Tom is the guy that came and bailed me out of a snowy situation. Extremely nice guy and very professional. I had been working on digging my car out for a day and a half and had a very important appointment to attend to he came hustled his butt off and took care of the issue. I unfortunately had gotten my tractor trailer stuck trying to make a tight turn to get turned around. I think Nick is his name, I'm bad with names but he got out to me quickly and did some brainstorming on how to get me out. Had me out in an hour maybe less. He was nice and knowledgeable.
