of the appointment, he called to say his car had been broken into, and that he would have to reschedule. He came out a couple of weeks later, and worked on the door for a long time, and finally got it so that we could lock it, but the latch now didn't work. He said he knew it wasn't working right, but he would have to order a new hinge, and he would call in a couple of weeks when it came in. I waited three weeks, and called about it. The person who answered the phone said no hinge had been ordered, and that he would order another one and call. It's been more than two weeks again, and I still haven't heard from anyone.
