Store is ok nothing mind blowing. I has to use customer service and the lady working customer service I believe her name is Stephanie not for sure Caucasian heavier set gal I was hoping it was just a bad day but this is pretty typical that when she's proving wrong/or her decision is overruled by management, she then tries to take it out on you in any way possible and it just gets ridiculous sometimes especially during the holiday. Management though was reasonable and most other workers were polite.

Hello !I lost my wallet in your store or in front of it in the parking cars yesterday afternoon , and it had my bank card and personal identification in it and I traveled back . Can you ask the workers about it and it has my residential address on a card inside it and send it to me please! Thank you for helping !

I love this location it’s fully stocked a few trucks park for a quick stop never to stay overnight from what I saw. There’s a Phillips 66 with maybe 20 parking spots lots of stores across the street and an Aldi next to Wally World

Stopped in with my husband to grab weekly groceries for our semi truck. Now as a Walmart driver I hear about walmart employees typically hating their jobs but walking into this store made me FEEL exactly that. When asking for help locating items a few employees were viscerally reluctant to help. At self check out the older black women with the short blonde and black hair cut made this trip extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. She made sure to stand directly behind or near us as we checked out…The ENTIRE TIME. It was so uncomfortable my husband proceeded to include her in our shopping trip by asking her to help find the correct barcode on a triple pack of bellpeppers in order for it to ring up. I have NEVER at a walmart been asked to check items at checkout. BUT TODAY WE WERE, as this woman thought we were trying to walk out with a case of water! She looks at my printed receipts and sees not one but two cases of water were rung up and paid for. This experience was so bad we ended up getting Manager on Duty involved, Paul. Paul was understanding and apologetic. We expect to be able to spend our money in Kansas the same way we do in California or Florida. By not being profiled the moment we come into the self checkout area and given the same respect and personal space as everyone else. Instead this women assumed something about us and we all know what happens at the and of that statement…

This Walmart needs to open back up 24 hours again people work and get off late and can't shop or any because the store closes at 11:00 pm and can't shop in till at night COVID is over just open up again 24 hours again please and the employees are rude that work the floor they need to take care of that

Waited two spans totaling at least an hour sitting in online pickup section and never got acknowledged at all and I was literally on clock while this happened until i finally gave up hope 💯 4/8/24

Love walmart. And hate it at same time. I go in to buy a jacket and come out with a cart full of items and forget the jacket and only remember about the jacket when I'm unloading.

I'm not as much of a Walmart fan as I once was. They do have an assortment of goods for one stop shopping, which is a plus. It seems like employees are less attentive now that they have recruited customers to do the check out duties. I, like many of my generation, despise self check out. . . . But if you insist, please have it available on both ends of the store, and why on earth do you pay someone to inspect my purchases 20 ft later as I am leaving? Like I just paid for all of my things in front of an attendant, even on camera, and now I must be treated as a criminal every time I leave? Geesh. Think I will go to Target

I was wanting to purchase a lantern and they were locked up in a display case. I asked an employee for help and they said they would find someone. I waited for 15 minutes than went to the sporting goods counter and pressed the service button 3 times and still no one came. I called from my cell phone another 3 times and no one picked up to answer. I than walked up to the front of the store to speak with a manager and when they finally got him out of his office he informed me that there was only one person that had keys to unlock the display cabinet and they were not available. I told him that in my opinion there should be more than one person with keys. He just replied that if they could get employees to come to work there would not be issues like this. I finally said never mind and left after waisting over an hour. I ordered the product online from Amazon.

I have to preface this with how much I hate Walmart. Every aspect of the corporation makes me sick to my stomach. However, people- normal, every day, treated questionably at best, people work there. The employees that staff this Walmart were kind and gracious. It was clean, well staffed, and organized. While having to make an emergency stop, due to health reasons, on a road trip made it a necessity, the employees there made it worthwhile.

There's good and bad with Walmart.Like the check out counters used to be they have 20 check outs and only.3 people running them so there was always a long lines now they have all the check outs pretty much.Self-serve.And 1 person watching over them.And you do it yourself. Sometimes that's nice.But it hurts people making money.Wanting to work so it's good and bad.

The customer service center is very good. However, shelves are usually poorly stocked and very messy. Seeing as it's customers who do that, you can't entirely blame the company for it. That being said, their understaffing is a result of their own poor management.

If you schedule a pick up from 9-10 pm they will not fulfill your order because the employees will leave before 10pm. Even though I checked in to pick up my order, the employees made it so I couldn't pick it up anymore at my scheduled time. The scheduled pick up times should be honored and not cancelled just because an employee wants to leave early. There needs to be accountability for this. I will for now on be using Aldi pick up for most of my groceries, at least they fulfill their pick up times.

I was able to quickly pick up the food items I needed. I went through self checkout with no issue. I was greeted on the way in and told to have a nice day when I left. This was a good trip to Walmart!

I'll give it a five star but the employees in the meat Deli. Where they slice up the lunch meat and all that. They are pretty angry employees over there. Not sure what happened but they are not happy here. I would definitely buy my lunch meat somewhere else.

I only left one star because i had to. I bought new tires today for my car. They are short staffed which is understandable, and probably the reason why they didn’t properly secure the cap on my rim or possibly forgot to put it on. But that’s not even the issue i have. I called to try to contact automotive but you cannot directly call them you have to go through the store. So i called the store and it just rang and rang. I tried again same issue. So i decided to call and go through electronics to be connected to automotive. that seemed to do the trick until i was left on hold Through there as well. By the third time of the call transferring back to electronics (because automotive wasn’t answering) they just decided they didn’t want to deal with me and hung up. I was polite and willing to wait on hold. I spent over 300+ in there store today i don’t feel i deserve to be hung up on. The only question i needed answered was if my cap was possibly still left in the automotive garage could i come pick it up. Now i will just have to spend more money to purchase a new cap through ford which i was hoping to avoid.

The problem with calling is this area doesn't have them fancy devices yet in their homes. When they are at work And they hear that ringing they stand around wondering why that thing is making a noise!If anyone gets near it they block the person and loudly yell "DON'T TOUCH IT, MAYBE ITS DANGEROUS"!

I went in to order a baby shower cake. Stood at deli, no employees in bakery. I said excuse me 3 times and got no response from the employees. I called the store, no bakery option, so again I tried deli. I could hear the phone ringing and no effort was made to answer it. I went to the front of the store and asked if someone would come take my order. After ordering, the manager asked if I needed anything else, I don't think he cared for my comment about having employees but nobody works there. This would explain all the Karen's in the world today.

Small town store. Don't plan to find much in the plus size dept. All the plus size clothes are ugly and cut for short people. Very aggravating!Shelves weren't stock well. Couldn't find enough loose dishes for a full set. Nor greenery to make a spring wreath. Nor an outdoor rug for my front porch.I did get a few misc items but left disappointed.Its probably because they're short staffed, like everyone else. Yeah, that's probably it.
