Leaving a review to give an update on how this location is for truck drives.. If you read the older reviews about this place stating about the ridiculous wait times expect it to happen. This place is very unprofessional and will have you waiting all day/all night for something that should only take a few hours. They show no decency and could care less about your time. Took 8.5 hours to unload a tanker even though they had room. Checked in was told to wait in staging until someone came back from break. 6 hours later was told to pull around back and took another 2.5 for sampling and unloading. This should be a 1.5 to 2.5 hour process max based on my experience. They do have overnight parking on a side street which is the only thing good about this place. Avoid!

People are nice, absolutely a well laid out facility. But the scale and sample procedure is stupid at best. Why would you have a truck scale, take a sample, then drive to the unloading area and then hand it to the lab tech ,wait on them, then wait on someone to ok you to unload. Then go back out to get your empty weight so you can wait another hour and a half to get that done. Start to finish should only take an hour and a half to two hours. NOT5 AND A HALF.

Lots changed in the several years since I've been here. No more overnight parking and they've locked the restrooms at the scale. Not as welcoming to truckers as they used to be.

Check in and sent to a dock just to set and wait have been waiting for over 2hrs and have not even been starting to unload

Worst place to unload. All hills expect bg ky are bad. I got here at 7 pm now 10 am next day. But its always like this ain't like hills cares if truckers wait. But either does brokers so. Ill be rolling storage again. Good luck to all that come here. Places like this make me not want to drive anymore.

Every staff member in the guard shack has a nasty attitude. Even though there is a staging lot, they don’t allow overnight parking. Did get a door at 8:00 am appointment time. Was unloaded and handed paperwork at 10:30.

Easy place to find and get to. Even though street view says otherwise, Weaver St IS a truck route. Take US50 to Weaver, turn South and keep going till you find it on your left. Everyone I talked to was nice. It took about about twenty minutes to unload the 13 pallets I had but I was delivering raw ingredients so I couldn't tell you about the warehouse part of it. I did not see any facilities here.

I’m a truck driver. My appointment time was 1 PM it’s now 3:47 PM they still have not even started unloading my trailer this is not good this is uncalled for truckers have a life too we have other Loads we have to tend to. Talk about no respect for the truck drivers out here. I hope your company gets better at what they do because they stink right now. I’m just saying. If the truth hurts deal with it.

I am hopper driver brought rice in to this plant! No appointment needed fcfs! Got here at3:30 and at9:30 I got unloaded with rice! Slow and rude here and still have to scale out to leave! What a joke this place is! Come on don’t take this long to scale in or out !!!!!!!!! If you come here make sure you have no reload or on fresh hours! Cause waste of your day!

Booked with 1100 appt time. I check in at 0945 only to be told my appt was at 1200 and that i needed to wait on the street (no parking on the premises). I called every 1-2 hours for an update and was told to keep waiting. Finally at 2000 i was given the news that my pick up number was used twice and another truck was already being loaded with my load. An entire day wasted.

Haven't been here for above 6 months but nothing changed. Like last time it took over two and a half hours once in the gate to get to the scale/sample house in a line of trucks. They have one person in there to do it all. Other hills plants have 2 or 3. So if you taking raw products in be prepared for wait. But once again another big company that dosen't want there hourly workers time wasted but screw the truckers

Tanker. Showed up 4 hours before my appointment time but they got me right in. They do have a sample/weigh in/out process that takes time. Total turn around time 3.5 hours.

Took 5 hours from check in to out. Don't bother coming in early. No overnight parking, eventhough they have some. Bathrooms available and grassy area for dogs. Bring food, they will make you wait. Try to stay away....

Very good place,fast unloading,my appointment 8.00am ,iam cheak in 7.28 am and security gurd she give dock right away,and Iam empty 8.15am ,very fast unloading,and here have overnight parking not In company, here have for north side one road out of company fens, that rd ded end have circle take U turn and park on the street,thanks

2nd time here. Should have learned from the first time. 3.5 hours and not even in a door yet. Only trucks going in and out are drop & hooks. If your a live load or unload dont get in no hurry because they surely wont.

Typical pet food place for delivering in bulk. Ur unload time doesn't matter they use as a holding tank for them, until they get room. Won't see me here anytime soon.

Many times I have been there to pick up the pre-loaded and sometime drop off the loaded trailers. I have no problems there. Get in and out smooth.

If you have an appointment it doesn't matter you are a mobile storage for them. 9 times out of 10 they will already be full with your product leaving you to wait until they have room again.

2 facilities here. Hills Pet Nutrition makes the food. Holman Distribution Center handles almost all of the shipping/receiving. Only the hills facility shows up on the map. Hills on the warehouse
