What happened to this Dillons? The service has gone downhill. The deli does as little as possible, always out of deli meat, not wanting to keep chicken full.The front end staff… never enough help to check people out. When even the employees talk negatively about their company/management, it’s a problem.The only department that is in tip top shape is the Pharmacy. Thank goodness for Matt and the wonderful staff back there.I hope Colleen J. (former Dillons President and GB resident) never comes to visit. I would be embarrassed to know this is how my hometown Dillons turned out.

I get to go to this Dillons about once a year traveling through Great Bend to the fair grounds. There we've been set up for the last 3 or 4 years with our Remote Control Racing system. This time going through the Dillons I noticed they had a lot of kid type toys for sale relatively inexpensive. Trying to make way for other product on their shelves and their store I'm sure. Anyway trying to keep from making this a long story, I was able to convince them that by donating some of these toys to the fair to be given away to our young race car drivers at our track would be a great idea for them and us! And it was a great hit, and I am very appreciative of the two managers, the one in training, and the one that was running the store.... maybe next year we can do something special for Dillons at the fair, thanks again.Paul SuttonRORRing Entertainment

Staff refuse to step aside so we can shop. Throwing boxes of cheese in front of us as we shop. Meat counter individuals stand in front of counter gossiping even when we state excuse me. Personal shoppers will run you over. Deli food is not up to Dillons standards. We drive to Hutchinson to be treated like we are appreciated.

Sometimes I stop in to grab a quick snack at the Hot Food Deli counter. Every experience I've had there has been great, not good, but great. They have the best employees working in that area. It's one of the reasons I keep coming back. Thank you guys!

Great place to buy groceries, especially specialty items (they have a small allergy-friendly section). The staff is incredibly helpful. There's hardly ever a wait to checkout and they almost always offer to load your car for you. The only negative is no baby changing table in the bathroom.Edit: There's now a baby changing table!

This store and the customer service has went downhill. Multiple times they have screwed up our pick up order. So we end up having to drive all the way back up to the store or we get all the way home look at the reciept to find they didnt scan our coupons we gave them. Today they completely forgot over a hundred dollars of frozen foods we ordered. So my husband once again had to go back up there. Once again our coupons werent scanned. Was told they would put it back on our card with no proof. Have also noticed they give the pick up orders the close to expired food. We got mayo and it expired the next day. No more we are going elsewhere!!!

Stopped at gas pumps to clean windshield, then went inside to use the restroom (very clean, I might add) and get a bottle of water. Employee near the check-out was very pleasant. In fact, every employee I walked by was pleasant. If I lived in Great Bend, I would definitely shop there.

Thoroughly enjoyed this clean and well run store. Especially enjoyed their larger floral area with multiple choices compared to similar sized Dillons. Floral staff engaging and made some great suggestions to take care of my special requests. Thanks to Dennis and Jo for helping me get the things I needed.

Best grocery store around. Everyone is so friendly. Caleb gave us some delicious Starbucks samples, and Marie was so friendly and kind at checkout!Always good deals, and nice people.

Carts don't suck. Prices not too bad. Very friendly. More "helpful" then the other big box chain. I like shopping here.

Expired food. Unhelpful and rude employees. I don't know what happened, because this store has gone downhill. It used to be good. Employees used to greet customers and help each other. I waited at the bakery for nearly 10 min with a wild 3 year old. None of the employees bothered to find the bakery employee. There was no bell or any way to alert the employee we were there. We left without our cake.

So I go there with my mother in law and we do separate grocery shopping. I run hers first and then put a separator between the orders and run mine. I expect the orders to be sacked separately but they go in the same cart. The clerk started throwing both orders in the sacks and mixed it up. I said I hope you aren't mixing sacks and she said you can go through the sacks it's not that hard. I don't appreciate her not doing her job and I didn't appreciate her attitude.

My family drives over every two weeks. We spend $700 dollars and then some everytime we shop. It's pretty sad that we have to bag our own groceries, and a bagger named Paul thinks it's funny that we were sacking our own groceries and laughs and asks after we were almost done if we needed help!! Of course we needed help we need help that past couple times we have shopped. We don't work there and shouldn't have to bag our own groceries, that's what they are hired for!!!! Sad we love the prices of this store, but after these past couple times we might have to take our business elsewhere!!!! Pull it together Dillons of Greatbend!!!!

This Dillons has the best customer service you did ask for the employees are always friendly and willing to help you out when you're paying a bill by cash they will explain to you how to do so or what to fill out to make your visit a lot faster and a lot more simpler. Now what's a small Dillons on Main Street here in Great Bend I will not say the same for them the first time I shop there was my last time I shopped there.

Today I placed a floral order for my sister that had to put her dog to sleep. The floral department designed an arrangement that was just right. Thank you so much for your attention to detail. You made a sad situation a little brighter. I also called the floral department to thank the person for his kindness and talent.

Horrible service anymore. I either get overcharged when I look at my reciept, do not get everything I ordered or they dont scan my coupons after I give them to them. Last time I was told they aren't giving receipts anymore with the pick up orders.

Clean store, but the grocery items average 15-20% more expensive than Walmart for most items, the gasoline prices are always 10 to 20 cents higher than Hutch, Wichita and Salina and Kroger seems to go up first then the other stations in town follow suit. The service desk shuts down at nine o'clock so you can't send or receive western union or do any other transactions until the next day at 8 am. They COULD stay open until ten and still have ample time to close out and balance because it doesn't take two hours to accomplish that, and that extra hour would help a lot of folks that have to work late still get their business done by ten. I've stood in line several times for 30 minutes because there were 15 people in line for services and only one service counter clerk. It's the only viable competition for Walmart in town, and it has a few services you can't get at Walmart like the flowers and an in store Starbucks, but walmart has a beauty shop and an optometrist. I'll buy a few items from dillons but I still buy the majority of my groceries at Walmart because the price difference is a bigger savings than fuel points, especially when your points are only good for 35 gallons once a month. It does provide another option than Walmart for groceries if price isn't a major issue for you.

Love this store but went there the other day, got an orange that was bad and came back to trade it for another with receipt and Lori in Customer service was not friendly, she was rude and acted bothered and it made me feel stupid because it was just an orange . LORI in customer service does not provide good customer service .

Overall positive experience in Dillon's today. I wish they carried beets that weren't organic (ie expensive), but perhaps the local demand isn't great enough.

Floral department apparently takes on more than they can handle, made a order for a delivery of roses and chocolate with a card and only the flowers made it. First and last time I use their services.
