Glenn Fencing has done an amazing job on my fence. They not only did am amazing job on my fence, they surprised me and made a beautiful memorial and I didn’t even ask for them to do it. All I asked was for them to be careful when they put the fence around my memorial that I had. I had a memorial for my animals that have passed and they made a memorial, this had nothing to do with my fench, the memorial was so beautiful. I almost cried when I looked at it. I would highly recommend Glenn fencing for any of your fencing needs. Justin and his team cleaned up everything and were polite. They finished the job within 2 days. Again I highly recommend Glenn Fencing.

Over this last summer, I contacted Glenn Fencing Co. for the installation of a cedar fence around my property, and unfortunately, my overall experience with them was less than satisfactory.Overall, the fence itself appears to be solidly built, instilling confidence in its long-term durability. The team kept friendly interactions and effective communication throughout the project. I appreciated their proactive approach when they called to address concerns about the first cedar 2x4s delivery and after switched to a different distributor.Regrettably, there were several outstanding issues that marred my experience with Glenn Fencing Co. Firstly, during the removal of my old fence, the debris was carelessly piled in my front yard, leaving behind broken concrete and wood chips that became an extensive cleanup task for me. Additionally, they did not completely remove all the old posts. Instead of proper removal, they opted to cut them down to ground level, leaving an eyesore that was not part of the agreed-upon scope of work.The fence post installation used too much concrete, covering large areas of my yard, especially in certain spots with a two-foot diameter. Additionally, my neighbor's garden beds were dismantled during the fence installation and never put back together.The most distressing incident was the cutting of my sump pump drain line, leading to drainage into the freshly poured concrete for the posts. This caused concrete to flood into my yard and took a notable cleanup effort to rectify.Failure to lay down plywood or take necessary precautions when driving their tractor through my yard resulted in a damaged lawn. Unfortunately, this disregard for proper procedures left me with the task of replanting grass in many areas and overseeding the entire yard. Inquiries about my yard's condition were only made after the fence was installed and the damage was done. Despite their belated offer to throw seed down, I preferred not to have them further interfere with my property or use subpar seed to mask the consequences of their negligence.Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was compromised, with many substituted cedar 2x4s featuring noticeable broken out ends, affecting the overall appearance of the fence.In hindsight, I regret not opting for an alternative like Bob's Fence, even if it meant a little higher cost. While Glenn Fencing Co. showed positive aspects in terms of the fence's construction and communication, the issues with debris management, property damage, and compromised material quality outweighed the positives.Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the damage because we were focused on quickly addressing the issues, especially with the sump pump line, to prevent further problems.Based on my experience, I would not recommend Glenn Fencing Co. for future projects.

Showed up and even parked in driveway. Texted me saying that the street was too packed with cars due to an estate sale but made it in the driveway and tried to reschedule with me. (No xad was parked in my drive or blocking OR in the way of where the fence would be going in the backyard. That doesn’t make sense to me. So I said yes I’ll reschedule if it’s that big of a deal but they never followed up, never even knocked on the door, just walked out back to measure where the fence wouldn’t even go. I’m very confused to say the least. I guess I’ll be moving on to the next company. Wouldn’t recommend as I experienced them being unreliable.

I so much wanted to have a good experience with this company. I read the reviews and their Story and felt good about contacting them for an estimate. They came out the next day, I believe, to measure a new section of fence. Not a big job - maybe 50-60 feet. The guys were kind and pleasant to work with - they made their measurements and they were on their way. This was on October 13, 2023. To this date I have not received an estimate. I have called 3 times and spoke with someone about getting my estimate. She apologized and said that someone would get on that. Wait. No response. I left a voice message once. I even had them verify my email and phone number as well. And, yes, I have checked my Junk and Spam email folders as well as missed calls, etc. When I called yesterday (10/23/2023) she seemed knowledgeable that an estimate hadn't been provided yet. I am tired of waiting and will need to move on to another company, I guess.
