4 stars only because of the high prices. The food is excellent! I'm from Texas and have had every kind of pizza you can imagine and the large Alfredo from here is now in the top spot! Had the jalapeño cheddar ravioli which was excellent. The tortellini alfredo was absolutely amazing as well. A large 3 topping was $22, and spent $49 total for two people, so your informed. I was happy to pay it! Highly recommend!

Came here on a Saturday for their lunch buffet! Really loved the variety of options and that a drink was included! They made a brand new veggie pizza just because we asked about vegetarian options, which was extremely kind. Lots of different types of pizza, breads, pasta, and a salad bar. I also really enjoyed the macaroni salad. Excellent service and well-priced!

We were told to get our own plates and silverware when the pizza was brought to the table we had also asked for jalapenos to be fit on our pizza and they were not on there and they charged us for it and we go to Gambino's in South Hutchinson get great service there to Pizza is fabulous

Food was cold when delivered which was not even the biggest issue. Ordered a cauliflower crust as my wife cannot eat the regular crust due to an allergy which they charge $3 extra for. Pizza came with regular crust which my wife did not realize until she at a piece. Called the store to ask about rust and lady said they haven’t had cauliflower crust for a couple days so it was made with regular crust. The lady laughed and said she could make another one but we would have to come get it. She also stated that because order was through door dash I would have to contact them for a refund. Door dash denied the refund because they said there was no proof of error. Now wife is ill and we will never eat Gambino’s again.Dietary restrictions: They do not requests or special orders seriously. Just read above.

Hands down the best pizza I've ever had!! Their prices make it possible to to take my family of six to eat and not break the bank!! They also have a huge play gym for kids, games, arcade and just great service.. I will definitely be back!!Kid-friendliness: Had to drag my kids out of there!!

Came from outta town. We love the one in hometown this place was awful. Ordered a 6 inch and a 12 inch and bread sticks took over an hr to get then. They said they didn't even have an order for us. When they did bring us the pizzas they looked really dry.wont be coming back to this location.

Driving thru town Monday 1230p, saw a billboard for this place and remembered the chain fondly from 30 years ago when I lived in an area where they were. I stopped in and they had a lunch buffet going...perfect. I stood in line for several minutes at the counter. They don't specifically have a carryout buffet option and buffet can't be purchased without a drink. They had a salad bar but since I was driving I took none of it. The pizza on the hot bar was old, dry and hard except 1 new pizza that had just been put out. Long story short I paid over $14 for a few slices of not great pizza. This experience was neither fast, convenient or good. My fond memories of Gambinos will have to live now only in the past because I won't be back ever again unfortunately...

My wife and I ate at this place on the evening of 10/26/22 .. and the following is exactly what the receipt says we paid .Small Cheestick Pizza $10.99Tortellini Alfredo $11.992 all you can eat salad bar $21.982 17 ounce sodas $4.58Tax $4.32Total of $53.86The food was disappointingly low quality and the quantity was insufficient compared too price . The owner replied too me stateing if I was unhappy with service I should have stated it and orderd something else . I had no problem with staff .. just disgusted by low quality food at a steak house price I paid. Plus if they are so proud of their products then why does their online menu have no prices listed on it . I was also told by the owner that I should be more understanding that with inflation and the economy that they are just trying too make a living. Well they can keep on gouging their customers and selling poor quality food if they like. I just know that we will never waste a dime in that Gambino's again .

Wife called four 1-Topping Pizzas in and asked if the $12 coupon would discount all four pizzas on our order. The lady she talked to on the phone said yes, but she needed to bring in a printed coupon. Printed the coupon off and went to get the pizzas and was told that the coupon only worked on one pizza.Spent $65 dollars on four pizzas vs $48 plus tax. If I would’ve known it would’ve been $65 it’d be fine, but the lady said she wasn’t able to give us the total until we got there with the coupon, which should’ve been a red flag. I’ve never had a problem at Gambino’s, but that will be the last $65 dollars we will spend.

I had 6 boy's plus myself, ordered 3-pizza ( the large Taco pizza was so nasty we left it missing 3-slices out of the large ), went to make my salad and well that was an experience in itself, the lettuce I had to weed through to find enough that wasn't brown, the chopped eggs WERE FROZEN, not realizing it until I took a bite, the salad dressings had crust on them. This was the worst experience in Gambinos we have ever had.

My experience was not great, one of the employees said if you can't afford to eat out then don't. Well I can afford to eat out I jus didn't want to spend $50.00 on a meal for 1 adult and 3 kid's. You might want to replenish your salad bar before the customer pays for the salad. At some point through out the day you should check the restrooms for paper towels. You might want to have your employees take a class on customer service.

We have to save up to eat here so when we finally have a night we get to order a mobster and cinnamon streusel desert pizza we can't wait.except for this evening when both pizzas tasted horrible the mobster was soo dry and not even warm and the dessert pizza more then half was over baked and hard as a rock.we paid over $50 for this order .the delivery guy was very sorry it took soo long and we can forgive him but then to receive such poor quality in the pizzas we usually look forward to eating sucked also we felt we needed to say something .I tried calling at 9pm but Noone answered so that is why I'm on here to complain .$50 is alot of $ for our budget and feel the owner should know about it .we don't like to complain but this was over the top really bad .hope this will help in some way improve the gambinos we usto look forward to eating .sincerely Tricia viegra

It's average, from the food to the service. The place is clean enough and food is decent enough. There's a decent variety with the pizza bar. Salad, dessert pizza, etc. Worth the money if you're hungry.

The people that work here are so very nice. The buffet is worth the time to come by and check out. With the current times we live in its very hard to find a buffet and they pull it off with out fell i will for sure be back!!
